This measure is to determine the extent to which the dimensions of the quality of health services that have been prepared meet patient expectations. The increasing quality of service in a hospital is expected to be able to meet the expectations of patients so that this results in patient satisfaction. One type of health service that exists in hospitals is outpatient services which are required to provide quality services, by providing services to patients and patient families in accordance with quality standards of meeting patient needs and expectations.Objectives: To determine the influence of service quality dimensions on outpatient patient satisfaction.Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were all outpatients at RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Spearman rank and chi-square statistical tests and multivariate analysis with logistic regression statistical tests.Results: The results showed that there was an influence of responsiveness and empathy dimensions on general outpatient patient satisfaction at hospital of dr. As a result of excessive nausea and vomiting, pregnant women are at risk of dehydration, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, losing 5% of body weight, and can even endanger the fetus's health. Objective: to recognize the risk factors for the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum to detect early and reduce the consequences of hyperemesis gravidarum. Research Methods: This type of research is an analytical observational study with the research design of the Case Control method with a sample size of 240, and the ratio of cases and controls in the study is 1: 1.Results: The results showed that risk factors have an association with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum, namely the age of pregnant women has a value (p = 0.014 <0.05, OR = 0.38, 95% CI: 0.184-0.7998). Parity with a value of (p=0.008, OR=2.14, 95% CI: 1.253-2.656). Gestational age was (p=0.000, OR= 49.63, 95% CI: 18.730-131.51). Education with a value of (p = 0.188, OR = 0.500, 95% CI: 0.204-1.228). Maternal occupation with a value of (p=0.002, OR= 2.34, 95% CI: 1.380-3.999). Maternal pregnancy spacing with value (p=0.004, OR=2.17, 95% CI: 1.298-3.642). Non-anemic pregnant women (p=0.032<0.05, OR= 2.36, 95% CI: 1.128-4.971) and status of pregnant women with value (p=0.004, OR= 2.22, 95% CI: 1.315-3.74).Conclusion: Almost all risk factors studied had a relationship, but only maternal education in this study did not have a relationship. Maternal age, parity, gestational age, maternal employment, pregnancy distance, anemia, and BMI status are risk factors for hyperemesis gravidarum. Providing additional food such as Modisco (Modified Dietetic Skimmed Milk and Coconut Oil) can be an effort to improve the nutritional status of toddlers, besides acupressure therapy can increase appetite so that it can increase the child's weight.Objective: This study aims to determine the difference in the effectiveness of the combination of Modisco and acupressure with only Modisco on increasing toddler’s  weight.Methods: This study used a Quasy Experiment group design with a Pre and Post Test Control Group Design approach. The inclusion criteria were children aged 1-5 years, included in the thin category and did not have heart, liver, and kidney disease. The sample was selected by purposive sampling as many as 30 toddlers who were divided into 2 groups with the provision that group I amounted to 15 toddlers were given complementary foods made from modisco II for 14 days and acupressure 6 times (2 times a week for 3 weeks), while group II amounted to 15 toddlers are only given complementary foods made from modisco II for 14 days. Statistical test using Paired sample T Test.Results: In group I, there was a difference in the average weight of children under five before and after the intervention with p value = 0.001 (p < 0.005), meaning that the combination of modisco and acupressure can increase body weight in toddlers. In group II, there was a difference in the average weight of children under five before and after the intervention with a p value = 0.003 (p < 0.005), which means that modisco can increase body weight in toddlers.Conclusion: From the results of the difference in the average weight of group I and group II with a value of p = 0.013, it means that there is no significant difference between the groups given the combination of modisco plus acupressure and the modisco group on the weight gain of toddlers.","PeriodicalId":33460,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ners dan Kebidanan","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90558093","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
