This disease can be controlled if the symptoms are detected early. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between the results of early detection using self-detection application for diabetes (SEDAB) with hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) levels. The research was carried out on June 2022. The research was a correlative research with a cross sectional approach. The population was the people of the Mojoroto Kediri village. The samples were taken with consideration of a minimum sample of 30 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The instrument used to assess the level of symptoms of diabetes mellitus was the SEDAB application. Diabetes Mellitus category was assessed through the observation sheet of laboratory examination results Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C. The data analysis used the Spearman Rank test. The test results with the Spearman rank test showed a p-value of = 0.000. This meant that there was a correlation between the level of diabetes mellitus symptoms results detection with Self Detection Application for Diabetic (SEDAB) with diabetes mellitus level based on HBA1c examination results. Some reports mention side effects on the fetus in the form of preterm delivery, fetal distress but there is no evidence that COVID-19 infection can pass the transplacental route to the baby. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the level of anxiety and the behavior of preventing transmission of the Covid-19 virus in pregnant women at the Jaya Kusuma Husada Clinic, Kepanjen Malang. This study used descriptive-analytic research with a cross-sectional study design. The population was pregnant women at the Jaya Kusuma Husada Clinic, Kepanjen on January 2021 with a sample of pregnant women using purposive sampling technique with a total of 53 pregnant women as respondents. The independent variable in this study was anxiety. The dependent variable in this study was the behavior of preventing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.090 (sig< 0.050), which meant that there was a negative correlation between the level of anxiety and the health behavior of pregnant women in the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused increased anxiety among pregnant women. Anxiety about the risk of contracting COVID-19 encourages pregnant women to take steps to prevent transmission of COVID-19. An obstacle in communication is the emotional response on the part of nurses. This study aims to acknowledge the effect of nurses' emotional intelligence – which comprises emotional awareness, emotional control, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills – on their communication abilities. Nurses with high emotional intelligence will give meaning to interpersonal relationships by making people feel at ease. The research method used quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The respondent was 96 nurses selected with proportional stratified random sampling method. The data was collected through a questionnaire. The results of multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression analysis statistical tests, obtained the values of ρ = 0.001; R2 = 0.209. Based on statistical test values, it can be concluded that nurses' emotional intelligence – comprising emotional awareness, emotional control, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills – significantly influences the communication skills of nurses at Ruteng Regional General Hospital simultaneously. Having a higher level of emotional intelligence leads to better communication with patients and a better level of health quality. An indicator of the success of hemodialysis patients in managing fluids is control weight gain, known as Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of long term hemodialysis and Inter Dyalisis Weight Gain (IDWG) in CKD Patients. Correlation analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSU Dr. Soeroto Ngawi. Sampling technique consecutive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The research instrument used an observation sheet. Data analysis using Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most of the respondents underwent hemodialysis < 12 months, namely 26 people (62%), for hemodialysis 3-4 hours, 42 respondents (100%), and most of the respondents experienced IDWG which could not be tolerated, namely 30 people (71.5%). The results of the Spearman Rho test showed that p-value = 0.000 so that H1 was accepted, meaning that there was a correlation between the length of time undergoing hemodialysis and duration of HD with Interdyalitic Weight Gain (IDWG) at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi General Hospital, meaning that the longer you undergo hemodialysis, the lower the IDWG value or the more tolerated the IDWG value. The content of aloe vera can work like insulin, and lower blood glucose even though all beta cells have degenerated. The aim of the study was to find out the effect of aloe vera extract on the regulation of blood glucose levels in rats induced by streptozotocin. The study was true experimental randomized pre-post test control group design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling consisting of 20 wistar strain rats divided into 4 groups, namely the placebo control group, treatment group with a dose of 250 mg/dl, a dose of 350 mg/dl, and a dose of 1000 mg/dl. Rats were given STZ injection on day 8 after acclimatization. The independent variable was aloe vera extract. The dependent variable was blood glucose levels. The intervention of giving aloe vera extract was given for 9 days. Data were analyzed by Paired t Test and ANOVA. The results showed that there was an effect of aloe vera extract at a dose of 350 mg/kgBW on blood glucose levels with a paired t test of 0.022. The ANOVA results showed that aloe vera extract at a dose of 350 mg/kgBW had the highest effectiveness with a p value of 0.05. The chromium, alprogen, and flavonoid in aloe vera will improve the beta function of the pancreas in producing the hormone insulin. The menstrual cycle is important as a reproductive function that carries out preparation for conception and pregnancy.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of anxiety levels on the menstrual cycle in DIII Midwifery students of Stikes Nani Hasanuddin Makassar. This research uses quantitative analytic method , with a cross sectional approach . The population in the study of all students of the 2019 batch was 3-7 respondents and the sample used was 37 respondents with a total sampling technique. Result: There is no correlation between anxiety level and menstrual cycle in DIII Midwifery students of STIKes Nani Hasanuddin Makassar. Excess lochea discharge to more than 500 cc after delivery is called postpartum hemorrhage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation of high-risk age and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the maternity room of Syuhada Haji Hospital, Blitar City. The type of the study was analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population was all postpartum mothers who gave birth in the maternity room of Syuhada Haji Hospital, Blitar City on January – December 2018. The poplation was 672 respondents and the sample was 97. The sample was taken systematically by random sampling. The measuring instrument used documentation guidelines. The study was carried out by Chi-Square test. It was obtained that X2 count (0.00) was less than á (0.05), then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. In conclusion there was a correlation between highrisk age and postpartum hemorrhage incidence. It is expected that the research area will pay more attention in the handling and care of pregnant women of reproductive age so that at the age that is slightly at risk for the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage, they will not experience postpartum hemorrhage. Timor-Leste is the country with the highest smoking rate in the world. Every year, more than 700 people in Timor-Leste are killed by tobacco-related diseases. Tobacco-related diseases are the fourth leading cause of death. assessment to find out knowledge about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior. This research design uses Crosssectional in high school with sample 122 student. Data collection was carried out by Quetionare. In this research the researchers conducted an assessment of knowledge about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior. This study said out of 122 respondents, it was found that 59.8% had poor knowledge, 27.0% had normal knowledge and 13.1% and out of 122 respondents, 86.6% smoked and 48.3% of them had poor knowledge. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between knowledge about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior in high school students. Labor by Sectio caesarea causes sores and pain. The presence of wounds and pain causes the mother to be lazy or afraid to mobilize. Early mobilization is a rehabilitative action that is carried out after the patient is awake from anesthesia and after surgery. This study aims to analyze the relationship between early post-sectio caesarea mobilization and the wound healing process of post operative sectio cesaria. This study used a cross sectional method and the sample was collected as many as 40 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The research data was taken using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the contingency coefficient test. The results showed that almost all of them as many as 35 respondents (87.0%) did early mobilization. The wound healing process of Sectio Caesarea was almost entirely in the good category, namely 35 respondents (87.0%). Contingency coefficient test results obtained = 5%= 0.05, p<α Positive relationship, postpartum mothers often do early mobilization, the better the wound healing. C = 0.611 means a strong relationship level.
