The de-intermediation of Internet technology has not changed the nature of the financial industry. In the way of supervision of Internet finance, the traditional prudential supervision principle and separate supervision model of the financial industry are still applied. However, the traditional supervision mode ignores the mixed operation characteristics of Internet finance, causing the derailment of separate supervision and mixed operation in China's Internet financial supervision at present, which leads to the aggravation of financial risks. In order to effectively promote the healthy development of the Internet finance industry, we should change the supervision notion of Internet finance and realize the transition from separate supervision to unified supervision under the concept of modest regulation. Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the implementers of guiding students to carry out ideological and political education. To some extent, their professional ethics accomplishment determines the moral accomplishment and ideological and political consciousness of College students. The study and cultivation of counselors' professional ethics accomplishment is very important. In view of the students' source characteristics and growth needs of higher vocational college students, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the professional role and work characteristics of counselors. This paper also analyses the requirements, characteristics and ways to improve professional ethics from four aspects: insisting on the combination of internal and external restraints, learning to think differently, being good at self-psychological adjustment and optimizing their quality structure. On the basis of in-depth investigation, this paper analyses the problems existing in the development of outdoor sports tourism in China. This paper analyses the advantages of developing outdoor sports tourism in Hubei Province from three aspects: natural resources, human resources and social environment. At the same time, it also analyses the main factors that restrict the development of outdoor sports tourism in Hubei Province.
