In view of the current situation of recycling and utilization of waste materials, combined with “Internet +” information technology, this paper puts forward a “Internet +” lower platform framework for urban community waste materials recycling logistics consortium, and specific ways and suggestions for recycling waste materials are given, so as to optimize the recycling efficiency of waste materials and realize the economy, ecological and social benefits brought about by the recycling of waste materials.
