Kendala yang dihadapi guru adalah siswa tidak berperan aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran karena metode yang digunakan tidak tepat, ketidaktahuan guru dalam mengoperasikan teknologi dan belum sepenuhnya mampu menilai hasil belajar siswa. Namun guru selalu mengevaluasi hal ini untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalismenya sehingga perencanaan tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan acuan untuk pembuatan selanjutnya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi dan pendekatan yang afektif untuk memotivasi belajar siswa yakni dengan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan siswa. Mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kehidupan nyata. Menyajikan tugas yang menantang. Memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif. Membuat pembelajaran menarik. Menggunakan reward dan penghargaan. Memberikan otonomi dan pilihan kepada siswa. Menyajikan tujuan yang jelas dan terukur. Menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Membangun keterhubungan antar pelajaran. Merayakan kemajuan dan prestasi siswa. Mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa. Namun, gadget juga berdampak negatif apabila peserta didik dalam praktik penggunaannya kurang tepat seperti penggunaan gadget untuk bermain game online secara berlebihan sehingga mengakibatkan peserta didik mengalami kecanduan pada game online. Oleh karena itu, Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen harus memiliki upaya untuk pencegahan kecanduan game online terhadap peserta didik. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen harus mengarahkan dan memberi pemahaman kepada peserta didik mengenai dampak yang akan terjadi apabila mereka mengalami kecanduan game online, dengan cara pengalihan perhatian membuat kreatifitas-kreatifitas melalui gadget mereka dan menggunakan gadget tersebut untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen berupaya untuk melakukan bimbingan atau konseling, sosialisasi tentang penggunaan gadget, pembinaan iman rohani dengan penjelasan dalam beberapa aspek dan berkomunikasi dengan orang tua peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengungkapkan data lapangan secara deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data observasi dan wawancara. Dengan adanya taksonomi Bloom dapat membantu para pengajar untuk menyusun perangkat pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik. Adanya perangkat pembelajaran yang disusun dengan melihat langkah-langkah dan prinsip penyususnan yang baik dan benar dapat membuat tercapainya pembelajaaran yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kata kerja operasional (KKO) pada rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen (PAK) kelas VII-IX SMP Negeri di Kota So’e Kabupaten TTS berdasarkan taksonomi Bloom, domain kognitif. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan tabel rubrik penilaian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualititatif dengan metode studi dokumentasi deskriptif. Penerapan KKO pada RPP PAK masih terbatas pada KKO level LOTS yaitu C1 dan C2. Kurangnya penekakan diemensi pengetahuan, unsur audience, behaviour, condition dan degree pada tujuan pembelajaran yang tidak lengkap dan media pembelajaaran yang masih minim berada pada level LOTS serta tidak dicantumkannya ayat Alkitab sebagai dasar dalam pembelajaran PAK. The problem that often arises is the lack of motivation for PAK teachers to learn to increase professionalism in implementing Christian religion learning strategies according to the needs and conditions of students in class. The purpose of this research is that PAK teachers can carry out learning with strategies that have a positive effect on the development of a fun learning environment and have a good impact on students' personalities in navigating the values of Christian religious education for life. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The aims of this study include: to find out how the religious behavior of Christian teenagers who drink alcohol at GPIBK Imanuel Taepa congregation and how the influence of Christian values ??on adolescent alcohol consumers. In this study, the authors examine the problem using qualitative methods using a case study approach for field exploration with the aim of gaining more knowledge in a situation or a case. And the population that chose the author was 17 people, 14 teenagers, 2 councilors, 1 person and the sample was 7 people. The author uses several sources such as books, journals, and other media as sources of information. As for the results of the study, the authors found that the religious behavior of Christian teenagers who consume alcohol in terms of loving God, loving others and loving themselves is not reflected in their behavior as Christian teenagers. Because of the lack of influence of Christian values ??given by parents and even the Church. This study uses a literature study that specifically looks at the eleven quality management principles that are the foundation of the management system of educational organizations in the world and the benefits that can be obtained by schools and colleges and how the strategies are applied, so that the governance of Christian education schools and Christian religious colleges can more quality. This research uses descriptive research method. Then the research results obtained are Family life experience shows that parents, especially in Boentuka Village, most parents are getting less and less with their children because of their busy schedule to meet the increasingly complex needs of life. This is related to the level of learning achievement achieved by children in school.
