The measurements are conducted when students are confused about career options. However, for students who have decided, it is uncommon for them to seek professional help. Psychological tools that focus on capturing information about students’ maturity in relation to their ability to make career decisions can help them choose a major that’s suitable for their career. This study concern on adapting the career decision-making self efficacy (CDMSE) that can predict one’s confidence in his/her ability to make career choices. The adaptation of this instrument went through several stages such as translation, back translation, testing the reliability, and testing the validity evidence of content and internal structure using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). This study used a sample of 539 high school students in Bandung and Cimahi. The construct reliability (CR) of the instrument was α=0.929. The evidence for internal structure using CFA showed that the CDMSE scale has an acceptable goodness of fit index. The standardized loading factor item in the range 0.710-0.998. This research was conducted by following the ADDIE model development steps, namely needs analysis, product design, product development, product implementation, and product evaluation. There are two types of data in this study, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data is in the form of suggestions and comments from assessment experts, literature experts, and drama appreciation learning experts, as well as students, while quantitative data is in the form of scores obtained from assessment experts, literature experts, and drama appreciation learning experts, as well as students. Both data were obtained through questionnaire guidelines. The data obtained were then analyzed. For qualitative data analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, while quantitative data using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. From the analysis technique used, it is known that the product developed can increase students' critical appreciative abilities by getting an average percentage of 8.3% for the display aspect, 9.7% for the product content aspect, and 90.4% for the language aspect. The three averages were obtained from assessment experts, literary experts, and drama appreciation learning experts. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with analysis of observations, documents in the form of teacher-made assessment instruments, interviews, and results of expert validation which are analyzed by comparison analysis techniques. Model evaluation used CIRO (Context, Input, Reaction, and Outcome) by War, Bird and Rackman. Subject of this reseach were 30 students, 4 tutors, and program director.  Interview, survey, and observation was used for collecting the data. The analyzed quantitative data used descriptive percentage and qualitative data used condensation, data exposure, conclusion drawing and verification. The result of this study comprise; (1) Context in this study considered to participant needed which synchronized to the standard implementation of the TOEFL real test and national standar. (2) Input have been provided well prepared including program plan, tutor qualification, for admission of course participants, and facilities. (3) Reaction of the participants atisfaction was in the satisfactory category and the participant's assessment reaction of the TOEFL program implementation process was in the very good category. This article aims to identify the required constructs in developing an instrument for flipped learning in an ESL environment. This study uses the Fuzzy Delphi method to collect and analyze the viewpoints of 18 experts from relevant fields. An online questionnaire was developed to gather the experts’ agreement towards seven constructs namely flexible environments, shift in learning culture, intentional content, progressive networking activities, professional educators, engaging & effective learning experiences, and diversified seamless learning platforms and 68 items gathered from the literature. The FDM (Fuzzy Delphi Method) analysis rejected seven of the items; finalizing the instrument with seven constructs and 61 items. The instrument is beneficial to teachers and learners of ESL and developers of technology-based learning methods. The implication of the study is the provision of the constructs to help guide and implement the flipped learning approach in educational contexts. Furthermore, these constructs can be used to the basis for further investigations that leads to the development of frameworks or models for the flipped learning approach. Future works on the topic may look at a bigger sample for stronger results. The instrument was developed by referring to Indonesia Constitution Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, Ministry of National Education (MONE) Regulation Number 16 of 2007, with the strengthened special competence of teacher’ candidates in the I.R. 4.0 era, were the top ten relevant skills. The instrument development was carried out with the following steps: (1) developing instrument constructs, (2) developing instrument blueprint, (3) instrument item writing, (4) instrument review, (5) instrument revision, (6) limited testing of instruments. The limited instrument testing was carried out with as many as 107 test subjects for 6th semester undergraduate education at UNY, consisting of three study programs, namely Mathematics Education, Indonesian Language Education, and English Language Education study programs. Data analysis to determine content validity was carried out based on Aiken's V coefficient, construct validity analysis was carried out with CFA, and reliability estimates were based on the Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the analysis of the content validity of 30 instruments by seven experts, obtained the Aiken V index between 0.61 - 0.93, with 29 items valid, and one item invalid. The results of construct validity analysis with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) showed 25 valid items and five invalid items, with a KMO value of 0.504, while the significance of the Bartlett's Test was p = 0,000. Meanwhile, confirmatory factor analysis showed a fit model, with Chi-Square value = 290.35; p = 0.18; RMSEA = 0.00; GFI = 0.83; SRMR = 0.083; AGFI = 0.80; CFI = 0.86; RFI = 0.28. The reliability results show that the Cronbach Alpha coefficient is 0.40. It is highly recommended that the instrument should not be biased for the test takers, by ensuring that the items do not behave differently among male and female test-takers. This study aims to examine the extent to which the items in an English proficiency test function differently across gender. Fifty reading items were examined and analysed using a statistical method for detecting DIF. The items were individually tested for gender DIF using Rasch model analysis with the analysis tool of ConQuest. The results showed that six items were detected for DIF, three of which were basic comprehension items, and the other three were vocabulary questions. A healthy school program are program issued by the ministry of education and culture. This program focuses on how schools are to develop a school movement that is healthy, safe, child-friendly and fun. In this study used the CIPP evaluation model, where the focus of the research is on the context, input, process, products of healthy school programs. The technique of collected data used observation, interviews and documentation studies. While for data validity used triangulation and data analysis techniques based on Miles and Bubberman models that used 4 steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Both methods have strengths and weaknesses. This article introduces a strategy that involves the role of both researcher and computer to construct themes from qualitative data in a rapid, transparent, and rigorous manner. The strategy makes use of network analysis and is demonstrated by employing a case study on students’ perceptions of online distance learning they experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The themes-construction strategy consists of four systematic phases, namely (1) determining unit of analysis and coding; (2) constructing the code co-occurrence matrix; (3) conducting network analysis; and (4) generating, reviewing, and reporting the themes. The strategy is successfully demonstrated in generating themes from the data with modularity value Q = 0.34. Education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that students are able to develop their potential. Education in Indonesia aims to educate the nation's life. Indonesia's education system in its development continues to make changes. The zoning policy in education is one form of positive response from the government, in order to equalize education in each region. The zoning policy requires each student to go to school the closest distance from their residence. Schools provide about 90% of the student capacity measured by distance. The zoning policy in its development still leaves various problems. A common problem is the unavailability of educational facilities in a sub-district area so that some students have the potential to not go to school. Bekasi City is a metropolitan city that serves as a buffer for the capital city. In its development, Bekasi City has the potential to experience problems of inequality in the number of students and absorption in schools.
