(ARVD/C) is an inherited cardiomyopathy characterized by life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias and slowly progressive ventricular dysfunction. To diagnose ARVC is indicated by the Task Force of ARVC criteria in 1994 and then revised in 2010 set by the WHO/ISFC. To identify clinical characteristics of ARVC using CMR. The design of this study was qualitative descriptive, which was done by the observational method using MRI 1.5 Tesla. The subject was an adult patient who did Cardiac MRI examination in National Cardiovascular Centre Harapan Kita in March 2018. The collected data were diagnostic images of CMR sequence. Then, it compared with the diagnostic criteria of ARVC which was indicated by Task Force. The result of this study of several ARVC diagnostic criteria in Cardiac MRI examination with T1 Black Blood sequence is clear and accurate in indicating the presence of fat infiltration, CINE sequence is clear in visualizing the dilatation in the right ventricle, wall motion abnormalities, accordion sign, bulging, and LGE clearly shows fibrosis. The detection of right ventricular enlargement, fatty infiltration, fibrosis, and wall motion abnormalities in CMR is useful in the diagnosis of ARVC.","PeriodicalId":333392,"journal":{"name":"SANITAS : Jurnal Teknologi dan Seni Kesehatan","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126432467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The effervescent tablet formula was made in three formulas with the difference in the stevia content. Tests conducted include visual tests, uniformity test, hardness test, friability test, pH test and solubility test. Based on the test results on the physical properties of tablets, it is known that all the formula meets the physical test of tablets and the preferred formula is formula 3 with 4% of stevia.","PeriodicalId":333392,"journal":{"name":"SANITAS : Jurnal Teknologi dan Seni Kesehatan","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114515698","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Skin is very susceptible to infection or other skin diseases one of which is caused by Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This research needs to be done to test the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of green betel leaf, basil leaf and combination of both extracts to S. aureus. The process of extraction of betel leaf and basil leaves was done with 96% ethanol solvent using maceration method. The combinations used in the sample solution were the concentration of ethanol extract of green betel leaf (0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%) and basil leaf extract (0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60 %, 75%). Furthermore, the antibacterial activity was tested for S. aureus with well diffusion method. The data obtained were tested statistically using Anova and Duncan's advanced test. The result of statistical analysis showed difference of drag zone (p <0,05) between various concentration of ethanol extract of green betel leaf, basil leaf and combination of both extracts to S. aureus. The smallest resin zone of ethanol extract of betel leaf and ethanol extract of basil leaves is at 0% concentration (S0 and K0) and highest at 75% concentration (S5 and K5). While the smallest zone of inhibition for the combination of ethanol extract of betel leaf and ethanol extract of basil leaves at concentration S0K0, S0K1 and S0K2 is 0 mm and highest at S5K5 concentration is 31,3 mm. The higher concentration of betel leaf extract, basil leaf extract and the combination of the two extracts, the inhibition of diameter zone will be better. It can be concluded that the combination of betel leaf extract and basil leaf extract has the ability to inhibit the growth of S. aureus better than single extract.","PeriodicalId":333392,"journal":{"name":"SANITAS : Jurnal Teknologi dan Seni Kesehatan","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123398493","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
