The generalization of materials, which help to define, at what stage of digital transformations there is an education of Ukraine, a place of system of vocational education in this global process, is presented. Examples are given as an active position in the direction of ensuring digital transformations of educational and managerial processes in a particular educational institution; it contributes to the implementation of national tasks in the direction of ensuring the digital development of society. Emphasis is placed on how the role of methodological services is changing, on the need for systemic changes in the perception of the educational institution's perception of the process of ensuring the digital development of both teachers and students, and vocational education institutions in general. The study examines four vectors of digital development for vocational (technical) education institutions of Ukraine from the possible options, proposed by European colleagues who have already shown positive results at the level of the education system (vocational in particular) and a separate institution of vocational (technical) education. In particular, the possibility of measuring the level of digital development of the educational institution through the use of the SELFIE service, developed by the European Commission together with a group of educational experts and practitioners from European countries, was considered. The platform is available in more than thirty languages, including Ukrainian. Examples of online tools common in both European educational communities and those, developed by domestic specialists (but taking into account European experience,) are given, thanks to which it is possible to carry out self-assessment, assessment, and soon certification of digital competencies of teachers. Ways to solve the problem of insufficient digital literacy of students, which, along with Ukrainian, and European researchers pay attention to, are given. The important moment of the work is the research of the mental side of educational activities in the terms of formal logic. The accompanying steps to these mental activities and the talk activity are considered. The content component of the talk activity was considered in the work as an important diagnostic factor that indicates the level of understanding of the nature of the new material or the completion of the corresponding cognitive structure. The original graphical ways of formalization of the cognitive scheme of the object activity and the logic of its formation in the context of mental and materialized education activities are presented. These ideas were used to consider the processes of educational activity on the example of the creation of a simple physical model that is realized through the Python talk with the help of Visual library. Educational activities are considered through the prism of the evolution of the structural organization of mental representation of the objects of this activity. \u0000The research demonstrates the cyclical nature of the corresponding cognitive processes, materialized activities, and hierarchical character of the structure of knowledge that is formed in the process of educational activities in physics and programming. The correlation of these processes with the dynamics of the evolution of knowledge is settled. The conceptual ideas that could be useful for modifications of the methodic of realization of laboratory knowledge in the direction of modeling of physical processes and phenomena are formulated. Individual algorithmic problems of modeling of physical processes are considered in the research as components of the holistic system of problems. According to the point of view of the authors, in the course of the preparation of highly professional specialists in the domain of natural sciences, it is necessary to devote a lot of time to the conscious, goal-oriented formation of protocols of abstract logical and causal thinking. In the paper, the last steps of the school curriculum are discovered and the process of shaping the school curriculum is controlled. In general, the development of the whole program with clearly defined goals, objectives, predicted results, which is balanced with personnel and minds, obvious resources, is necessary. The author reviews modern scientific works on the problem of professional training in general and optimal approaches to the selection of criteria for comparative research. The aim of research: analysis of modern research on speech readiness for the schooling of older preschool children with typical and speech disorders. The objective of research was to substantiate scientific sources on the study of the terms \"speech readiness\" and \"speech preparation\" for school in older preschoolers; determination of components of speech readiness of children of older preschool age with speech disorders. \u0000It is established that there are different views on the definition of the terms \"speech readiness\" and \"speech training\". Speech readiness for the school includes children's mastery of grammatical, lexical norms of speech, enriched vocabulary, use in educational and everyday activities of various functions of speech; it is determined that speech readiness contributes to the process of speech preparation of the future student to master the school curriculum. Speech training involves general and special training. It was determined that the formation of basic intellectual, semiotic and regulatory components is necessary for the speech readiness of children with speech disorders, which are formed under the influence of a special complex of correctional and developmental speech therapy work. Health preservation and health-preserving technologies constitute one of the most promising educational systems. It has been determined, that today the development of a comprehensive program of a higher educational institution is urgent, which would allow solving problems of creating conditions, conducive to preservation and strengthening of health; introduction of a methodology, principles and methods of health-preserving education, software and hardware tools for monitoring, shaping, developing and maintaining the health of participants in the educational process; control over the observance of legislative and regulatory legal acts, regulating the activities of an educational institution on the issues of health preservation.  It is believed, that health-preserving activity of physical culture specialists is a set of actions, operations and procedures that functionally and technologically ensure the achievement of a result in maintaining and strengthening health. Paraphrasing [1], we can say that physics is owned not by the one who knows the formulas and definitions, but by the one who, with their help, can solve physical problems (PP). Similarly to the words of E. Fermi [2]: \"A person knows physics if he/she can solve problems.\" The ability to solve PP contributes to the concretization of students' knowledge; without it, there is a separation of theoretical, lecture, educational material from the main task of any learning process – the practical application of accumulated knowledge and skills. Solving of PP contributes to the development of mental activity, the formation of creativity, intelligence, observation, independence and accuracy, is one of the forms of repetition, control and assessment of knowledge. At the same time, it is the solution of problems that is the most difficult element of physical education, causing methodological, didactic, psychological, and mathematical difficulties. It is known, that along with the traditional methods of solving PP: arithmetic, algebraic, geometric, graphic, experimental, since the beginning of the 2000s, information technology, computer technology, and programs - answer books have been actively used. The traditionally difficult issue of solving problems in physics requires both the improvement of classical methods and the development of new software tools for solving problems. The article substantiates the method of improving the professional training of future doctors by integrating modern aspects of chemical safety into biochemical training. The potential of the discipline \"Biological and Bioorganic Chemistry\" as a tool for the formation of competence in chemical safety of future physicians, due to a combination of theoretical training (training material on the mechanisms of inhibition of enzymatic reactions by toxicants; inhibitors and disintegrants of oxidative phosphorylation; molecular mechanisms of action of toxicants; formation and disposal of endogenous toxins; biotransformation of xenobiotics) and laboratory workshops (handling of chemical reagents; modern approaches to hazard labeling and labeling of chemicals; toxicants’ action modeling) is substantiated. The special attention is paid to one of great and long-term project – opening and keeping of bursas (dormitories for poor students and natives of rural territories). Causes of the necessity of such institutions are elucidated, the contingent of students, lived in bursas, financing sources, forms of costs involvement for provision and keeping of the institutions, content, forms and directions of learning-upbringing work, realized in bursas, also content of work and a circle of duties of workers of such institutions are described. The article substantiates the importance of bursas functioning for forming national consciousness by involving students in different types of educative work. The results of the study of the state of formation of communicative competence in older preschool children with motor alalia and children with normotypic speech development are presented. The analysis of the results of the study of the state of formation of communicative competence in older preschool children with motor alalia confirmed the relevance of the study. Criteria with the corresponding indicators of formation of communicative competence of the specified category of children are defined, forms of speech (expressive and impressive) with their nonverbal manifestations in communication and communicative skills in various forms of interactive communication acted as criteria. The levels of formation of communicative competence are highlighted, in particular: high, sufficient, medium and low.
