It is a useful tool for in-class activity or after-class practice in listening and speaking. First, requirements for this platform are determined according to the course's three-level educational objectives. Second, the construction process is introduced in detail, including resource bank building, website design and CD utility development. In this platform, interactive learning is realized by a JavaScript-based programming approach with functions embedded in static HTML pages. This e-learning system has a possibility to maximize the teaching and learning effectiveness between the educator and the learner respectively. Despite the noticeable development of the e-learning field, there have still been tasks to provide a criterion to adapt to the various environments of contents and contents provision, maximize the re-use of contents, improve methods of learning evaluation and provide customized services to suit individual learners' level. SCORM (Sharable content object reference model) has been playing the role of the criterion to provide on-line content services only by providing a simple environment of contents provision and a criterion for contents production, lacking a self-learning method which enables learners to create the learning steps fit for the learners depending on their learning levels. This study is aimed at specifying more the method of metadata composition in the standardization model which SCORM presents and add a self-learning service function which includes MMM to LMS (Learning Management System), thus offering a system which enables learners to choose the direction of their learning for themselves. The new algorithm uses the capacity of global search in PSO algorithm, and solves the problems of FCM. However, the students and teaching staff can't utilize network education resources effectively, because of the lack of convenient information retrieval tools. The reason is that traditional keyword based search engines just match the keywords mechanically and don't interpret users' intension. The structure of the Cultural Algorithm lends itself well to a data rich, but knowledge poor distributed environment. So, in this paper, we design and implement an application of the Cultural Algorithm based on domain ontology to search for education resources on network intelligently. To be adapted with the lifelong learning trend of the society, M-learning has emerged. In order to share distributed M-learning resources in the campus network and save relevant cost, a model that uses the grid technology to share the campus network's resources is designed and implemented. It can be well expanded and can resolve the unpredictable system behavior problem caused by the shared resources, and also support the dynamic join in of resources.
