Nigerian as a nation was amalgamated in 1914. The unification of the two protectorates under one canopy has created a problem in power-sharing and resources allocation among the diverse ethnic groups. Certainly, the federal system operating in the Nigerian context has created a lot of problems and prospects because of the heterogeneity nature of the country that unites diverse people under one umbrella. This study is qualitative research, data were obtained through books, journals, newspapers, magazines, reports. These data were thoroughly reviewed to explain the topic under examination. To support this paper the researcher adopted Pluralism theory. This theory by tradition explains the complication and heterogeneity nature of the country. This is because of the diverse ethnic groups and ethnoreligious differences that were united under one federating units. The study found that federalism was born to unite people of different religion, ethnicity, culture, and traditions so as to enhance the national inity as well as the economy. But the major problem of Nigerian federalism is power sharing and resources allocation across the regions and states. It is found that under the federal system there are serious problems of majority domination over the minority. These have led to ethno-religious conflicts in the nation because of unequal access to national resources and power sharing among the citizens. To overcome these problems the study recommended that: Aall the citizens of the confederating units should be treated equally in term of power and resources allocations. To maintain equality and justice among the citizens. The government should adhere to the principles of federal character commission. To minimize the problems of federalism Nigeria should ensure equality and justice in power and resources allocation among its citizen in the federating units.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116192428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study is qualitative, the researcher obtained all the relevant and related data from the documented material, the research designed for this paper is a case study approach, it also helps in providing an in-depth understanding of a case where the researcher digs deeply into a phenomenon in obtaining the related literature. To support the paper the researcher adopted pluralism theory to explain the write-up. The postulation of the theory is to examine political actions in modern democratic states. The study found that the northern and the southern region were amalgamated by the British administration for their personal and economic gain, without considering the complex nature heterogeneity nature of the nation. This has created several problems across the nation. Therefore, the study recommended that for peaceful democratic governance all the three arms of government shall have autonomous power to discharge their constitutional responsibilities. No, any arm shall exercise the powers of the other. Again, for Nigeria to live in peace and harmony, and to attain national and economic development there is a need to accept the principle of unity of purpose.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129096721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

ASEAN had signed trade agreements with all the other six FTA partners. The other six ASEAN trading partners within RCEP have no free trade agreements yet among them. Therefore, the RCEP is involved in tough negotiation among the six non-ASEAN member countries. RCEP commitment is established through ASEAN as a catalyst. This study will examine the total saving potential of free trade agreement by using ex-ante FTA analysis and the political implication of RCEP for non-ASEAN member countries, especially Japan and China. The impact of RCEP will be insignificant without China and Japan existence. These two countries are essential to be maintained in the RCEP initiatives. The six non-ASEAN members in RCEP are finding ways to exploit the balance benefit among them. China-Japan relations will be embedded in the RCEP association if RCEP is concluded. From an economic perspective, Japan and China seem to have strong economic interdependence. From a political perspective, both countries have long history relations, distrust, and mistrust. Therefore, economic interdependence could be the way forward for both countries to have a harmonious relationship. Japan and China need ASEAN and other RCEP members to tighten the economic and political relations among them.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129342864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because the data presented is in the form of map, thus making it easier to be read and understood by the local government in taking decision for fulfilling the lack of PMIK in each health service facility in the district or city of Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to present informative and interactive health information which is in accordance with the data obtained by the assistance of geographic information system. The research method used in descriptive with 197 PMIK of Riau Province as the sample. The data analysis used in this research is spatial classification analysis (reclassify). From the research result, it was known that the distribution of Medical Records and Health Information Professional (PMIK) based on the working area location of 12 districts/cities of Riau Province is as many as 294 people distributed uneven since most of the Medical Records and Health Information Professional (PMIK) is in Pekanbaru City which is 176 people. Meanwhile, the least distribution of Medical Records and Health Information Professional (PMIK) in in Meranti Island District which is 0 person. This is because Meranti Island does not belong to Riau Province but Riau Islands. The distribution of medical record and health information professionals in health facilities based on district/city service Institutions is 294 of Medical Record and health information professionals with Pekanbaru City has the highest distribution of 176 people working in both private and public health centers/ hospitals in Pekanbaru. Rapid economic growth, social development, sustainability and poverty reduction have been considered as crucial discourse under that paradigm. With the world-wide wave of economic development and improved traditional living standard of people, consumption of fuel has also increased significantly. Exponential growth in use of fossil fuel and its impacts compelled to search for alternative energy sources. Green energy is that source of energy that is naturally restocked. Nepal is rich enough country for renewable energy sources even though, could not accelerate growth and development agenda. Appropriate policy, planning, and management of green energy would help to give a big push to break development hazards and would contribute for takeoff for sustainable development and poverty reduction strategies. This paper attempts how green energy policy, planning and management would contribute for gearing up for sustainable development and poverty reduction in Nepal. It is an endeavor to scrutinize and understand the green energy utilization, proper management and exploring the capacity of the Nepalese economy.
