Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the service quality of private universities in Pekanbaru, Riau, based on student’s perspective using SERVQUAL and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approaches. Sampling method employed in this reserach was random sampling technique in four (4) private universities in Pekanbaru. Data was analysed using SERVQUAL gap analysis and QFD. The result shows that there were four (4) customer requirements which will be the priority to be handled by the universities, there are 1. Inquiries, requests and claims of students are handled and resolved timely and promptly, 2. Readiness of academic staffs to serve students and can be contacted easily, 3. Academic staff pays special attention and provides help to students in resolving their problems, 4. Teaching materials are available and up-to-date. From the QFD Matrix, the most technical priority needs to be improved by the universities is Academic staff’s training and development.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122417825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the health services in a hospital is Intensive Care Unit (ICU). One of the decision making in RSUD of Meranti Islands Municipality is based on the hospital activity report. The purpose was to map the patient distribution by using geographic information system application to prodce reporting using a map. The type of this research was qualitative descriptive. The research results based on the ICU patient distribution showed that the highest patient visit based on the sub-district is from Tebing Tinggi. Based on the gender, the most frequently treated patient is male. In the age category, the highest patient visit is elderly of 44 people, and the lowest children age group of 3 people. Based on the distribution, it can be concluded that the procedure of BPJS patient is appropriate and has similar procedure with general patient and SKTM patient. The suggestion includes creating patient distribution mapping based on the diesases to allow us to see the general patient distribution in ICU, which should be provided with excellent services, so that the patients satisfied with the services provided.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121620919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For pursuing the research data has been collected through the financial statements of lucky cement and attock cement. In this study one hypothesis has established. .the outcomes demonstrates working capital had huge effect on company's money related execution ye, it’s fluctuate from association to association comparably, in this examination we contrast fortunate concrete and attock bond and each different as the outcomes indicates fortunate bond is more stable and manage association than the attock concrete. An effective working capital administration, positioning and controlling of present resources and existing debts in a way that executes the danger of letdown to meet due here and now assurances from one perspective and keep away from over the top interest in these benefits then again. Many overviews have confirmed that chiefs spend remarkable time on everyday matters that include working capital selections. . Instead of analyzing the time series at their original level, as it is usually done, this study decompose the two variables i.e., scientific papers and the time dependent factors at various scales of resolution using wavelet decomposition and then we study the relationships among the decomposed series matched to their scales. A major finding of the study is that some variations in received articles explained by many other time dependent factors that are previously not captured due to uneven time lags, therefore, an estimate with a time trend is made in this study. Both variables are not constant over frequency bands as it depends on the time scales. The two series (i.e., Springer and time factors) are correlated at higher frequencies, but their correlations measures in time dimension do not last long. However, during two structural breaks i.e., 1990-1995 and 2007-2011, the two time series seems to be correlated for longer period with frequency band higher than 321days. The results further provides an evidence that the two time series are in phase and the Elsevier scientific papers are time dependent in the long run. Thus, the analysis of wavelet coherence reveal that the two series i.e., scientific papers and time dependent factors correlated during the sample period.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123982710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was conducted to identify the level of spending habits among Management Faculty staff at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. This study also conducted to investigate the level of personal financial knowledge adapted by staff and lastly to determine the relationship between financial knowledge and spending habits among Management Faculty staff. The total of 97 questionnaires were distributed and completed by the staff. Data was analyzed by using descriptive, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression that include in Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results firstly revealed that the higher level of financial knowledge is the factors that influence the most desirable financial behavior in spending habits among staff. Secondly, the staff perceived that the financial knowledge can be enhanced through financial education in order to improve their financial planning. Finally, the result indicates that financial knowledge have positive relationship with spending habits.","PeriodicalId":332434,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Economic Info","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130436802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
