The digital transformation of safe production is a game process involving the participation of the government, enterprises, digital service providers, and other subjects. It is necessary to design a mechanism to achieve effective coordination among the three parties. Based on the evolutionary game theory, a tripartite evolutionary game model for the digital transformation of safety production was constructed, and the strategic choices among the three types of subjects were analyzed. The system dynamics simulation is further used to analyze the influence of different parameters on the evolutionary game system. The simulation results show that the game system can be promoted to a stable state through two mechanisms: external intervention and internal alliance constraints.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129344210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both manufacturers produce substitutable products and bear the product recycling cost with (dis-) economies of scale. Based on the IPR system, we first study the impact of product competition, the scale effect of recycling, and the government recycling subsidy policy on the vertical channel structure selection strategies and selection equilibrium of the competing supply chains. Subsequently, we reveal how to design government subsidy policy with symmetrical supply chain structure combinations in order to achieve maximal social welfare.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"150 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131561906","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper empirically analyzes the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on financial risk by setting relevant variables of CSR and taking A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2018 as research samples. The results show that undertaking more CSR and voluntary disclosure of CSR information can reduce the financial risk of enterprises. While, the greater the involvement of CSR, the higher the financial risk faced by the enterprise. Further heterogeneity analysis studies the impact of CSR on financial risk in enterprises with or without internal control deficiency and different ownership properties.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"400 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131852712","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mining decision-level intelligence from massive, multi-source and heterogeneous big data is the basic environment of current emergency decision making. This paper is based on the case analysis of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and constructs the intelligent decision-making process framework of emergency intelligence from the basic support layer, information and data layer, fusion output layer, emergency decision-making layer and main user layer. A risk governance system of \"government-led, enterprise participation, media coordination, social crowdsourcing\" has been established with big data co-construction and sharing and joint epidemic prevention and control. Through intelligence collection, processing, analysis and output transmission of epidemic-related data and information in the big data environment, it provides services for the emergency prevention and control of major epidemics in both normal and abnormal situations. In the front-end control phase, the emergency intelligence perception of the source quality is ensured to support the emergency decision, and the wisdom level of emergency decision-making is improved by optimizing the use of terminal intelligence and failure prevention methods. This paper proposes to optimize the intelligent decision-making process of emergencies from the effective prevention strategy of intelligence perception failure and the effective intervention strategy of decision failure prevention. This article explores the big data in the application of global public emergency management and innovation, change and revelation, to expand the emergency decision-making from the perspective of intelligence applications, provides with wisdom for the government emergency decision.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122071875","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, telecommuting has greatly reduced the opportunities and time for employees to socialize in the workplace. In that case, the workplace loneliness may induced by the lack of quantity and quality of employees' social contact, which would seriously affect the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and even the physical and mental health of employees. Based on the self-determination theory and the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, this study explored the impact of self-efficacy on workplace loneliness, with professional identity and social support for mediation. The results showed that self-efficacy has a negative influence on the workplace loneliness, and professional identity and social support in the relationship between self-efficacy and workplace loneliness the chain intermediary role. Corporate managers should pay more attention to the harm of workplace loneliness. According to these findings, suggestions for organization managers and department of human resources, especially on alleviate workplace loneliness, were proposed and discussed.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130857021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
