Research on Optimization of the Business Process of Advanced Bill in Colleges and Universities Based on Business Process Reengineering

Abstract

This article discusses the theory and practice of business process reengineering, and applies it in optimizing the business process of advanced bill in colleges and universities. Based on users’ requirements and using proper information technologies, one could optimize the business process of advanced bill in colleges and universities. It first investigates the basic principles of optimizating the business process of advanced bill. Then, it explores the general structure for such a system, including its network structure and data transmission. Finally, it analyses the optimized business process of advanced bill in colleges and universities and the feasibility of this process has been validated using university W as an example. The results demonstrate that after the optimization, the cost can be reduced, the efficiency can be promoted, and the performance of business process can be improved
