This paper proposes a multi-feature TextRank algorithm which combining behavioral characteristics of academic user and word characteristics of academic resource, aiming to extract academic user interests. This paper selects the real user behavior data from Agricultural Sci&Tech Information Resource Co-construction and Sharing Platform to conduct the experiment. Compared with TextRank, multi-feature TextRank improves P value by 4.8%, R value by 3.3%, and F value by 3.7%. And each performance of multi-feature TextRank is better than TF-IDF algorithm. The experiment shows that the multi-feature TextRank improves the accuracy and recall rate of TextRank, and it can be applied to automatic extraction of user interests in the context of multi-source academic resource usage.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116174178","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the emergence of the COVID-19 and its continuous spread across the world at the end of 2019, the ever-changing and recurring COVID-19 pandemic has increased people's fear and rejection of the threat of infectious diseases, and activated people's Disease Avoidance Motive, which has remained at a high level for a long time. This study takes Disease Avoidance Motive as the starting point, introduces COVID Control Regulations as the intermediary, and disease vulnerability as the regulator, to explore the influence of Disease Avoidance Motive on Economic Behavior Ethics. Methods: Regression analysis, SPSS Statistics and Moderated Mediation Model were applied and 524 random respondents were surveyed through Basic Social Motivation Scale, Pandemic Norm Compliance Questionnaire, Economic Behavior Ethics Questionnaire and Scale of Perceived Vulnerability to Disease. Results: (1) Disease Avoidance Motive positively predicts Economic Behavior Ethics; (2) COVID Control Regulations play a mediating role between Disease Avoidance Motive and Economic Behavior Ethics (3) Perceived Vulnerability to Disease positively moderates the direct effect of Disease Avoidance Motive on Economic Behavior Ethics. Conclusion: Under the moderation of Perceived Vulnerability to Disease, Disease Avoidance Motive exerts an influence on the Economic Behavior Ethics through COVID Control Regulations.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125124070","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially in today's Internet age, the rapid development of computer technology brings convenience to people, but also brings many troubles. Because of the popularity of computer technology, there is no clear boundary between work and life, and people still hold computers to work after work, which brings great troubles to workers and managers. For workers, they suffer from overtime and have to continue to face the computer when they go home; For managers, employees can't stand heavy tasks and leave, especially in the computer field, the turnover rate is extremely serious. And how to improve the subjective happiness of employees under the background of Internet? This has become the focus of scholars' research. Therefore, scholars have been devoted to studying the factors that affect people's subjective happiness, especially under the background of computer technology. At present, the academic community has not yet reached a unified consensus. Some scholars think that gender will affect people's subjective happiness, and women are more likely to feel happy than men, while others think that education level will affect people's subjective happiness, because people with higher education level will get more resources from society, and thus be more satisfied. Few scholars have studied the predictive effect of social support on subjective happiness, let alone its internal influence mechanism. In order to clarify the mechanism of social support on subjective happiness in the context of Internet, this paper introduces work value as an intermediary variable, trust as a regulatory variable and takes the data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2020 as the analysis object. The results show that: (1) After controlling educational background, age and gender, social support has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective happiness; (2) Work value plays an intermediary role in the relationship between social support and subjective happiness. (3) The moderating effect of trust between social support and Work value; (4) Trust plays a moderating role between work value and subjective happiness.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126271083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But overall, the United States is still at the top of the trade structure of high-tech products, with absolute voice. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to discuss the evolution of global high-tech product trade structure and its influencing factors. Based on the global trade of high-tech products, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the evolution trend of trade structure, the influencing factors and the way to deal with it. Economic growth usually leads to an increase in the volume of exports, so the terms of trade of a country's income will always rise, other things being equal. Since economic growth also has an uncertain impact on the terms of trade, one of the components of the terms of trade, the final impact of economic growth on the terms of trade is also uncertain. Higher productivity increases the output of the given factors of production, which in turn increases the terms of trade of the factors.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123792197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is a key concern for organizers: how to reduce the time players spend driving to and from matches while keeping league divisions competitive. We adopt a three-step approach to solve this problem. Initially, we analyze the drive time data between the clubs’ locations to determine geographic regions for the league. Next, clubs are assigned to divisions based on their ranking within in the league and their home facility's geographic region. Finally, divisions are further subdivided to minimize drive time. Applying the approach to the Tennis Competitors of Dallas, a large and well-established sports league in Texas, USA, we demonstrate that it can rearrange the existing divisions in a way that not only shortens the drive time for players, but also maintains an acceptable level of competition.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"6 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123630926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using what approach to measure the knowledge contribution is critical for improving the efficiency of knowledge collaboration. Based on the studies of knowledge sharing barrier, this paper decomposed knowledge contribution into technological, communication and organization contribution and advocated the peer-assessment for knowledge contribution. Finding antecedents of each contribution is also crucial for accurate and effective knowledge management. Combined with the individual behavior model and IS success model, this paper proposed following antecedents: motivation, perception, ability and personality. Motivation and perception are intentional antecedents, but ability and personality are unintentional. In accordance with a field study of 250 employees, nested into 50 groups, we discover that individual learning motivation and perception of explicit knowledge heterogeneity can promote technological contribution but perception of tacit knowledge heterogeneity has an opposite effect; group motivation of social identity, acquisition ability and agreeableness traits increase communication contribution; group motivation, application ability and agreeableness enhance organization contribution.","PeriodicalId":331960,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Information Management and Management Science","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129027609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
