Therefore, this research is motivated by the concerns of education management for students who attend Pancasila Education, Citizenship Education, and Religion Education courses which are suspected of being less interest to students. Therefore, this study will see how much the influence of management of Pancasila Education, Citizenship Education, and Religion Education on the students' interest in learning, so that further steps can be taken to increase the students’ interest in Pancasila Education, Citizenship Education, and Religion Education courses. This research was also conducted as a reference material for lecturers to improve their education management in teaching students for Pancasila, Citizenship, and Religion Education courses. The results of this study indicated that there is a significant influence of the Management of Pancasila Education, Citizenship Education, and Religion Education on the students’ interest in learning. The flow of globalization has resulted in the erosion of human morality so that it only prioritizes the capitalist and materialistic aspects. Educational institutions as the main basis of human civilization and intellectuality should be able to become a place for transmitting moral values that are always based on prophethood and divinity. In reviewing the problems above, this study uses a library research approach with data analysis methods, content analysis, and spiral analysis. The findings of this study are that prophetic leadership is a leadership typology that is oriented towards restoring human nature as caliphs on earth by making the prophet Muhammad a role model in carrying out his leadership activities. Prophetic Islamic education is also an effort to prevent moral degradation because it returns the function of education to a divine basis, and always has high faith so that it can create a generation of rahmatan lil-‘alamin. In this study, it was stated that inthe nature of the project activities to strengthen the profile of pancasila students in addition to fostering the character of the pancasila student profile, students also have good interactions with fellow students and with their teachers. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 17 people, 1 principal and 16 teachers. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques used instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis techniques to test hypotheses using Product Moment correlation analysis and simple regression testing with the help of SPSS 21 of Windows. The results of this study indicate that the rxy value of 0.697 is greater than the rtable value both at a significance level of 5% (0.497) and a significance level of 1% (0.623), namely 0.497 <0.697> 0.623. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between the principal's behavioral taking style and the teacher's work behavior. In a simple regression test, the equation Y = 11,161 + 1.117X, if the behavioral decision-making style increases by 1 point, then the value of work behavior increases by 1.117 at the constant 11,161, and becomes 55,841 when the behavioral decision-making style is optimized. The problems raised include a) how at a glance about MTsN 2 Sukoharjo in the Research Madrasa Pioneer; b) what is the strategy and leadership style of the madrasah principal at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo; c) how is the implementation of research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo; and d) what are the supporters and obstacles for madrasah principals in implementing research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative-descriptive type of research. The data obtained came from primary data through a brief online interview with the principal of MTsN 2 Sukoharjo and secondary data through literature review analysis by reading & analyzing literature from various sources such as journals, articles, books, etc. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo in reality has not been fully supported by adequate educators. The principal's leadership strategy in supporting research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo is carried out through fostering educator performance, supervising educator performance, coaching and affirming educator discipline, and providing motivation. This study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Using a sample at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assyaidiyah, data collection was carried out by distributing 64 questionnaires. Recently, the public was surprised by the government's policy through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 regarding the elimination of Pancasila and Indonesian language education as compulsory curriculum content. Whereas government regulations are used as derivatives of the law on the national education system and the law on higher education. The research method used is the use of normative juridical critical analysis methods and viewed from various points of view in giving disapproval of government policies through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 precisely in Article 40 Paragraphs 2 and 3. The results of this study are to present 3 basic reasons why it is necessary to include Pancasila in the Government Regulation, namely First, the need to consider the previous regulations, second, the need for the formulation of this policy through an open political process, third, the need to review it from the point of view of Education Reformulation, both philosophically and ideologically.
