One of the antecedents of work engagement is personal resources construct. One derives personal resources construct is psychological capital based on the Job Demand Resources (JD- R) model. This research aims to prove the moderating role of age diversity to private sector workers in connection between psychological capital and work engagement referring to the theory of “Conservation of Resource” (COR). This research involves 127 Jabodetabek employees that works in private sectors. The measuring instrument used is Utrecht Work Engagement scale (UWES)-9, Psychological Capital Questionaire (PCQ-24) and age diversity that is categorized in 4 groups. The result of the research shows that there is a significant positive connection between psychological capital and work engagement of private sector employees. In other side, age diversity does not have a moderation effect, there is insignificant interaction effect between psychological capital and age diversity to work engagement, who the majority of participants in this study have already led to the stage of maintaining (age 41- 60 years old). With regard to the second most participants entering the advancement stage (ages 27–40 years old). This study uses the research, research and development (R&D) 4D model. The subject of this research was an expert test by the UNTIRTA Guidance and Counseling lecturer, Mr. Arga Satrio Prabowo M, Pd. Field testing by all Muhammadiyah Junior High Schools throughout DKI Jakarta. Collecting data using interviews and assessment sheets consisting of a checklist for quantitative data and a description for qualitative data. After going through the define, design, develop stages, the Komikadp educational comic prototype obtained an expert test assessment and a very feasible field test with expert test details with an average value of 88.70% and field tests with an average value of 81.79%. The comments obtained from the expert test are that the comic is already very good, it needs further development and the story continues so that this comic does not stop here. The comments obtained from the field test of the media used are in accordance with the character of teenagers, interesting, creative, simple stories but rich in meaning, and very related to today's youth, it's just that the cause and effect need to be added and how to overcome them by counseling the BK teacher. It is one of the commonest used illicit substance. While not all cannabis users develop psychiatric problems, heavy cannabis use may increase the risk of cognitive abnormalities, psychotic illness and mood disorders. This research aimed to evaluate severity of various psychotic symptoms in relation to variables of cannabis abuse. A cross sectional study of 30 male patients admitted at tertiary care psychiatric center with diagnosis of cannabis-associated psychosis was carried out. Cannabis abuse variables along with psychotic symptoms severity on BPRS scale were obtained. Correlation between variables of cannabis abuse and psychotic symptoms and total BPRS score were derived using Pearson correlation 2- tailed test. Hostility (83%) and excitement (77%) were most prevalent symptoms with increased severity followed by elevated mood, grandiosity, suspiciousness and motor hyperactivity. Patients with long duration and early onset of cannabis abuse presented with more severe form of psychosis. Frequency of cannabis use was not significantly correlated with total BPRS score, although amount spent over cannabis was significantly associated with total BPRS score. Family history of cannabis abuse predicted early onset of cannabis abuse. The research method used is a correlational quantitative type with a survey approach. With a sampel size of 104 students. The questionnaire used is a likert scale wich contains 22 statement items for permissive parenting, and 11 statement for bad morals. Based on the result of the pearson product moment correlation test, the results are 0,555. The correlation coefficient was consulted with table r at a significance level of 5%, namely 0,1622. The correlation coefficient of 0,555 means that the level of strength of relationship (correlation) between the permissive parenting style variables with morally is not good, namely the moderate/adequate category. The correlation number is the results above is positive, namely 0,555, so the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional.the conclusion is that there is a significant and unidirectional relathionship between the permissive parenting style of the students with bad morals, which means that the higher the permissive parenting, the higher the bad morals of the students. The counseling teacher effectively implies individual counseling services to alleviate the bad moral problems of students at SMA PGRI 24 Jakarta.
