In the present time, there is a widespread misconception among both Muslim and non-Muslim communities, associating jihad with excessive violence, war, and bloodshed. Consequently, Islam is falsely accused of being a religion propagated and developed through violence. The findings of this research demonstrate that jihad is not solely defined in a radical sense. In the Qur'an, the term jihad encompasses various meanings, including difficulty or trial, capability, and the personal identity of a Muslim. This study provides evidence that jihad extends beyond the context of warfare and encompasses struggles against one's desires, combating evil, maintaining harmony within the family, managing wealth, and the pursuit of knowledge or combating ignorance. The rule of al-shahăbah kulluhum 'udl is a concept that considers all of the Prophet's companions to be fair. According to Sunni scholars, a shahabah or companion is a \"conveyor of shari'a\". Doubting a companion's justice means doubting the \"building\" of shari'a. According to them, companionship justice is not built based on their daily activities but through self-affirmation. Companions are fair because they are Prophet’s companions and nothing can erase their status as his companions. On the other hand, some contemporary thinkers say the opposite and consider that not all his companions are fair. Being a friend and being fair are two separate concepts. Friends are said to be fair determined by their activities and not through self-affirmation. This research is library research with a theological-historical approach. The findings revealed that friends were involved in causing a schism in Islam, and some companions acted in ways that were inconsistent with the character of people with a just status. Apart from that, the descriptions in the Qur'an and Hadith about friends are different, there are so-called groups of believers, hypocrites, and wicked. Thus, generalizing all friends is wrong. Therefore, the doctrine of al-shăhabah kulluhum 'udl needs to be reformulated to become al-shahăbah kulluhum 'udl fi al-riwăyah . Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kaidah al-sahabah kulluhum ‘ ud u l. Kaidah a l-sahabah kulluhum ‘ ud u l adalah sebuah konsep yang memandang semua sahabat Nabi bersifat adil. Menurut ulama sunni, sahabat adalah \"penyampai syari'at\", meragukan keadilan sahabat berarti meragukan \"bangunan\" syari'at Islam” secara total. Menurut mereka, keadilan sahabat tidak dibangun atas dasar aktivitas mereka sehari-hari, namun melalui afirmasi diri. Sahabat itu adil karena memang mereka itu sahabat dan tidak ada perbuatan apapun yang dapat menghapus status mereka sebagai sahabat dan sekaligus adil. Di sisi lain, sebagian pemikir kontemporer mengatakan yang sebaliknya dan menganggap tidak semua sahabat adil. Menjadi sahabat dan menjadi adil adalah dua konsep yang terpisah. Sahabat dikatakan adil ditentukan oleh aktifitas mereka dan bukan melalui afirmasi diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library research dengan pendekatan teologis-historis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya keterlibatan sahabat dalam memunculkan skisma dalam Islam serta terdapatnya sejumlah sahabat yang berprilaku tidak sesuai dengan karakter orang yang berstatus adil. Kecuali itu, gambaran al-Qur’ a n dan hadis tentang sahabat berbeda-beda, ada yang disebut kelompok orang mukmin, munafik dan fasik. Dengan demikian, menggeneralisir semua sahabat adil adalah keliru. Indonesia as a country rich in medicinal plants and the majority of the population is Muslim, this has the potential to develop alternative medicine in accordance with the instructions of the Qur'an. This research is a library research that examines honey which can be used as an alternative to physical medicine as Allah says in QS. Al-Nahl. This research was conducted by analyzing the tadabbur of the Koran using ‘Abdurrahman Habannakah theory. The systematic discussion was written using the Tafsir Mawḍu’i principle initiated by al-Farmawi. The results of the study show that one of the themes discussed in the Qur'an in the verses of Shifa‘ is related to the efficacy of honey as an alternative in treating disease. Honey, which actually comes from flower essences processed by bees, produces various variants of honey that can be consumed according to their respective properties. The benefits of honey are also proven by scientific research that honey contains substances that are very beneficial to the human body. The use of honey as an alternative treatment can also minimize the use of drugs that can damage human organs. This illustrates that the Qur'an does not only contain religious insights, but also contains all the solutions to all the problems of human life. Berdasarkan hasil riset kesehatan dasar penduduk Indonesia yang dilakukan kementrian kesehatan terdapat 48 % masyarakat menggunakan pengobatan alternatif ramuan jadi dan 31 % masyarakat menggunakan ramuan racikan sendiri untuk pengobatan. Indonesia sebagai negara yang kaya akan tanaman obat dan sebagian besar penduduk merupakan umat muslim hal ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan pengobatan alternatif yang sesuai dengan petunjuk al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang mengkaji madu yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternative pengobatan jasmani sebagaimana firman Allah dalam QS. Al-Nahl. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis tadabbur al-Qur’an menggunakan teori ‘Abdurrahman Habannakah, Adapun sistematika pembahasan ditulis dengan kaedah Tafsir Mawḍu’i yang digagas al-Farmawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu tema yang dibahas al-Qur’an pada ayat-ayat Shifa‘ adalah terkait khasiat madu sebagai alternatif dalam mengobati penyakit. Madu yang sejatinya berasal dari sari bunga yang diproses melalui lebah, menghasilkan beragam varian madu yang dapat dikonsumsi sesuai khasiatnya masing-masing. Khasiat madu juga dibuktikan dengan penelitian ilmiah bahwa madu mengandung zat-zat yang sangat bermanfaat bagi tubuh manusia. Penggunaan madu sebagai alternatif pengobatan juga dapat meminimalisir penggunaan obat yang dapat merusak organ tubuh manusia. This type of research is a type of literature research using descriptive methods and semantic analysis methods to solve the problems studied. With the conclusion that the words Al-Raja' and Al-Amal have linguistic differences and synonymous sides. In terms of synonymity, the two words mean to expect goodness, while the linguistic differences between those that are in accordance with the context of the word Al-Raja' tend to hope accompanied by fear, can also be attributed as hope with full greed, ideals, the end of all directions and undone or ended, while the word Al-Amal has the meaning of expecting good with a long enough time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menjawab secara terperinci terkait semantik dari makna kata Al-Raja’ dan Al-Amal dalam Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode analisis semantik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dikaji. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa kata Al-Raja’ dan Al-Amal memiliki perbedaan linguistik dan sisi sinonimitas. This study aims to ascertain the true meaning of the word \"piety\" as it appears in QS. Al-Hajj: 37 from a semiotic standpoint. The descriptive analysis used in this article's research was discovered through library research. Before helping one comprehend how Roland Barthes' semiotics can be applied to the meaning of piety in QS. Al-Hajj: 37. Following a description of Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, the author then discusses the meaning of \"piety\" in the Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna hakiki terma takwa pada QS. al-H{ajj: 37 perspektif semiotika Roland Barthes. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan deskriptif analisis yang diperoleh melalui library research. Sebelum mengarah kepada pemahaman perihal aplikasinya semiotika Roland Barthes terhadap makna takwa dalam QS. al-H{ajj: 37, penulis memaparkan dahulu terkait teori semiotika Roland Barthes, dilanjutkan pembahasan terma takwa dalam al-Qur’an. Nawawi al-Bantani dalam tema ayat salat, puasa, pemeliharaan Baitullah, perpindahan arah kiblat, pernikahan lintas agama, dan kisas menggunakan Tafsir Maqa>s{idi>. Penafsiran tersebut dianalisa menggunakan intertekstualitas Julia Kristeva untuk menemukan teks rujukan Nawawi al-Bantani dan ideologemenya. Hadirnya Tafsir Maqa>s{idi> dalam Mara>h} Labi>d disebabkan rujukan langsung Nawawi al-Bantani dari tafsir Mafa>ti>h} al-Ghaib karya al-Razi. Ar-Razi sebagai seorang mufassir yang berkontribusi dalam perkembangan Maqa>s}id al-Qur’an mempengaruhi Nawawi al-Bantani dalam memproduksi Tafsir Maqa>s{idi> dalam Mara>h} Labi>d. Feeling a child who is not his biological child is often understood as permissible, this is evidenced by the fact that there are still many adoptive parents who entrust their adopted children to him. This study uses the maqashidi interpretation approach to capture the maqashid that exists in the law of child adoption. The result of this work explains that in QS. al-Ahzab verses 5 explains the monasticity of a person to call an adopted son to one other than his father. However, it is allowed if it is because of someone's ignorance.
