We extend the Liu's method to 2-2 antennas and add the channel coding method. Compared with the case of a no channel coding, the coding gain of the system can be improved about 3 dB. The proposed scheme improves the performance of the bit error rate (BER) of the system at lower signal to noise ratios (SNR); when the BER is about 1.E-4, and SNR more than 3 dB, the received image can be satisfied.","PeriodicalId":331407,"journal":{"name":"Fifth World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (IEEE Cat. In this paper, a novel method, which is to establish the mathematical model according to the different specialties of the light and the heavy shape steel, is presented. The model is twice optimized for one shape steel. The application shows that the model and the shearing both became more accurate and increases the mill productivity and higher yield rate.","PeriodicalId":331407,"journal":{"name":"Fifth World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (IEEE Cat. D-type ILC law depends on the relative degree of the controlled system. High order ILC law is difficult to realize, and will enhance the effect of the noise. A design method of first-order D-type ILC is presented for multivariable systems with unknown relative degree. A dummy system with unit vector relative degree can be constructed by series and parallel connected first-order subsystem with the multivariable controlled system with unknown vector relative degree. The dummy system can track the desired trajectory completely under the action of the first-order D-type ILC, and the actual controlled system can realize asymptotic tracking along the desired trajectory within a certain error scope. The gain of the D-type ILC law does not depend on the parameters of the controlled system. The simulation example demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented method.","PeriodicalId":331407,"journal":{"name":"Fifth World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (IEEE Cat. For second-order delayed unstable processes, a new PID controller tuning method based on direct synthesis approach is proposed in this paper. The proposed method obtains explicit expression of PID tuning parameters using specification of the desired closed-loop transfer function for disturbance responses. Performance and robustness metrics are used as evaluation criteria to assess the controller performance. Simulation and computation results demonstrate that the design method for the PID controller provides good control performance in terms of disturbance rejection, set-point tracking, and strong robustness.","PeriodicalId":331407,"journal":{"name":"Fifth World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (IEEE Cat. If the server is under low average load, it used genetic algorithm and advanced greedy algorithm jointly to achieve a minimum task abandon ratio and a maximum task value, or else only advanced greedy algorithm was used to minimize delay time. The scheduler adopted runtime incremental parallel scheduling (RIPS) strategy, which combines the advantages of static and dynamic scheduling. The several simulation experiments show that the proposed schedule algorithm is valid and feasible.","PeriodicalId":331407,"journal":{"name":"Fifth World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (IEEE Cat. Contraposing the time delay introduced by network, the networked control systems can be modeled as discrete-time Markovian jump linear systems with mode-dependent time delays. Delay-dependent stabilization condition of discrete-time Markovian jump linear system with mode-dependent time delays is proposed. Based on this condition, the delay compensation controller of NCS is constructed and solution of this controller is given through an iterative procedure of a linear matrix inequality (LMI) minimum problem, which is derived from cone complementarity linearization algorithm. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed results.","PeriodicalId":331407,"journal":{"name":"Fifth World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (IEEE Cat.
