One of these strategies is by coaching students. Implementing good coaching will increase students' knowledge in achieving goals more effectively. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ners Professional coaching on the level of student satisfaction. This study used a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was taken with a consecutive sampling technique of 65 respondents. Data collection through filling out a questionnaire. This study used univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, 83.1%, the implementation of coaching was good, 84.6% and the satisfaction of students who participated in coaching was 52.3%. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between the implementation of coaching and the level of student satisfaction with a p-value of 0.04 < ( 𝛼 =0.05). Schizophrenia is a major problem that creates a burden for families causing feelings of stress, depression, shame, feelings of guilt, stigma which have an impact on psychological conditions, mental health and the role of the family. Therefore, it requires self-efficacy from the family in caring for it. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and the role of the family in caring for schizophrenia patients. This type of research is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out at the Kuranji Padang Community Health Center for 3 days starting from 5-7 June 2023, with a sample of 97 people using purposive sampling. The instrument used was general self-efficacy developed by Schwarzer (1995 with the Chi-Square statistical test. The results of the study showed that the role of the family was less (55.7%), self-efficacy was less than (67.0%) and a significant relationship was found between the role of the family with self-efficacy (p value 0.0001). Impaired peripheral perfusion is a complication that often occurs in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. The risk of impaired peripheral perfusion in diabetics can be prevented or minimized, one of which is the Burger Allen Exercise. The Buerger Allen exercise has indicators in the form of improvements and increases in ABI (Ankle Brachial Index) values which include improvements in peripheral perfusion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Buerger Allen Exercise on foot sensitivity in diabetes mellitus patients at the Lubuk Buaya Padang Health Center in 2022. The research method is Quasy Experimental Design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample is 19 respondents who suffer from Diabetes Mellitus type 2 with purposive sampling technique. Allen exercise burger exercise for 10-18 minutes 2 times a day for 3 days. Data is processed using the Paired T-Test. The results of the study showed that the average value of foot sensitivity before the Buerger Allen exercise was performed was 0.76 (mild obstruction) and the average value of foot sensitivity after the Buerger Allen exercise was performed was 0.89 (normal). The statistical test results showed that the average difference before and after the Buerger Allen exercise was 0.14 with a P-Value of 0.000. It was concluded that there is an effect of Buerger Allen exercise on the improvement of peripheral perfusion tissue. Rendahnya kunjungan posyandu bisa dampak buruk terutama pada kebutuhan gizi anak. Berdasarkan data dari kabupaten Agam pada tahun 2019 bahwa jumlah cakupan kunjungan balita dari 23 Puskesmas yang ada, kurang dari 50% kunjungan posyandu balita nya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan jumlah kunjungan posyandu terhadap status gizi balita. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 di Nagari Balingka dengan jumlah sampel 53 sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas umur anak berada pada rentang 37- 48 bulan sebanyak 32 orang (60,3%). Responden jenis kelamin anak mayoritas perempuan sebanyak 27 orang (51%) dengan umur ibu mayoritas antara 17-25 tahun sejumlah 30 (56,6%). Responden ibu mayoritas berpendidikan SMA sebanyak 21 orang (39,6%) dengan status gizi anak mayoritas kurang berjumlah 31 anak (58,4%). Bahwa responden ibu yang kunjungan posyandu tidak rutin dengan gizi kurang sebanyak 24 anak (77,4%), dan kunjungan posyandunya rutin dengan gizi kurang sebanyak 7 anak (22,5%). The child and adolescent life experience survey shows that 1 in 11 girls experience sexual violence. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between parents' knowledge and attitudes towards the behavior of providing sexual health education to elementary school children in Padang city. This study used a quantitative design with a cross sectional approach. A total of 62 respondents were taken by cluster random sampling, which was collected by interview. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate, the test used is chi square. The results showed that 69% of parents did not provide sexual education to their children. There are 2 variables associated with the behavior of providing sexual health education, namely knowledge (0.024) and attitude (0.043). Parents need to provide sexual education to children will affect the behavior of parents in providing sex education or not to their children. Solid integration between education and health agencies, to increase the understanding of parents and teachers regarding the importance of providing sexual health education in elementary school-age children. Di RSUD. M. Zein Painan terjadinya penurunan jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2020. Pada bulan Agustus kunjungan pasien sebanyak 331 orang, September 2020 sebanyak 291 orang dan bulan Oktober 2020 sebanyak 260 orang, serta peneliti telah mewawancarai 10 pasien rawat jalan yang datang ke Instalasi Radiologi yang menyatakan bahwa pasien 8 orang pasien menyatakan bahwa kurang nyaman terhadap lingkungan di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD M. Zein Painan seperti ruang tunggu yang kurang bersih dan banyaknya petugas lain atau pasien lain yang lewat disana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase tingkat kepuasan pasien berdasarkan standar Kemenkes Nomor: 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 di instalasi radiologi RSUD M. Zein Painan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling pada 87 pasien rawat jalan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan sistem komputerisasi dan dianalisis dengan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 79,2% responden merasa puas dengan pelayanan instalasi radiologi RSUD M. Zein Painan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien di instalasi radiologi RSUD M. Indonesia ranks third with 969 thousand TB cases. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to co-infections of TB and COVID-19, which can worsen the clinical status of TB patients. This research aims to determine the influence of health determinants and comorbidity risk factors on TB COVID-19 patients in Tebing Tinggi, North Sumatra from 2020 to 2022. The study is a matched case-control study. Secondary data from the TB Information System (SiTB) and All Record COVID-19 for North Sumatra Province were used. The sample consisted of 36 individuals with a 1:1 case-control ratio. Multivariate data analysis was performed using logistic regression. The research yielded 36 cases of TB COVID-19 and 36 cases of TB. Bivariate analysis showed that treatment access, nutritional status, income, environment, hypertension, and HIV were not associated with TB COVID-19 occurrence (p> 0.05). There was a relationship between comorbid diabetes (DM) and TB COVID-19 occurrence (p-value = 0.038). The most dominant risk factor for TB COVID-19 occurrence was comorbid DM with a p-value of 0.023 and an odds ratio (OR) of 0.06 (95% CI 0.00053-0.676). Comorbid DM as predictor reduces the risk of TB COVID-19 incidence.
