LandX is an organizer registered with ALUDI which already has OJK permission. The average level of funds collected by LandX for each project is up to 4 billion. The population in this study is 88,572 investors who have registered with LandX as of December 2022. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. The samples used were 40 employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. This article aims to provide a deeper understanding of the topics raised, and the theories and methodologies used in research conducted in all countries in the world in the last 10 years (2010-2020). A review of articles from Publish or Perish that is indexed by Scopus and guided by the NVivo R1 application is used to analyze the data. From the results of the study, it was found, firstly about the trend of research on sukuk over the last 10 years by categorizing it from the publishing journal, year of publication, country, and research theme. Second, it was found that there were 29 theories used in previous articles related to the review of the Sukuk literature as an investment in Islamic securities. Furthermore, this theory influences the methods used for research, there are 29 methodologies found in previous articles. The population in this study were consumers of SLV Room Boutique. the sampling in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that 80 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is quantitative. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study after the data was processed with SPSS.23 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable which can be proven by the calculated t value of the product quality variable (X1) of 2,938> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the calculated t value of the service quality variable (X2) of 4.700> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = -0.754 + 0.167 X1 + 0.338 X2 + e and a significant effect with a calculated F value of 56.016 > F table 3.965 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a total sample of 30 people. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with a good recruitment system, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that employee performance has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with good performance, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. Descriptive, logit and propensity score matching techniques were used for data analysis. The study finding from the propensity score matching technique revealed that the incomes of adopters of small scale irrigation were increased by 37,696.06ETB per annum. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The data collected was analyzed using financial ratios, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficients and t-test with the SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows program. \u0000The findings in this study show that working capital turnover (WCTO) and profitability (ROA) have increased quarterly every year as measured by financial ratios. The results of the t-test show that the working capital turnover variable (WCTO) has a positive and significant influence on the level of profitability.
