Mental health is crucial for achieving harmony in life, and the ability to face problems, feel happiness, and maintain positivity are all essential aspects of this. However, diagnosing mental disorders can be difficult and time-consuming, as symptoms may vary depending on the patient's condition and lifestyle. The study utilizes symptom data from 30 patients with 6 types of mental disorders, with each symptom assigned a weighted value of belief for the corresponding disorder. The Dempster Shafer algorithm is then used to process this data and obtain a total confidence value for each disorder. The results show a 97% confidence value for the patient's mental disorder, which can help psychologists make informed decisions and provide appropriate treatment.","PeriodicalId":33075,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Information Systems and Informatics","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49626035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the uncertainty surrounding internet voucher sales transactions often leaves counter owners hesitant to increase their stock due to the short active period of the vouchers. This leads to frequent customer dissatisfaction as the internet vouchers run out, resulting in lost sales opportunities. To address this issue, this study aimed to predict voucher sales for the upcoming month to serve as a reference for calculating the stock of voucher supply. The Auto-regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method was used based on voucher sales data from November 2022 to January 2023. Out of the three tentative models obtained, only one proved suitable for use. The best ARIMA model was the (2,1,0) model, with a MAD value of 29.65, an MSE value of 2409.95, and a MAPE value of 23.3%. Based on the February voucher sales, the stock level can remain the same as the previous period since the sales were stable. The findings of this study can help Diamond Cell counter owners make more informed decisions about stocking internet vouchers, resulting in better customer satisfaction and reduced likelihood of losses.","PeriodicalId":33075,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Information Systems and Informatics","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46482784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The concept was first introduced in 1986, with an initial learning algorithm in 1996; several works have been published on FCM methodology, learnings and applications. Fuzzy cognitive maps continue to evolve both in theory, learning algorithms and application. Many theories like intuitionistic theory, hesitancy theory, grey system theory, wavelet theory, etc., are integrated with the conventional FCM. These extensions have improved Fuzzy cognitive Maps to handle problems of uncertainty, incomplete information, hesitancy, dynamic systems and probabilistic fuzzy events. They also strengthen fuzzy cognitive Maps’ modelling power for application in almost any domain. However, the compilation of the development in methodology and adaptation of FCM are either old or omitted some of the recent advances or focused on specific applications of FCM in some areas. This paper reports extension, learning and applications of FCM from the initial conventional FCM to recent extensions and some of the important features of those extensions and learning.","PeriodicalId":33075,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Information Systems and Informatics","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47628038","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
