The researchers want to find out the implementation done by educators or caregivers of school institution sustainably to observe changes on habits and attitudes of the students completely. The implementation of character education of early children at Pembina Public Kindergarten Semarang is done qualitatively by using descriptive method. The participants are 40 children of B2 and B3 groups, 4 kindergarten teachers, and the principal. The instruments of the research are observation, interview, and documentation. Findings show that character education at the kindergarten can be implemented through habituation in daily life activities. The kindergarten becomes pilot project to promote character education in Semarang city. Varieties of characters to be developed at the kindergarten are taken based on its vision. The research subjects of the 3rd grade students of State Islamic High School and Islamic Boarding House, each represented by 45 students, the data collection tool used in this research is the scale of spirituality and psychological well being scale. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is product moment technique and independent sample t test. The result of correlation analysis shows that the relation of spirituality with psychological well being in State Islamic High School has r value of 0.794 and p value of 0.000 (P <0,05) and the result of spirituality analysis with psychological well being in Islamic Boarding House has r value of 0,742 and p value 0.000 (P <0.05) thus the two results indicate a very significant positive relationship. Based on these two results can be drawn the conclusion the higher the level of spirituality, the higher the psychological well being in the students, and it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this study, that there is a positive relationship between the spiritual and psychological well being accepted. The result of psychological well being test analysis on students at State Islamic High School and Islamic Boarding House has value of difference index (T) psychological well being in State Islamic High School students and Islamic Boarding House of 5.407 with significance level (P) of 0,000 (P <0,05) and mean on student State Islamic High School is 133,71 while in Islamic Boarding House students equal to 120,10. So the psychological condition well being subject in State Islamic High School is higher than the Islamic Boarding House. This study uses a quantitative approachinvolving 169 students in junior high school students using purposive sampling technique. Theresults of the study concluded that there was an effect of self-regulated learning, mathematicsanxiety, mathematics teacher social support, and peer social support simultaneously onmathematics learning achievement by 13.2%. The results of the t test showed that the variablesof self-regulated learning and peer social support partially did not significantly influencemathematics learning achievement, in contrast to mathematics anxiety and mathematicsteacher social support which partially had a significant effect on mathematics learningachievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adamya pengaruh faktor internal (selfregulatedlearning dan kecemasan terhadap matematika) serta faktor eksternal (dukungansosial guru matematika dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya) pada prestasi belajar matematika.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 169 siswa pada siswasekolah menengah pertama dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitianmenyimpulkan ada pengaruh self-regulated learning, kecemasan matematika, dukungan sosialguru matematika, dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajarmatematika sebesar 13.2%. Pemaknaan mengenai kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru akan memberikan gambaran mengenai bagaimana guru memaknai kesejahteraan terhadap profesinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) untuk memahami bagaimana guru memaknai kesejahteraan. Partisipan melibatkan 5 narasumber guru Taman Kanak – Kanak di Kota Semarang yang sekolahnya memperoleh akreditasi A dan telah bekerja minimal 5 tahun. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kesejahteraan bagi guru pendidikan usia dini mengacu pada perasaan bahagia dan tercukupi dalam menjalankan perannya sehingga mampu mengarahkannya pada pencapaian yang lebih baik. Kesejahteraan ini muncul dari rasa dicintai oleh siswa, teman guru dan orang tua; rasa dihargai; dan adanya rasa didukung. Perasaan sejahtera hadir semakin kuat apabila disertai rasa syukur dan adanya tujuan yang akan dicapai dan memberikan dampak positif bagi sekitar. The purpose of this research is to find out how undergraduate students take meaning on every event in their lives. Judging from the objectives, this research is explorative that is to explore broadly the causes or things that influence. This study uses a qualitative method & approach with an open questionnaire as a data collection method. The research subjects were the final semester students in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Education, Yogyakarta State University. The results of this study are the meaningfulness of the life of the final students derived from religion as a factor interpreting the majesty of God and gratitude, social interaction in the family and perceived environment when helping others and boasting of the family. This study used 77 male retired employees. This study aims to determine the effect of pet ownership on stress levels, differences in stress levels between groups that have animals and do not have animals and know the characteristics of the group of pet owners related to stress levels. The research data will be analyzed using simple regression, Mann Whitney test and Chi square. The research instruments used were the Perceived Stress Scale from Cohen (1988) and the questionnaire. Obtained overall results of respondents at moderate stress levels. The research findings are that pet ownership has an effect on stress levels of 37, 2%. It was also found that groups that had pets had lower stress levels than those who did not have pets. The fact that is happening now, lecturers and students are still having difficulties in implementing the Tri Dharma, especially in research. One evidence that shows the low publicity in Indonesia is the Scimago Journal and Country Rank (2015) data which ranked Indonesia 49th in the world and 11th in Asia in 2015. One of the factors that led to low research was the lack of knowledge about technological developments . Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of training in the use of technology in improving the publication skills of the Psychology study program at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University in Yogyakarta. The researcher used the Pretest-Postest Group Design method. The subjects of this study were 20 people consisting of lecturers and Psychology students at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University. The analysis of this research uses quantitative Gain Score analysis. The results of this study indicate that after training, a number of lecturers experienced a decrease in feeling the obstacles to conducting research. The benefits of this research can contribute to the foothold and reference to further research related to technology development to increase the productivity of research publications and provide training to lecturers on a regular basis and increase productivity in research publications. Dosen dan mahasiswa merupakan pelaku utama di perguruan tinggi yang bertugas melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pendidikan/pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat (UU No. 12 Tahun 2012, Pasal 1 Ayat 9). Kenyataan yang terjadi saat ini, dosen dan mahasiswa masih kesulitan dalam melaksanakan tri dharma tersebut, terutama pada penelitian. Salah satu bukti yang menunjukkan rendahnya publikasi di Indonesia adalah data Scimago Journal and Country Rank (2015) yang menempatkan Indonesia pada peringkat 49 di dunia dan 11 di Asia pada tahun 2015. Faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya penelitian salah satunya yaitu pengetahuan tentang perkembangan teknologi yang masih minim. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan penggunaan teknologi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan publikasi di prodi Psikologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Female workers are one of the important assets in the workplace, but are not always able to work optimally because they prefer cyberloafing activities. This behavior is considered unproductive and has a significant impact on individuals and organizations. Cyberloafing behavior is allegedly due to low self-control. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior. The method of collecting data uses the scale of self-control and scale of cyberloafing. The results showed that there was a very significant negative relationship between self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. Self-control variables contribute 77.2 percent of Cyberloafing behavior which shows that self-control is an important factor that must be minimized to reduce Cyberloafing behavior in the workplace.Keywords: cyberloafing, self-control, women Abstrak. Pekerja perempuan merupakan salah satu aset penting dalam dunia kerja, namun tidak selalu mampu bekerja maksimal karena lebih menyukai aktivitas cyberloafing. Perilaku ini dianggap tidak produktif dan memberikan dampak signifikan bagi individu maupun organisasi sehingga perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Perilaku cyberloafing salah satunya ditengarai karena adanya kendali diri yang rendah. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan negatif antara kendali diri dengan perilaku cyberloafing. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Kendali diri dan skala Cyberloafing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara kendali diri dengan perilaku Cyberloafing. This research aims to know the effectiveness of the SAS method (Structure Analytic Synthetic)  for improving the reading skills to slow learner children in SDN Demangan. The subject were 8 slow learner student, who were divided into two groups, 4 student in experimenal group and 4 student in control group. The characteristics subjects in this research was slow learner children and indicated a low reading skills. The hypothesis of this research was SAS method effective in improving reading skills for slow learner studentin SDN Demangan. This research was a pure experiment research with randomized pretest-posttest control group design or using two independent groups with pretest-postets design.  Mann Whitney U and Wilcoxon were used as data analisys technique. The result of Wilcoxon analysis, between the scores of pretest and posttest in experimental group  is p = 0,011 (p < 0.05). These results indicated that there was differencess between the scores before and after in reading skills of group experiments. The results of Mann Whitney U analysis between a score of posttest control group and the experimental value obtained p = 0.019 (p < 0.05). These results indicated that there was a difference reading skills between the control group and experimental group. Sedangkan depresi adalah gangguan perasaan atau mood yang disertai komponen psikologi berupa sedih, susah, tidak ada harapan dan putus asa, dan komponen biologi atau somatik misalnya anoreksia, konstipasi, dan keringat dingin. Kecemasan dan depresi dapat terjadi pada mahasiswa FIKES dan Non-FIKES. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan kecemasan dan depresi mahasiswa FIKES dan Non-FIKES di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Mahasiswa FIKES adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, dimana jadwal praktikum dan kuliah sangat padat. Sedangkan Non-FIKES  adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Eknomi Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora (FEISHum). Tugas dan tanggungjawab yang berat dapat menjadi stressor terjadinya kecemasan dan depresi. NSQ untuk menilai kecemasan, dan BDI untuk menilai depresi. Analisa data menggunakan uji T dengan tingkat kemaknaan α= 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Mahasiswa baru di FIKES lebih cemas dan lebih depresif daripada mahasiswa Non-FIKES/FEISHum (NSQ t= -3,328, p= 0,002 dan BDI t= 2,410, p= 0,019).
