This is also inseparable from pesantren as Indonesia's centers of Islamic religious education. This study aims to see how the digital transformation process in the human resources field in Islamic boarding schools is. The approach to this research is library research, in which a review of the literature related to the research topic is carried out. The discussion results show that several aspects must be improved, namely 1. Digitizing Human Resource Management Activities, 2. Creative Thinking, Innovative and Collaboration Behavior, 3. Leadership and Digital Transformation, 4. Digital Environment. Various media were developed to support online learning. However, there are still many students who are indifferent during the learning process. This study aims to determine: (i) the reality of student responses to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in class XI vocational high school Wiraswasta Cimahi, (ii) the reality of student learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects in class XI vocational high schoolWiraswasta Cimahi, and (iii)the relationship between student responses to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and student motivation in Islamic religious education subjects in class XI vocational high schoolWiraswasta Cimahi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. In this study the sample was taken from 35 students of class XI vocational high schoolWiraswasta Cimahi. Data analysis of the two variables was carried out using statistical methods which were divided into two approaches, namely partial analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded: (i) the reality of student responses to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic was categorized as positive, at intervals of 3.40 - 4.19 (ii) the reality of their learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects was categorized as good, at intervals 3.40 – 4.19, and (iii) the relationship between students' responses to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic with their learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects is (a) a correlation coefficient of 0.58 including in the medium or medium category . (b) The hypothesis is accepted because t arithmetic is 4.09 greater than t table with (1.69), and (c) The degree of relationship between variable X and variable Y is 34%. In the field of education, for example, the values of religious moderation are integrated into certain subjects such as Islamic Religious Education and Moral Character. This research attempts to analyze the values of moderation that are integrated into the 2017 Revised Edition of PAI and Budi Pekerti textbooks for Class II SD. The data were obtained through a literature review from primary sources, namely textbooks, and secondary sources in the form of related literature as support. The results of the study show that the integration of religious moderation values in this PAI textbook covers all aspects, starting from core competencies, basic competencies, and subject matter. Strategies and approaches, picture illustrations, and evaluations contained in textbooks are also oriented towards forming an attitude of moderation in students. Lately, the development of dayah education is entrepreneurship with its peculiarities and characteristics. This research aims to determine the model of Islamic education and Arabic Language learning in Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam SMK ASD. This research is a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection process using interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject is the dayah leader, vice headmaster of curriculum, Arabic teacher and students. Analysis of the research data using data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the reseacrh show that the application of Islamic education in Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam uses an integrative curriculum. The collaboration and integration between the Vocational High School curriculum into the Islamic boarding school education curriculum. The curriculum integration model used is the across several disciplinary integration model. Learning Arabic at Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam SMK ASD uses a boarding school educational model with the characteristics of a conservative boarding school. The Arabic material presented is integrated into the teaching of the kitab kuning text. The problems of learning Arabic at Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam ASD Vocational School, lack of native speakers teaching Arabic, lack of focus in daily Arabic conversation (muhadatsah) and students unable to read the kitab kuning in learning Arabic. The solution is published a concise edition of the Matan Taqrib kitab for the convenience of students to understand Fiqh as well as Arabic. The video showing students in North Sumatra brutally attacking a grandmother on the side of the road suddenly becomes a fact on the ground that does not reflect good character. Departing from this problem, the author wants to explain the concept and implementation of PAI in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. From these problems, the author wants to explain the concept and implementation of PAI in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The combination of qualitative research and literature design is the approach taken to answer this research problem. Following are the findings of this study. 1), PAI implementation does not always run smoothly due to the following factors. First, PAI is less effective in fostering student morale. Second, the lack of understanding among students who practice the principles of their religion. Third, many students, including lecturers, are exposed to radicalism. Fourth, there is religious ritualism (individual piety). Meanwhile, the implementation of PAI as a subject in pesantren and madrasas is almost the same, it's just that in pesantren it uses more literal references to the yellow book, in contrast to madrasas which use textbooks published by the Ministry of Religion. Whereas in Islamic schools, the PAI materials are arranged with materials from the tarbiyah movement, as a distinct characteristic. Interviews and observations are used to acquire primary data, whereas documentation studies obtain secondary data. This research was conducted at SMP Takhassus Al-Qur'an Tarub Tegal and SMA N 1 Karanggede, Boyolali. The data validity test is accomplished by triangulating the data analysis sources utilizing Miles and Huberman analysis, which consists of three stages: data reduction, data visualization, and data verification. The findings indicated that experiential learning theory might be applied to pandemic education in four stages: tangible experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation, both offline and online learning. Hermeneutics, which was originally used as a way to interpret the scriptures and understand the text, has now risen to the level of a philosophical school and even entered the field of research theorizing and curriculum. It is especially important for disciplines about religious texts. For a hermeneutic educator, education is considered to be the heart of education, because education is nothing more than a process of effective application of hermeneutics (language) and for educators, it is a framework that may be used as a strategy and technique called critical thinking, which is a necessity of the present age. The first step of the article starts with extracting materials from the perspective of hermeneutic philosophy of Islamic approach by studying the internal and external texts of the curriculum dimensions and for this purpose the analytical-inferential method is used. In the second stage of the article, by examining the handful of patterns on hermeneutics that were deductive, theoretical, a new model for children's curriculum is presented to offer educators solutions to develop students' judgments and critical thinking from an early age. For this purpose, the practical analogy presented in a prescriptive form has been used as a useful and obligatory knowledge that has a great help in the field of education with an Islamic approach. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education plays a major role in the implementation of educational autonomy. This is because Islamic education is a separate part that is able to implement its curriculum in Islamic educational institutions. This research is a literature study so that the data analyzed are sourced from various literature references by using literature analysis in revealing the data. Thus, the implementation of educational autonomy in various Indonesian educational institutions goes well together in accordance with the educational and learning objectives to be achieved. Most people regardless of their economic and social status send their children to Islamic boarding schools. There are reasons parents choose this kind of school over other types of school, one of which is the fact that this type of schooling offers a wide variety of extra-curricular activities. This study seeks to identify the roles of extracurricular in shaping students’ character in a particular boarding school. This qualitative multi-site case study interviewed the management of the boarding schools, teachers, and students. The data for the research was also revealed through observation of students’ activities during the extra-curricular program. Our research suggests that extra-curricular were believed to have shaped students’ characters. The extra-curricular program shape students to become more disciplined, develop time-management skill, become more independent, and develop students’ creativities and students’ critical thinking.
