The results of the study show that the principal's leadership has a central role in the implementation of independent learning in schools. The steps taken by the principal started from: implementing policies that support independent learning, encouraging teachers to implement fun learning, motivating students to have readiness and mood to learn, actively involving parents and the environment, and collaborating with the education office to holding training to improve teacher competence. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection procedures using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The validity of the data using source triangulation techniques, technical triangulation; and time triangulation. Leadership style is a way for leaders to influence their subordinates to want to work together productively to achieve organizational goals. This conceptual article aims to examine the phenomenon of democratic and visionary leadership in improving the performance of teachers in Elementary School (SD) 1 Colo Kudus. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the combination of democratic and visionary leadership styles is very suitable to be applied at SD 1 Colo Kudus to improve teacher performance. Various innovative ideas from school principals for the improvement and progress of schools, including those for improving teacher performance, are always brought together and discussed in advance with teachers to obtain various responses and input; henceforth the final decision remains in the hands of the principal. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. Data analysis was carried out by adopting an interactive pattern which included data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the credibility of the data is done by using triangulation of sources and techniques/methods. Confirmability checks are used to see that the results of the research conducted indicate a research process in the field. The population of this research are teachers, facilitators, and the PPG LMS Admins as many as 650 people. Considering the diverse population, both in type and quantity, the sampling and determination of samples is also carried out in various ways; so that the sample in this study consisted of 200 PPG participating teachers, 20 facilitators and 10 PPG LMS Admins. The technique used in collecting data in this research is by observing the results of the monitoring and evaluation of the learning implementation documents that have been carried out by PPG managers through the Quality Assurance Unit. The data analysis technique used is descriptive technique using non-parametric statistical techniques. The results of the literature study show that each country has its advantages. In Indonesia, there is only one type of general practitioner. In America, there are two types of general practitioners. The length of time for completing medical education in Indonesia is faster than in America, but more cases of disease and learning facilities in America. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by adopting an interactive pattern from Miles et al (2014). Collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis uses an interactive model from Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014). Validation of data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study showed that the management of inclusive learning implemented at SDIT Palangka Raya is quite effective in providing educational services as well as developing the potential, interests, and talents of inclusive students.
