摘要

本研究旨在确定:(1)学习计划学习成果的调整;(2)学习计划实现学习成果的策略。本研究采用解释性描述型的定量研究方法。本研究的对象是15位讲师。使用问卷调查、访谈和文档的数据收集技术。使用的数据分析技术是使用百分比公式的描述性分析技术。研究结果表明:(1)学习成果的调整处于良好类别,因为它参考了作为评估参考的KKNI;(2)通过学习、校友参与和课程调整的整合策略,实现学习成果的学习计划策略属于良好类别。
