The conventional methods used in laboratories to detect and diagnose the problem were very slow and prone to get inaccuracy in result. Digital image processing can detect and recognize different diseases and make it easy to analyze and diagnose the actual problem in a fast and cost effective manner. The major intension of this paper is to count number of WBC and also identify the abnormal ones. The proposed work is useful to detect different kind of diseases like Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Immune system disorders, Neutropenia, HIV/AIDS, Lymphocytopenia, leukemia etc on the basis of counts of different blood constituents. This paper is going to provide way to recognize types of different kind of WBC in its normal and abnormal form. This will also helpful for hematologists for clear identification and counting of blood cells. Finally the proposed work designed to obtain effective and more accurate result. The ECG is affected by large noises such as impulsive noise caused by muscle contraction, power-line interference, baseline drift due to respiration, and motion artifacts. To avoid misinterpreting the ECG, a simple and accurate QRS detection algorithm based on morphology instead of frequency, for the BSN ECG devices is presented. The uniqueness of mathematical morphology is that it does not require any prior knowledge on the frequency spectrum of the signal under investigation. The two most fundamental operators in mathematical morphology are the dilation and erosion operators which are used to reduce the computational complexity. The unicast technology is highly inefficient for such applications thus multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) was defined by third generation partnership project (3GPP) in 2005. Since then various improvements have been incorporated in the later releases by 3GPP, but there still exists a scope of further improvement in it. The present paper proposes algorithms to improve the multimedia multicasting so that the user can easily obtain the type of service it wants and the burden on network get reduced drastically. Generally when two inverters are paralleled, they have unmatching currents flowing between them and to reduce that, we go for inductors. These inductors reduces the circulating currents flowing between the inverters and these currents are produced by common mode voltage differences between the output terminals of the two inverters. Standard Discontinuous PWM techniques when applied to parallel connected inverters with three separate inductors naturally produce high frequency common mode voltage differences. So an Interleaved Discontinuous PWM scheme along with sinusoidal reference is proposed to eliminate these voltage differences in parallel connected inverters. By using this technique, a three phase parallel inverter can be operated using a single three limb coupled inductor instead of three separate inductors. And this significantly reduces the high frequency differential current ripple and improves the efficiency of the system. Analysis are done for common mode voltage differences and for the common mode circulating currents using the above mentioned two techniques and it is shown that the common mode circulating currents (Icm) and the common mode voltage differences (Vcm) are reduced by using Interleaved Discontinuous PWM technique. This is fed to an Induction motor load and the output currents are sinusoidal with less current ripples. It also reads the data from the base station in case of emergencies. Zigbee devices are used for wireless transmission of the data from the base station to the light system thus enabling an efficient street lamp control system. Infrared sensor and dimming control circuit is used to track the movement of human in a specific range and dims/bright the street lights accordingly hence saving a large amount of power. Adaptive message control (AMC) is to achieve the low decoding complexity, that dynamically trims the message length of belief information to reduce the amount of memory accesses and arithmetic operations. A new horizontal nonbinary LDPC decoder architecture is developed to implement AMC. Key components in the architecture have been designed with the consideration of variable message lengths to leverage the benefit of the proposed AMC. Fuzzy logic controller regulates alteration in the load angle between stator and rotor flux vectors in accordance with electromagnetic torque change. The reference stator flux has been obtained from load angle, change in load angle and the stator flux magnitude. Stator voltage to be supplied to the induction motor is based on stator flux error. Low torque and flux ripple and constant switching frequency are acquired using DTC-SVM. This method requires only one fuzzy controller and simple calculations, hence this strategy is very easy to implement. The proposed system is developed and analyzed using MATLAB/SIMULINK. It is measured in picoseconds per square root of kilometer as it is proportional to the square root of the length of the fiber. It is one of the serious impairments which limit the data rate in long distance transmission and high speed communication systems. It severely degrades the system performance and causes pulse broadening. PMD has negligible effect on low data rate systems but it affects the bandwidth distance product severely in high data rate systems. Being time varying, it increases the Bit Error Rate (BER) in long distance communication. Hence, compensation of PMD is essential. This paper adopts the use of polarizer for compensating PMD along with an optical delay element, where the delay factor is predetermined based on the simulation bandwidth.
