During Covid-19 \u0000pandemic people had to spend more time in their homes and had to use internet more than before to \u0000do their tasks. One of the tasks that should be performed on internet is shopping. On the other hand, \u0000it’s obvious that Covid-19 pandemic has negative outcomes in terms of economy and psychology. One of \u0000the negative outcomes of pandemic is anxiety. In this study, the moderator role of Covid-19 anxiety on \u0000the relationship between internet addiction and online shopping addiction is examined. Although several \u0000studies are conducted during pandemic about the effects of pandemic this topic is not investigated. In this \u0000regard, this study is unique and suppose to add value to the related literature. The results of the analysis \u0000show that online shopping addiction consisted of three factors. Among those factors, the moderator role \u0000of Covid-19 anxiety was supported only for the negative effect factor. In other words, Covid-19 anxiety has \u0000moderating effect on the relationship between internet addiction and negative effect dimension of online \u0000shopping addiction. In this context, the transition \u0000to a green economy is proposed as an alternative model. It is expected that green jobs will not only be \u0000environmentally friendly jobs but also decent jobs. Along with decent work, gender equality is also included \u0000in the goal of sustainable development. Women are lagging behind men in employment participation \u0000and access to decent work due to their gender roles. It is a matter of wonder whether this inequality will \u0000continue in the transition to a green economy. In this study, it is aimed to reveal whether the transition to a \u0000green economy is an opportunity for women to participate in employment. It is believed that the transition \u0000to a green economy will have the opportunity for women to participate in employment in the countries that \u0000produce gender-sensitive policies, and it threatens to increase gender inequality in the countries that are \u0000indifferent to this issue. Bu bağlamda İstanbul /\u0000Türkiye’de farklı işletmelerde çalışan 272 kişinin katılımıyla kesitsel bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın\u0000verileri, katılımcılara e-posta yoluyla gönderilen anket linkleri ile çevrimiçi olarak toplanmıştır. Kolayda\u0000örnekleme yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapıldıktan sonra hipotez\u0000testlerine geçilmiştir. Bulgular, narsist liderliğin çalışanların psikolojik iyi oluşları üzerinde olumsuz etkisi\u0000olduğunu doğrulamaktadır. Ayrıca işe yabancılaşmanın narsist liderlik ile psikolojik iyi oluş arasındaki\u0000ilişkide aracı rolü olduğunu doğrulamıştır. Murabaha, known as the participation \u0000finance product, has an important place in the interest-free financial system. In this context, it is aimed \u0000to reveal the relationship between murabaha and macroeconomic variables on the Turkish sample in this \u0000study. In the research model, murabaha is used as a dependent variable, while Gross Domestic Product \u0000(GDP), employment rate, and inflation rate have been tested as independent variables within the scope \u0000of macroeconomic indicator. A total of 40 quarterly data between 2010-2019 have been analyzed using \u0000the Johansen cointegration, VECM Granger and Toda-Yamamoto causality test. According to the findings \u0000obtained from the analysis, murabaha and macroeconomic variables are statistically identical in the long \u0000term and move in the same direction together. According to the findings obtained from the Toda-Yamamoto \u0000analysis, a bidirectional causality has been found between murabaha and the GDP and employment rate, \u0000which is used as a macroeconomic indicator, while a one-way causality relationship has been found between \u0000murabaha and the inflation rate. The basic metal industry, which is the locomotive of the Turkish manufacturing sector, is \u0000one of the sectors greatly affected by the pandemic. The financial performances of companies in the sector \u0000seriously affect the decision-making processes of managers and capital market investors. In this study, the \u0000financial performances of 20 firms listed in the BIST Base Metal Index (XMANA) during the pandemic \u0000were analyzed. The analysis results of the pandemic period (2020/06 – 2021/06) were compared with the \u0000previous one-year period and significant changes were found. For performance measurement, 15 different \u0000criteria were determined which were compiled from the balance sheet and income statements, consisting \u0000of liquidity, profitability, cost, value, growth, capital structure and activity ratios. In the study, Entropy, \u0000which is a multi-criteria decision-making method, was used to calculate the importance weights of the \u0000criteria; in addition, the MARCOS Method, a new method proposed in 2020, was used to rank companies \u0000according to the determined criteria. According to the analysis results, the metal industry company with \u0000the highest financial performance during the pandemic period is ÇEMTAŞ Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret \u0000A.Ş. (ÇEMTS). Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (KRDMD) and AYES Çelik Hasır ve Çit Sanayi \u0000A.Ş. Bu durum beraberinde Doğu Akdeniz’deki münhasır ekonomik bölge, hidrokarbon yataklarının adil paylaşımı ve enerji transfer sorunlarını da beraberinde gündeme taşımıştır. Enerji rezervlerinin adil bir şekilde paylaşılması konusunda yaşanan sorunlar başta Türkiye olmak üzere uluslararası kamuoyunda hummalı bir şekilde münazara edilmektedir. Bu münazaralar bölgedeki gelişmelerin ekonomik, siyasi, hukuki, enerji ve askeri boyutları ile çok yönlü bir şekilde irdelenmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Turkey's soft power activities in Kosovo have been described in the literature, but they have not been measured. Qualitative research method was used in the study and a survey was conducted to collect data. Turkey's institutions that implement soft power in Kosovo have been expressed, and the hypothesis that Turkish cultural activities, political values and foreign policy produce soft power capability has been tested. As a result of the findings obtained from the survey and analysis, it is concluded that Turkey is seen as an important military power, a great economy and a beautiful tourism country in Kosovo. In addition, it has been revealed that Kosovars think that Turkey has an important culinary culture and that it is a successful country in terms of sports. It has been concluded that Turkey is an important actor for the security of Kosovo, both militarily and politically. The respondents believe that there is a cultural similarity between Kosovo and Turkey. As a result, it was concluded that Turkey is a country that is admired and appreciated to a significant extent in Kosovo.
