Therefore, the aim of the research work is to determine the veracity of applying linguistic and semantic approaches to the interpretation of the Holy Quran in order to find new ways of regulating the socio-cultural space. The research was conducted on the basis of the semantic, cultural, semiotic and formal-logical approaches, using such methods of scientific knowledge as induction, deduction, linguistic analysis, systematisation, comparison, synthesis and generalisation. In the course of the research work, key narratives of contemporary Islam were analysed in terms of their specific understanding of the Holy Quran. The current state of research into the interpretation of the sacred texts of Islam is reviewed. The specifics of understanding the Holy Quran in the context of its metaphorical constructions are explored. The relationship between the linguistic structure of\u0000the Arabic language and the interpretations of the texts of the holy injunctions has been established, on the basis of which two ways of investigating the understanding of the Quran have been proposed. A comparative analysis of the research findings with other research findings in the category of modern interpretation of the Quran and Sunnah has been conducted. The trend towards digitalisation of the sacred texts of Islam, as well as the use of artificial intelligence technologies to interpret the ayahs, has been noted. The purpose of this article is to study the social aspects of the educational potential within the framework of Islamic studies, as well as to reveal the conceptual approach to its understanding. The publication materials are the information from scientific and practical disciplines, highlighting the implementation of social aspects of the educational potential of the Islamic studies in its natural environment and in a foreign context, as well as monographic works on the topic and sources that are a fixation of research observations in the field of modernization of the educational and social systems of the society life. The following concepts are the result of its study: fixing the problem under study as a composite and inseparable and a large-scale system; determination of its leading categories; establishing the relationship between its components; the authors’ interpretation of this topic as a panoramic phenomenon interconnected with many other spheres of society. The practical significance of the work was revealed in its novelty, relevance and demand among representatives of the leading areas of scientific thought and activity such as history and sociology; ethics and religious studies; cultural studies and economics; pedagogy and psychology. A tool to help avoid them is the implementation of an effective legislative mechanism. The research aims to investigate the legal foundations of confessional relations in Kazakhstan, including constitutional norms, norms of laws and bylaws, and the provisions of international acts in the sphere of relations between the state and religion. The system of methods of scientific knowledge of different levels – from the most general methods to special methods of legal science – was used to implement the goal. The study, the model of state- confessional relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its basic principles, as well as the existing legal support of this model were analysed and conducted. The authors concluded that the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating confessional relations partially corresponds to international normative legal instruments regulating freedom of religion. In addition, the study showed that the model of state-confessional relations in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan contributes to the observance of citizens’ rights to freedom of religion, the prevention of inter-confessional conflicts\u0000among religious groups within the country, and the establishment of peace. The desktop research methodology employed combines a review of existing literature with a focus on analysis, synthesis, and ethical considerations. By utilizing a diverse range of sources and analytical techniques, it aims to contribute to a better understanding of a ‘just and ethical war’ and provides insights for further research. A range of philosophical ideas through the ages are briefly discussed followed by discussion on the Just War Theory. The role of abolitionists per se is not discussed since this work is then traversing St. Augustine’s philosophy and ethical stance apropos the waging of war which exemplifies the justice and peace aspect in restoring order out of chaos. He calls for an ethos of humanness to prevail when conducting war based on the intention to preserve harmonious co-existence between peoples. Augustine argues that waging any war should be avoided where this is\u0000possible, however, a just war allows for the acquisition of virtue which then hopefully leads to justice. The morality of waging war is severely compromised once narcissistic vested immoral interests are the primary motivators for belligerence and no genuine peaceful resolution to conflict has been seriously sought as is seemingly the case in the current Gaza war and its prevailing atrocities. Predictably various philosophers have investigated the subject of ‘just war’ and over time have determined the criteria of jus ad bellum (justice toward war), jus in bello (justice in war), and also jus post bellum (justice after war). The Church Center is the main target, and social-cultural involvement is left alone. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the stages of involvement and social theology of Pentecostalism so that findings can become study material for driving social missions today. This research aims to explore the theological stages and social involvement of Pentecostalism. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative one, with data collection methods using a historical approach. The research results show that Pentecostalism at its initial formation in Azusa Street 1906, still needed to be sensitive to theology and social involvement. However, entering the 21st century, Pentecostals began to expand their mission concept to social involvement issues. The main reason for this involvement was and remains the reality of poverty in Pentecostal congregation members, which needs to be improved. Molestation comes in various forms including sexual harassment, fondling, oral-genital contact, penetration and intercourse which is dehumanizing. This causes the victims to suffer physical, psychological and spiritual problems. Therefore, there is a need to provide a holistic pastoral care approaches that address the problems resulting from molestation. This paper seeks to explore ways in which the victims of sexual molestation in Zimbabwe may be healed spiritually and psychologically and their dignity be restored. It will begin by discussing the challenges that arise due to sexual molestation and propose some pastoral care approaches that promote holistic healing and restoration of the victims. The paper utilizes the theoretical framework of the ubuntu theology of the Nobel laureate the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu of South Africa. His theory helps in the understanding of the role of pastoral care for the victims of sexual molestation in the Zimbabwean context. This is a non-empirical research based on analysing secondary sources of data through a desk-top study approach. The effort to transform the Mosque into a multifunctional center that contributes to the welfare of Muslims in Medan City is a step in restoring the center of Islamic civilization in the Mosque. This condition can be realized with the independence of the Mosque that does not depend on aid. The problems of welfare around the Mosque, infrastructure, and legal issues faced by the Mosque in Medan City are obstacles to bringing independence. Independent Mosques that aim for social welfare and economic development of the community around the Mosque have challenges in their development. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative and involved collecting data from interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research findings show that in strengthening the identity of Muslims, independent mosques have a positive impact on encouraging community welfare and overcoming social problems in the environment around the Mosque. The motivation of the Mosque manager determines the \u0000quality of service in providing education, economic empowerment, and health. The intensity of collaboration in encouraging independent Mosques can increase community independence and trust as a step towards making the Mosque not only a place of worship, but also a center of Islamic civilization. Problems that occur related to religious harmony are indications of cult practices in Indonesia. This research looks at Islam and Cults in Indonesia and the mechanism of the Indonesian Ulema Council's Fatwa policy towards the dissolution of cults. In addition, this study looks at the implications of the Fatwa Policy of the Indonesian Ulema Council on Muslim harmony. This research used a desk research approach through qualitative methods and aimed to identify objectives, select sources, collect data, and compile and analyse data to conclude. The results showed that MUI Fatwa plays an essential role in maintaining the order of religious life in Indonesia by determining the religious life of Muslims based on Islamic teachings. This includes determining the status of heretical groups, involving proper interpretive science, dissolving and stopping heretical activities, and cooperating with the government and religious leaders to protect the community. The urgency of this research is to revisit the sacredness of the Quran as an answer to the criticism of the challengers. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Primary data through Q.S. Al-Hijr verse nine, and Q.S. Al-Baqarah as Naqli arguments and Aqli arguments referring to MUI Fatwa as core data. Secondary data in the form of scientific articles and books of interpretation. Data analysis techniques using the Tahlili interpretation method and content analysis. The results showed that at the level of Naqli's arguments, the authenticity of the Quran is undeniable because the literature says there is no doubt in the Quran, and Allah maintains its authenticity. This is the reason why the content of the Quran remains the same despite the efforts of those who want to falsify it. Some religious leaders, particularly from the Christian perspective, are still preaching about the intersection between infection and promiscuity in relation to the HIV and AIDS pandemic. Such a message from the pulpit overlooks people born with HIV infection and partners, more particularly women in long term permanent relationships including marriage, who are unknowingly infected with HIV. Additionally, religious doctrines and religious moral positions embody perceptions that regard the infected as deserving due punishment for their sins. Using desktop research and drawing from the Job narrative, our article seeks to explore the influence of religion on HIV and AIDS. It acknowledges the ambivalent interface between sexuality, gender and HIV and AIDS, taking into account how such interwoven issues affect health seeking behavior of people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA). Espousing the Job narrative as wisdom in revolt, the article acknowledges the complexity of HIV infection and negates the doctrine of retribution.
