Apalagi pelaksanaan program CSR oleh industri rokok yang tidak dapat menanggulangi efek yang terjadi akibat bisnis yang mereka lakukan. Bukannya melakukan usaha untuk mencegah hal tersebut, perusahaan industri rokok justru menghabiskan berapa puluh miliar setiap tahunnya untuk berbagai iklan dan sponsor. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari program CSR yang diukur dengan CSR Disclosure Index (CSRDI) Global Reporting Initiative G4 (GRI-G4) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA).Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2012-2016 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria setiap perusahaan konsisten dalam menerbitkan laporan tahunan hasil audit periode 2012-2016. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel. Bukalapak is one of the choices for businessmen to sell and has already had a large number of sellers, that is because of the factors from the characteristics of Bukalapak itself that make the businessmen decide to sell in Bukalapak. This research aims to know the easy factor and trust factor as the determining of businessmen to sell through Bukalapak online sale site. The method used is survey technique with descriptive quantitative approach, where the data obtained from the distribution of online questionnaires by a hundred sellers in Bukalapak as respondents selected. Data analysis use tabulated data presented in the form of percentage graph then it is analyzed descriptively. KKN dilaksanakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi merupakan upaya meningkatkan isi dan bobot pendidikan bagi mahasiswa dan untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah yang lebih besar pada pendidikan tinggi. Dengan pelaksanaan KKN ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan Kuliah Kerja Nyata sebagai bagian dari pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa peserta KKN dan masyarakat dilokasi pelaksanaan KKN mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode wawancara ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi mengenai kompetensi sosial mahasiswa dan kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat selama KKN berlangsung. Bahkan Bank Dunia memprediksi harga gas akan terus mengalami kenaiakan dari 2017 hingga 2030. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengerahui potensi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan sub sektor logam dan mineral lainnya yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2016 dengan menggunakan model Springate, Zmijewski, dan Grover. Serta untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi dari ketiga model tersebut dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 8 perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 2 perusahaan diprediksi sehat dan 6 perusahaan diprediksi bangkrut menurut model Springate. Model Zmijewksi dan Grover memprediksi 8 perusahaan tidak berpotensi bangkrut. Zmijewski dan Grover merupakan model yang paling akurat dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan sub sektor logam dan mineral lainnya, karena memiliki tingkat akurasi 100%. This study suspects Partially Product Quality variables positively and significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa with t count value 4,084 and significance 0.000. Partially Product Price variable positively and significantly influence to Consumer Purchase Decision in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa with t value 4,367 and significance 0,000. Simultaneously variable Product Quality and Product Price influence together to Purchasing Decision of consumer in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa with F value count 73,504 with significance level 0.000. The purpose of this study was to conduct analysis of the banking healthy level on Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Batam City, for 2012-2016 periods. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design. The report data were extracted from bank’s financial from financial report which had been published by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The assessment analysis of banking healthy level has been carried out by using CAMEL method (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, and Liquidity) which is based on the decree of BI director No.30/12/KEP/DIR on April 30th, 1997. The results showed that the healthy level of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Batam City for 2012-2016 periods showed categorized healthy, where the value – average CAR ratio of 13.68%, KAP ratio of 1.76%, NPM ratio of 16.51%, ROA ratio of 3.86%, BOPO ratio 78.01%, and LDR ratio of 87.05%. The economic downturn in the city of Batam has made stakeholders think again about the concept of free trade zone (ftz) or Free Port and Free Trade Zone. The FTZ concept is deemed no longer compatible with the current flow and competitiveness of change. For this reason, the central government offers the concept of special economic zones (KEK) to revive the passion of economic growth in this Industrial City. However, in the implementation there were many criticisms made by the community, especially businessmen who considered SEZ not to answer the problems that exist in Batam's economic growth. This study uses a qualitative approach to see each perception from stakeholders (stakeholders) to be a consideration in making decisions. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that it was important that all stakeholders would sit together to discuss the good about the economy. The results of the study were; Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation with the coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on work motivation is 0,513. Compensation has no significant effect on work motivation with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on work motivation is 0,015. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0,249. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on employee performance is 0,159. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0,559. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct effect (0.2867> 0.249). So that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct influence (0,1674> 0,159). So that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.
