People pay more and more attention to their personal health care, and they are willing to invest more time and energy in health care, and start to transition from the original \"medical treatment only when there is a disease\" to the current \"prevention of disease, intervention of disease, and focus on rehabilitation\". At the same time, under the combination model of \"Internet technology + hospital\", patients can make an appointment with a doctor through the online form, which makes it easier and easier to seek medical advice. Changsha Xiangya Hospital, a famous modern medical hospital in Hunan Province, China, provides convenient services with its online medical registration public number, but also faces the challenge of the digitally disadvantaged group's difficulties in using it. The purpose of this paper is to explore in depth the problems encountered by this group in using the online medical registration public number and to propose corresponding optimization suggestions to promote the fairness and universality of medical services. Based on the current criminal law in China and relevant research, this paper analyzes in depth the characteristics of cross-border online gambling and the loopholes and deficiencies in the current legal system, and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions. Drawing on existing academic research results at home and abroad, combined with relevant cases in China and legal practices in other countries and regions, this paper believes that in dealing with cross-border online gambling crimes, it is necessary to adhere to legislation first, clarify relevant charges and sentencing standards, and ensure the completeness and applicability of the legal system. At the same time, law enforcement agencies should strengthen cooperation and information sharing, form a joint force to decisively cut off the interest chain of cross-border online gambling. In addition, international cooperation is also an indispensable part, and all countries should make joint efforts to establish an international law enforcement cooperation mechanism to jointly combat cross-border online gambling crimes. Researchers are increasingly focusing on how English learners' emotional experiences influence their academic success and personal growth. This paper aims to examine and analyze the emotions of high school students during English language learning, along with ways to regulate these emotions. It will offer ideas for improvement based on the findings of the empirical investigation. This research concentrates on students from Affiliated High School to Hangzhou Normal University and randomly selected 105 English learners from three different age groups to conduct a questionnaire survey. The purpose is to explore the connections between emotions, interests, and emotion regulation strategies among Chinese high school students while learning English. To this end, three questions were set up and answered: how do high school students feel when they learn English, what are their strategies for regulating their emotions when they learn English, and whether emotion regulation affects their interest in learning English? On this basis, he demonstrated the combination of the two principles of justice, namely the principle of equal liberty, the principle of equal opportunity and difference principle, which had a strong impact on the long-term mainstream utilitarian view of justice. Based on the textual investigation of A Theory of Justice, this paper starts from the reason basis shared by the two, takes the relationship between reason and justice as a clue, analyzes the differences between Rawls and utilitarianism in moral philosophy and methodology, and explains the connotation of Rawls's two principles of justice in detail. On the other hand, Rawls' systematic recognition and adoption of utilitarianism, as well as the utilitarian characteristics presented in the principle of difference, make the relationship between the two show a complex state of opposition and interwoven. Most popular e-sports games in the current market are developed by foreign companies. When these games are introduced to China, local companies often perform localization adaptations. Game localization involves several steps, including language translation, image adaptation, technical adjustments and cultural adaptation. Among them, language translation serves as the foundation of localization, and its quality directly affects the games acceptance and sales performance in the local market. This paper, based on the perspective of intercultural communication, takes League of Legends as an example. It conducts a case analysis of language translation in the game, including character names, character lines, weapon skills, etc., from five dimensions: text, voice, vocabulary, grammar, and rhetoric. The absence of motivational quotes tends to serve as catalysts, igniting the drive to propel one through challenges and pursue excellence. Externally, motivational quotes often encapsulate universal truths or wisdom, offering perspective and guidance from varied sources and figures. This paper explores the effectiveness of motivational quotes in medical and educational contexts, with a focus on their impact on individuals' behavior. While numerous studies have reported a generally positive attitude toward the use of motivational quotes, specific concerns have emerged. This paper has observed that motivational quotes, delivered through various media, have successfully motivated individuals to take positive actions, such as adhering to medication regimens and quitting smoking. However, some studies have highlighted potential limitations, including overexposure leading to reduced effectiveness, the contextual relevance of motivational quotes, and the distinction between external and internal motivation. This paper presents an overview of the existing research, offering insights into the mixed opinions on the use of motivational quotes for motivation.
