The openings are located near the short-circuited part of the quarter-wave resonators and decrease their coupling coefficient. The excess noise and azimuthal space charge oscillations in crossed-field dynamical systems were studied at the preoscillation stage. It was found that the cause of nonregular oscillations in magnetrons are random jumping against different oscillation modes or oscillation interruptions but not noise arising. The amplifier is based on two MESFET devices, each having a 3.6 mm gate width and 2 GHz operating frequency. Contours of maximum and minimum output power have been determined. Existing level of high technology as well as numerical simulation methods allow one to create MCGs with characteristics varying over a wide range of values, which gives new prospects for creation of compact MCGs for different pulsed power applications. By estimate, we select the circuit consisting of MCG, electroexplosive opening switch, pulse transformer and forming line (FL) with water insulation. MCG winding is connected in series with EEOS and primary winding of the transformer which is used as an intermediate inductive storage. By the end of MCG operation the current through the primary winding of the transformer is maximum. EEOS characteristics are properly chosen to set up wire explosion by this instance and to break the circuit of primary winding of the transformer.
