Propagation of the plane electromagnetic wave through nonuniform dielectric layer of finite thickness

Abstract

The asymptotic solution of the problem of the plane electromagnetic wave propagation through dielectric layer of finite thickness with arbitrary small variation of the complex dielectric permittivity along the direction of the electromagnetic wave propagation was presented.
