In the Glundengan Irrigation Area, Wuluhan District, Jember Regency, with an area of ​​4996 ha, irrigation water is taken from the Bedadung River, and the excess water is discharged from the Glundengan Irrigation Area to the Bedadung River. This encourages research on the quality of irrigation water in these irrigation areas. This study aims to analyze the quality of irrigation water, especially the elemental content of potassium in the Glundengan irrigation channel. In the analysis of the quality of irrigation water, temporary sampling was carried out at two points, namely in the primary channel which carries water to the paddy fields and in the drainage channel which removes excess water from the irrigation area. The temperature and pH parameter analysis method used the standard SNI 6989.57:2008, while the K parameter analysis was carried out in the CDAST laboratory using the Flame Photometry-AAS method. The results of the analysis are compared with the water quality standards in Government Regulation No. 82 of 2001 (PP 82/2001): Management of Water Quality and Control of Water Pollution. The results of the analysis show that the temperature parameters in the primary and exhaust channels are 24°C respectively. The pH parameters in the primary and sewer channels were 7.5 and 7.2, respectively. The K parameters in the primary and sewer channels were 0.00593 mg/l and 0.00745 mg/l respectively, these figures were relatively small. Dalam pembuangan limbah kelapa sawit tersebut harus dilakukan sebuah upaya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan juga masyarakat Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengawasan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dalam mengatasi  pengelolaan limbah pabrik kelapa sawit di PT Socfindo dan untuk mengetahui upaya pengelolaan limbah yang dilakukan pabrik kelapa sawit PT Socfindo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik. pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. PT Socfindo  merupakan salah satu pabrik yang mengikuti sesuai dengan standard kualitas baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan dan bersifat tertib. Parameter yang diamati adalah berat badan, berat uterus, panjang siklus estrus, daya fertilisasi, jumlah folikel primer, jumlah folikel sekunder, diameter pembuluh darah ovarium, tinggi epitel endometrium, dan ketebalan endometrium dengan lama pemberian selama 21 hari dan 42 hari untuk parameter daya fertilisasi. Dosis kopi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah setara dengan tiga cangkir kopi pada manusia yang dikonversikan menjadi 0,5 ml pada mencit dan dilakukan empat kali pengulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. Gajah sumatera merupakan satwa dilindungi yang populasinya semangkin menurun dan termasuk kedalam kategori keritis (Critically and dangered/ CR). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui preferensi dan jenis pakan gajah sumatera (Elephas maximus sumatranus) yang terdapat di Pusat Latihan Gajah Holiday Resort Kecamatan Torgamba, Kabupatan Labuhan Batu Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Focal Animal Sampling secara intensif dan mencatat seluruh aktifitas yang berkaitan dengan proses prilaku makan individu tersebut dimulai dari pukul 09.00-16.00 WIB. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2022. Analisis yang digunakan terkait preferensi jenis pakan pada gajah sumatera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis tumbuhan yang terdapat di pusat latihan gajah holiday resort dari tiga lokasi yang berbeda di peroleh 17 jenis pakan alami dari 8 famili. Terdapat 3 ekor gajah yaitu: 1 Jantan dan 2 Betina. Preferensi pada betina jenis pakan Imperata cylindrical sebanyak 1050 kali dimakan atau 19,69%, jantan pakan Lophatherum gracile sebanyak 1020 kali konsumsi atau 17%. \u0000ABSTRACT. The Sumatran elephant is a protected animal whose population is decreasing and is included in the critically and dangered (CR) category. This study aims to determine the preferences and types of feed for Sumatran elephants (Elephas maximus sumatranus) at the Elephant Holiday Resort Training Center, Torgamba District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This research method uses Focal Animal Sampling intensively and records all activities related to the individual's eating behavior process starting from 09.00-16.00 WIB. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2022. The analysis used was related to the type of feed preference for Sumatran elephants. The results showed that the types of plants found in the elephant holiday resort training center from three different locations obtained 17 types of natural food from 8 families. There are 3 elephants, namely: 1 male and 2 female. Most of Odonata’s life is in the water in form of larvae. Odonata occupies some specific habitat types of waters. This study aims to determine the diversity, abundance, and distribution of Odonata (dragonflies and damselflies) in the upstream area of Kalibendo river, Banyuwangi. The research method used is River Tracking method with 4 points of observation which each has a radius of 1,25 km. Based on the result, 13 species of dragonfly are found 7 species dragonfly (Anisoptera) and 6 species of damselflies (Zygoptera). Diversity index (H’) of Odonata on the four observation points are low. Relative abundance (KR) species Vestalis luctuosa was the highest (48,522%), while the lowest was Potamarcha congener and Pseudagrion pruinosum (0,053%). Beberapa tumbuhan mempunyai aktivitas sebagai antifungi masih digunakan oleh masyarakat salah satunya sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antijamur ekstrak Mikania micrantha Kunth terhadap Trichophyton mentagrophytes dan Trichophyton rubrum. Daun Mikania diekstrak  dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% setelah itu ekstrak diidentifikasi kandungan metabolitnya dan diujikan aktivitas antifungi. Pengujian aktivitas antifungi emnggunakan metode difusi cakram dengan konsentrasi ekstrak sebesar 10%, 20% dan 30%. Kontrol positif yang digunakan adalah ketokonazol 15µg/disk dan kontrol negatif berupa DMSO. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS yaitu uji kruskal wallis dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak Mikania micrantha  dapat menghambat pertumbuhan   T. mentagrophytes pada konsentrasi 10%, 20%, dan 30% masing-masing sebesar 6,01 mm,6.51 mm dan 7,05 mm. Sementara  pada T.rubrum konsentrasi 10%, 20% dan 30% rata-rata zona hambat masing-masing sebesar 5,68 mm, 6,01 mm, dan 6,51 mm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun tanaman johar (Cassia Siamea Lamk) terhadap pertumbuhan fungi Phytophthora palmivora. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratoris dengan metode RAL dengan 3 kali ulangan dan 7 perlakuan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara konsentrasi ekstrak daun tanaman johar (Cassia Siamea Lamk) terhadap pertumbuhan fungi Phytopthora palmivora dengan berbeda signifikan pada tiap-tiap konsentrasinya. Dosis senyawa kombinasi diaplikasikan dengan dicampur pada pakan dengan dosis 250 gram pakan/2 gram senyawa kombinasi (oxytetracycline 200 mg, MgSO4.7H2O 25 mg, vitamin C 50 mg, dan B kompleks 20 gm). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 ekor yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok, dimana kelompok I diberikan pakan tanpa campuran senyawa kombinasi, Kelompok II dan kelompok III diberikan perlakuan pencampuran pakan dengan senyawa kombinasi. Kelompok I dan II ikan yang belum pernah sakit dan kelompok III 15 ekor ikan pernah sakit dan 15 ikan belum pernah sakit. sampel dilakukan aklimatisasi dikolam dengan ukuran 2 x 2,5 x 1 meter tanpa naungan selama 3 – 4 bulan. Parameter penelitian antara lain perubahan warna kulit, sirip, keaktifan, dan kematian ikan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan menunjukkan rata-rata jumlah ikan yang sakit dengan parameter perubahan wana kulit, sirip merah/luka, ikan tidak aktif adalah kelompok I 7ekor,10 ekor, 8 ekor, kelompok II 2 ekor, 3 ekor, 2 ekor, kelompok III 3 ekor, 4 ekor, 2 ekor. Sedangkan pada parameter kematian ikan kelompok I terdapat 19 ekor dengan 7 ekor terinfeksi Chilodinellasis, 12 ekor terinfeksi KHV, sedangkan kelompok II dan III terdapat kematian 3 ekor masing-masing terinfeksi KHV. Tujuannya untuk mengetahuig model-model arsitekturfpohonbyangi ditanamj di kawasan taman kota, sehingga kedepannya dapan melakukan prediksi tanaman yang tepat untuk kebutuhan paru-paru kota. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati pola percabangan pohon dan mendeskripsikannya ke dalam golongan model arsitekturnya. Arsitektur dari pertumbuhan tanaman adalah gambaran morfologi pada suatu fase4tertentu5darigrangkaian gpertumbuhan upohon. Arsitektektur pohon memiliki sifat yang dinamis, karena setiap tumbuhanh akan mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Model arsitektur pohon dapat digunakan sebagai data tambahan dalam membedakan antar jenis pohon. Hasil dari proses penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 21 spesies pohon yang digunakan sebagai peneduh. Semua jenis yang ditemukan tersebut tergabung dalam 13 Famili. Endophytic mold is a microbe that forms colonies in healthy tissues of living organisms, generally, endophytic microbes do not cause harmful symptoms in the tissue of their host. This study aims to isolate the endophytic shell origin of pineapple peel that has acted as an antibacterial. A total of 3 endophytic capsules, Ac-I, Ac-II and Ac-III were isolated from pineapple skin using PDA media. The three isolates were purified and microscopic examinations were performed. Antibacterial testing was performed by fermentation to produce supernatant, then tested using disc method (Kirby-Bauer method) with Staphylococcus aureus and Escerichia coli test bacteria.
