Therefore, it is necessary to study the immunomodulatory activity of the leaf extract of purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) on the immune response in Balb/c mice who induced by hepatitis B vaccines. \u0000Method: Inducing performed at day 0 and day 15. Mice with weights ± 20 g, which has been divided into normal control group, I, II, III, IV and V (each 5 mice), respectively were given orally by the leaf extract of purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) (doses 100 mg / kg, 200 mg / kg, 300 mg / kg, 400 mg / kg and 500 mg / kg), normal controls (CMC Na 0,5%). With the volume of giving 1% of body weight in mice, performed during the study (20th days). Mayoritas tumbuhannya adalah jenis tumbuhan berbiji (spermatophyta). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Nuris Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah tumbuhan spermatophyta di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Nuris Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 43 jenis tumbuhan dengan rincian satu spesies Gymnospermae dan 42 spesies dari Angiospermae yang terdiri dari 13 spesies tumbuhan biji keping satu (monocotyledoneae) dan 29 spesies tumbuhan biji keping dua (dicotyledoneae). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, eksplorasi, koleksi dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif dan ditabulasi untuk menunjukkan uraian dari ciri morfologi dari setiap jenis tanaman obat yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Desa Bagorejo ditemukan ada 34 jenis tanamanyang tergolong dalam 7 famili. Organ yang digunakan melupiti akar, batang, daun, buah, biji, dan rimpang. Sedangkan proses pengolahan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara direbus, dikunyah, dtumbuh, diremas, dan dikeringkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji antimikrobial ekstrak daun kersen dan menentukan formulasi yang sesuai untuk membuat hand sanitaizer alami. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengujian ekstrak daun kersen dengan fusi agar pada bakteri flora normal, dengan konsentrasi perlakuan 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. Formulasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan hand sanitaizer yaitu 10% dan 20%. Berdasarkan hasil penetitian menunjjukan seluruh perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak kersen dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri flora normal dengan zona hambat terbesar pada konsentrasi 50% dan terkecil pada konsentrasi 10%. The existence gastropods really take effect for other organism the trophic level higher than gastropods. The purpose of was to determine the value  of diverity and distribution patterns of gastropods in the mangrove forest, Jati Papak Block National Park Alas Purwo. The method used in this research is by using purposive sampling method. Sampling was divided into three stations with a range of 250 m from each station.Each station is 220 m of long and 96 m of wide with a plot measuring 2 × 2 m2. The result obtained 8 families of Gastropods with 13 genus and 19 species. Gastropods diversity ranges from H`=1.387-1.359 which indicates that the area has a moderate diversity value. Daun capo (Blumea balsamifera (L.)DC.) dan daun sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) merupakan tumbuhan yang  dimanfaatkan sebagai pengobatan, mengandung berbagai metabolit sekunder dan berpotensi sebagai sitotoksik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas sitotoksik dari ekstrak daun capo, ekstrak sembung rambat, serta kombinasi ekstrak capo dan sembung rambat Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ekstraksi daun capo dan daun sembung rambat dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Lalu ekstrak diuji potensi sitotoksiknya menggunakan larva Artemia salina Leach dengan metode BSLT. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa nilai LC50 pada ekstrak  sembung rambat sebesar 28,18 ppm dengan kategori sangat toksik, dan untuk capo sebesar  41,68 ppm dengan kategori kuat. Sedangkan ekstrak kombinasi capo dan sembung rambat didapatkan nilai LC50 sebesar 14,79 ppm dengan kategori sangat toksik. Terbatasnya informasi mengenai Keanekaragaman Gastropoda di Hutan Mangrove Pantai Bama Taman Nasional Baluran tepatnya di area mangrove Kelor-Manting hal ini yang mendorong peneliti ingin melakukan studi pendahuluan untuk mengetahui tingkat keanekaragaman Gastropoda di daerah tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman dan dominansi Gastropoda yang ada di Hutan Mangrove Pantai Bama Taman Nasional Baluran. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Maret-9 April 2020. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel dibagi menjadi 3 stasiun dengan jarak tiap stasiun 200 m dan dengan luas tiap stasiun 450 m2. Setiap stasiun dibagi menjadi 3 garis transek jarak tiap garis transek 30 m, dalam satu garis transek terdapat 10 plot berukutan 2 × 2 m2. Berdasarkan pengamatan di 3 stasiun diperoleh Gastropoda 16 famili dengan 20 genus dan 21 spesies. Keanekaragaman (Hˊ) Gastropoda pada tiap stasiun 2.7589-2.8384 yang menunjukkan bahwa kawasan ini memiliki nilai keanekaragaman sedang. There are many natural activity of fish in the forest of mangrove. Research carried to determine the types of mangrove fish, knowing the density and diversity of mangrove fish that were in the Gulf region Pangpang the block in Jati Papak Alas Purwo National Park. The research conducted was in May-June 2016. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The workings are used in this research include determining the location, fish sampling, measurements of abiotic parameters. Analysis of the data used in quantitative indices which include the density and diversity of species. Based on the results of the study, the types of fish that was obtained in the Gulf region Pangpang the Block in Jati Papak Alas Purwo National Park is family and 6 species. The results of the highest density value is kind periothalamus sp to the value of density 4.92, density  the lowest skor is kind sardinella longiceps with a density value of 0.56, and the value of the relative density (KR) is the highest of   species with density values ​​(kr) 1, 99 and density relative value (KR) sardinella longiceps lowest with a value of 0.23. Kabupaten Banyuwangi khususnya di Kecamatan Rogojampi dan Singojuruh belum pernah dilaporkan mengenai jenis-jenis hama kutu putih yang menyerang pertanaman singkong, hal ini disebabkan karna belum adanya laporan petani tentang pengurangan produksi akibat hama kutu putih dan juga petani belum menyadari akan dampat serangan hama kutu putih pada tanaman singkong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan selama dua bulan yaitu pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2018 di Kecamatan Singonjuruh dan Rogojampi di kebun warga sekitar. Analisis data meliputi keanekaragaman spesies, penentuan kerusakan mutlak, dan kelimpahan jenis. Hasil menunjukan ditemukan spesies Paracoccus marginatus dan Ferrisia virgata. keanekaragaman spesies  di Kecamatan Rogojampi Hˊ= 0.725 dengan kategori rendah, sedangkan pada Kecamatan Singojuruh memiliki total indeks keanekaragaman Hˊ = 0,022 kategori rendah. Kelimpahan jenis kutu putih di Kecamatan Rogojampi dan Singojuruh didominasi oleh jenis Paracoccus marginatus dengan nilai kelimpahan 1.956 individu di Rogojampi dan 2.390 individu di Singojuruh. Kerusakan mutlak yang disebabkan oleh serangan kutu putih yang ditemukan di Kecamatan Rogojampi pada jenis Paracoccus marginatus adalah 0,602 dan pada jenis Ferrisia virgate yaitu 0,771. Total kerusakan mutlak tanaman singkong yang ada di kecamatan Rogojampi adalah 1,373% angka tersebut menunjukkan kerusakan sedang pada tanaman singkong. This invertebrates were usually live in individualisia or in groups. They are live in rough substrate like rock and coastal but there are small group of  echinoidea has live in sandy and muddy subtrate. The purpose of  this research was to obtain the diversity ofechinoideain pulau merah shore Banyuwangi this research has been done in july 2016. This research used transek quadrat methode, divide 3 station. Station 1 lie down in side bouder of cea water, station 2 lie down in the middle of sea water and station 3 lie down prorude from sea water. In each station divide in 3 transeks and every transecs there were 3 plot. The result of this research showed there were 4 luind of echinoidea, Trineustes gratilla, Echinometra mathaei, Diadema sitosum, Sea urchin. the most many quantities of echinoidea species that found al most in all of the station was Echinometra mathaei the most hig herst diversity indees was Trineustes gratilla in station 2 (H’=1) in station 3(H’=1).
