Xilinx has supported PR for many generation of devices. PR dynamically modified hardware portion of the device function downloading full and partial bit streams. The modules which were used during the experiments have been presynthesized and the netlist files were stored in synth directory. The data directory carried the ucf, busmacro and additional netlist files. In this paper the authors reconfigure some specific region of the FPGA with a new functionality at run time while the remaining areas remain static during this time. The complexities during the runtime can be simplified by a tool called PLANAHEAD which was introduced by XILINX that is able to implement during runtime reconfigurable systems for all VIRTEX field programmable gate array (FPGAs). Address allocation, name resolution, service location, authentication, and access control policies represent just some of the functionality that must be supported - without pre configuration or centralized services in this paper spontaneous wireless ad hoc network creation no need of any infrastructure no need of any administrator for handling the services. No need of any external support for handling functionalities of network. All the services are provided without fixed infrastructure whoever is present in the network. This protocol allows sharing of resources and services among users in secure environment. In human communication model, two people those are physically closed to each other can talk directly without any server. In spontaneous network there is no server or any infrastructure between nodes to communicate, anybody those who wants to communicate can join, communicate and leave the network without any central server. It is based on peer to peer network. These obtained designs have not more than 0.37% relative errors in magnitude responses over wideband. Further, the zero-reflection approach is applied to improve the phase responses of proposed and existing recursive digital differentiator and integrator designs. Finally, the obtained recursive digital differentiator and integrator designs of second-order systems have nearly linear phase response almost over the full Nyquist band with preserving the same magnitude response as of the original one. However, the limitations of the widely used current desktop software like R, excel, minitab and spss gives a researcher limitation to deal with big data. The big data analytic tools like IBM Big Insight, Revolution Analytics, and tableau software are commercial and heavily license. Still, to deal with big data, client has to invest in infrastructure, installation and maintenance of hadoop cluster to deploy these analytical tools. Apache Hadoop is an open source distributed computing framework that uses commodity hardware. With this project, I intend to collaborate Apache Hadoop and R software over the on the Cloud. Objective is to build a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) analytic platform that stores & analyzes big data using open source Apache Hadoop and open source R software. The benefits of this cloud based big data analytical service are user friendliness & cost as it is developed using open-source software. The system is cloud based so users have their own space in cloud where user can store there data. User can browse data, files, folders using browser and arrange datasets. User can select dataset and analyze required dataset and store result back to cloud storage. The performance of PLL is primarily dependent on the lock time, it is the time the PLL takes to adapt and settle after a sudden change of the input signal frequency. It is desired to design a novel fast locking digital PLL. The high speed high throughput applications needed for information technology demand that the lock time should be as small as possible. The fast locking digital PLL proposed is consisting of two main stages, namely fine stage and coarse stage. The fine stage is having a phase detector, a multiple charge ump and voltage control oscillator while the coarse stage mainly consists the fast locking algorithm. It is having a frequency comparator array, a 3:8 decoder and an encoder. The PLL designed is having a centre frequency 500MHz with 20% deviation. The efforts are made to reduce the lock time and to achieve a high degree of accuracy in the work. A comparison for the locking time and the capture ranges is made between two technologies i.e. 0.18 μm and 50nm. It is found that there is great reduction in the locking time when 50nm technology is used. The locking time is found around 60 to 70nsec. The comparison is also made between the locking times of respective conventional and fast locking digital phase locked loop. There are many existing schemes for secure exchange of digital signature over the network, but the problem arises when both the parties involved in the transaction do not trust each other. We have proposed a partial signature exchange scheme that is not only fair and optimistic also abuse free. Most of the existing protocols uses RSA multisignature. In the proposed protocol we use a block cipher technique to compute partial signatures which is computationally simple than the RSA signature schemes. Moreover our protocol supports verifiability by comparing partial signatures received. The involvement of TTP is also reduced. The proposed Digital Signal processing techniques are used in a low power laser range finder based on FPGA technology. Highlights of the laser range finder are low power laser emission, eye safe operation, coherent integrations for signal to noise ratio improvement, matched filtering for received pulse detection and automatic signal gain adjustment based on the received signal characteristics. Signal Processing techniques used in this application are analyzed and this analysis of different target distances against the no. of coherent integrations is presented in the paper. They use search engines like Google to search information over internet. The queries that are written on the web must be accurate which would give the relevant information related to user's Health Care. But there is huge amount of information on the internet and so it's difficult to get the relevant information easily. In case of searches on right food exercise, people usually have their own preferences. Also people who suffers from some medical conditions they are restricted to some foods and exercises so they are attracted towards other food and exercises. Also the civilization where people reside will have impact on the number of choices and varieties of food. So there is need for easy to use framework for food and exercise recommendation. We propose ontology based semantic framework Health Care recommendation system which will provide precise information based on users requirements and constraints. This framework will use semantic web technology to analyze user's preferences and will build a nourished and health associated use's profile and will use the profile to categorize the associated knowledge so that users can make delicious food and exercise inquiries.
