Several studies show that the role of psychological capital, self knowledge and self consistency has not been consistent. Likewise, related to organizational commitment as a consequence of authentic leadership. This study aims to examine the antecedent model and consequences of authentic leadership in Catholicism-based schools. Authentic leadership antecedent test involves those consisting of self knowledge, self consistency and psychological capital as antecedents to authentic leadership. Consequence testing involves organizational commitment. The results show that psychological capital has a greater correlation than self consistency and self knowledge. Seorang karyawan yang memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan pekerjaan dan mengubah cara dimana mereka dapat memecahkan permasalahan membutuhkan adanya kecerdasan atau kemampuan yang dikaitkan dengan adversity quotient. Selain itu, adanya tingkat kepercayaan diri yang dapat menyelesaikan tugas atau sebuah pekerjaan tertentu dapat menjadi faktor pendorong sekaligus dalam memprediksi perilaku tertentu dalam meningkatkan job crafting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adversity quotient dan self-efficacy dengan job crafting pada wanita bekerja dengan sistem WFH. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita yang bekerja dengan sistem WFH. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria seorang ibu yang bekerja sebagai pegawai tetap di Surabaya dan menjalani work from home minimal 1 hari dalam seminggu. Dengan kriteria di atas, jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 partisipan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan instrumen skala adversity quotient dengan reliabilitas 0,925, skala self-efficacy dengan reliabilitas 0,922, dan skala job crafting dengan reliabilitas 0,974. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis korelasi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25.0. Dampak psikologis merupakan contoh dampak tidak langsung dari adanya pandemi ini. Masyarakat terpaksa harus mengisolasi diri, membatasi interaksi dengan orang lain, dan mengurangi berbagai kegiatan. Hal tersebut dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada kesehatan mental mereka. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan intervensi agar hal tersebut tidak semakin memburuk. Dengan mendasarkan pada hal tersebut, studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak psikologis dari adanya pandemi COVID-19 dan efektivitas telekonseling dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental masyarakat Indonesia dalam situasi pandemi ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan survei dan wawancara kepada partisipan yang mengikuti layanan telekonseling Lembaga Psikologi X. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara tematik dengan pendekatan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan kecemasan, psikosomatis, stres, serta permasalahan emosi, dan relasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran karakteristik kerja dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan generasi milenial Perusahaan X. Selama ini belum ada penelitian yang menguji kedua variabel tersebut secara bersamaan terhadap komitemen organisasi, khususnya pada generasi millennial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 157 dengan kriteria karyawan generasi milenial, bekerja minimal 1 tahun dan diperoleh dengan teknik total population. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peran signifikan antara karakteristik kerja dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan generasi milenial Perusahaan X (R = 0.684; R² = 0.468; p < 0.05). Dimensi task identity pada karakteristik kerja dan inovatif pada orientasi kewirausahaan memiliki hubungan lebih besar pada komitmen dibandingkan dimensi lainnya, sedangkan dimensi autonomy pada kedua variabel memiliki hubungan lebih kecil pada komitmen. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Five volunteers were recruited for this study. Data were collected through semistructured interviews and analyzed using an interpretative phenomenological analysis. From the results of the study, it is concluded that the happiness of being a volunteer arises from positive feelings due to perceived benefits they have given to the people in need primarily people who are recovering from COVID-19. Volunteers’ happiness also arises from the awareness of their positive life compared to people whose life tests are heavier than they have. The involvement and interaction of volunteers with people who are suffering from COVID-19 makes the volunteers feel more positive and grateful for their life.Keywords: COVID-19 contact tracking, happiness, volunteers Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebahagiaan relawan pelacak kontak COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini adalah 5 oang relawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semiterstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan interpretative phenomenological analysis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan menjadi relawan muncul karena bisa menolong dan merasakan kebahagiaan orang yang sembuh dari COVID-19. Kebahagiaan relawan juga muncul sebagai akibat melihat realita masih banyak orang lain yang ujian hidupnya lebih dari yang dialaminya. This research was a descriptive study that used a quantitative approach. The subjects in the study were 118 employees who are working in an educational institution. Data were collected using the psychological well-being scale which was constructed based on the Ryff’s (1989) concept of psychological well-being. Data analysis were carried out by compiling categorization and cross-tabulating in order to determine the psychological well-being of employees. The results showed that the psychological well-being of employees was in the high category. The dimension of psychological well-being that stands out is the life purpose, followed by the positive relationships with others.Key words: Psychological well-being, employees, COVID-19 pandemic Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan terdampak pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 118 karyawan yang bekerja di salah satu institusi pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis yang disusun berdasarkan konsep kesejahteraan psikologis dari Ryff (1989). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menyusun kategorisasi dan melakukan tabulasi silang guna mengetahui kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesejahteraan psikologis yang dimiliki karyawan masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Using Google Forms, interviews were conducted with 418 undergraduate students in one of universities in Surabaya. Qualitative thematic analysis of the interviews produced three findings. First, among the problems faced by the students are poorly done online classes, trouble interacting with lecturers and classmates, difficulty in accessing course resources, bad Internet connection, environmental distractions, and chaotic changes in class schedules. Second, as a result, the students suffered from increased stress and poor learning experience. Third, to survive, they employed three major coping techniques: problem-focused, emotion-focused, and appraisal-focused. This study concludes that students, lecturers, parents, and the government employ coping strategies that are both synergistic and antagonistic. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara tertulis menggunakan Google Forms terhadap 418 mahasiswa di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Surabaya. Teknik analisis tematik yang digunakan membuahkan tiga temuan. Pertama, masalah-masalah yang dihadapi para sujbek mencakup paparan materi kuliah yang tidak memadai, sukarnya interaksi dengan dosen dan sesama mahasiswa, sukarnya akses ke bahan pembelajaran, buruknya koneksi internet, distraksi lingkungan, dan berubah-ubahnya jadwal kuliah. Kedua, akibatnya, di samping mutu pengalaman belajar para mahasiswa ini menjadi tidak optimal, mereka pun mengalami problem psikis. Ketiga, dalam beradaptasi pada sistem perkuliahan online atau dalam jaringan (daring) dengan berbagai problemnya itu, para mahasiswa menempuh beragam strategi coping yang secara garis besar dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga gugus utama strategi yaitu coping yang berpusat pada problem, coping yang bertumpu pada emosi, dan coping yang berbasis interpretasi. The psychological impacts of the pandemic can increase the risk of somatic symptoms among individuals. As a signal of alertness and adaptive action, prolonged somatic symptoms can affect overall psycho-physiological functions. When the symptoms continue with a decrease in individual immunity, COVID-19 infection can become riskier. This study aims to examine the effect of using body awareness to reduce somatic symptoms through a short intervention in people in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic. Intervention was conducted online in accordance with the directives of the Indonesian government concerning social restrictions. This study used one group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected using Somatic Symptom Scale (SSS-8) which was adapted into Indonesian. There were 34 subjects fully participated in this intervention based on convenience sampling through online publication (voluntary participation). Using the paired sample t-test, the results show that body awareness provides significant benefits in decreasing somatic symptoms.Keywords: Body awareness, COVID-19 pandemic, somatic symptoms Abstrak: World Health Organization menyatakan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) sebagai penyakit pandemik. Dampak psikologis dari pandemi dapat meningkatkan risiko munculnya gejala somatis yang dirasakan oleh individu. Gejala somatis sebagai sinyal untuk waspada dan adaptif dapat berkepanjangan dan memengaruhi fungsi psikofisiologis secara menyeluruh. Gejala somatis yang berkepanjangan dan disertai penurunan imunitas individu dapat meningkatkan risiko terinfeksi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh intervensi singkat “awas pada badan” terhadap penurunan gejala somatis pada masyarakat di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Intervensi dilakukan secara daring sesuai arahan pemerintah terkait pembatasan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design dengan menggunakan Somatic Symptom Scale (SSS-8) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia sebagai instrument pengumpul data. Terdapat 34 partisipan yang direkrut berdasarkan convenience sampling melalui publikasi online dan mengikuti intervensi secara penuh (partisipasi sukarela). In order to cope with loneliness, university students need functional psychological resources, which can be measured by six-dimensional of psychological well-being (PWB) by Ryff. Thus, this study aims to predict university students’ loneliness using the multidimensional PWB. Loneliness was measured using Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale and PWB was measured using Ryff’s multi-dimensional PWB. A total number of 376 undergradute students in Faculty of Psychology Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia were participated in this study. The test of correlation using Pearson’s r resulted all dimensions were negatively correlated. Stepwise regression analysis resulted that positive relationship, self-acceptance, environmental mastery, and autonomy were the significant predictors, predicted 74.7% of the variance, of loneliness among participants. These findings indicate that dimensions mentioned can be used as predictors of university students’ loneliness.Keywords: Loneliness, psychological well-being, university students Abstrak: Kesepian dapat memicu berbagai risiko kesehatan, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang rentan mengalaminya. Untuk menghadapi kesepian, mahasiswa memerlukan keberfungsian psikologis yang dapat ditandai oleh tingkat psychological well-being (PWB) oleh Ryff. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat kesepian dengan menggunakan PWB multidimensional. Tingkat kesepian diukur dengan kuesioner Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale, sementara tingkat PWB diukur dengan kuesioner PWB multidimensional dari Ryff. Sebanyak 376 mahasiswa tingkat sarjana Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia berpartisipasi. Uji korelasi (r) Pearson menunjukkan semua dimensi PWB berkorelasi negatif dengan kesepian. Analisis regresi stepwise menunjukkan prediktor terkuat adalah dimensi relasi positif, penerimaan diri, penguasaan lingkungan, dan otonomi, memprediksi 74,7% varians tingkat kesepian. The sample of this study was 204 teachers in Indonesia from elementary to high school levels in inclusive schools using G*power. The sample selection technique in this study was accidental sampling teachers in Indonesia from elementary to high school levels in inclusive schools. The research method used is correlational quantitative research. This study uses four measuring instruments, namely the teacher well being scale, the self-monitoring scale, and, to measure job characteristics, the omnibus trust and the emotional job demand scales. Analysis of research data refers to Baron & Kenny using process modeling analysis version 3.0 by Andrew Hayes. As a result, self monitoring is able to become a mediator between emotional job demand and teacher well-being. Self monitoring has also proven to be a mediator between trust in colleagues and teacher well-being.Keywords: Job characterstics, self monitoring, well-being, teacher, inclusive schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran teacher self monitoring sebagai mediator antara job characteristic (emotional job demands dan trust in colleagues) dan teacher well-being guru disekolah inklusi. Sampel dalam penelitian 204 guru dari jenjang Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar sampai dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas di sekolah inklusi menggunakan aplikasi G*power. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling yaitu seluruh guru inkusi yang ditemui dari jenjang Sekolah Dasar sampai Menengah Atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat alat ukur, yaitu skala teacher well being, self monitoring dan, untuk mengukur job characteristics, skala omnibus trust dan emotional job demand. Analisis data penelitian mengacu pada Baron & Kenny menggunakan analisis process modeling versi 3.0 oleh Andrew Hayes. Hasilnya self monitoring mampu menjadi mediator antara emotional job demand dan teacher well-being.
