UMKM with innovative ideas for tourist attractions can be of benefit to both individuals and the community. Thus, tourism awareness is the key factor in promoting innovative work behavior among UMKM actors. Objective: This study aims to investigate the impact of tourism awareness on innovative work behavior. Method: This study employs a causality quantitative approach with the population of the study consisting of UMKM actors in the beach tourism of Tlangoh, Bangkalan. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling. The instruments used were the tourism awareness scale and the innovative work behavior scale. Results: The findings suggest a strong relationship between tourism and innovative work behavior among UMKM actors at Tlangoh Beach. The tourism awareness variable contributed 39.5% to innovative work behavior, while the remaining 60.5% was influenced by other factors. Conclusion: The study reveals that the UMKM actors need to cultivate and implement tourism awareness on innovative work practices to maintain their business growth and sustainability in the future.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Latar Belakang: UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) yang berhubungan dengan pariwisata mempunyai potensi untuk merangsang perekonomian daerah. UMKM dengan ide inovasi tempat wisata dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi individu maupun masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kesadaran pariwisata menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendorong perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kesadaran pariwisata terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan populasi penelitian terdiri dari para pelaku UMKM wisata pantai Tlangoh, Bangkalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kesadaran wisata dan skala perilaku kerja inovatif. Hasil: Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara pariwisata dan perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan pelaku UMKM di Pantai Tlangoh. Variabel kesadaran berwisata memberikan kontribusi sebesar 39,5% terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Objective: This research aims to determine work life balance in working women in terms of psychological well-being and family supportive supervision behavior. Method: The data collection method in this research uses three scales, namely the Work life balance scake, Psychological well being scale, and Family support supervision behaviors scale. Data analysis this research uses regression analysis. Results: The results show that psychological well being and family supportive supervision behaviors influence work life balance in women who work either together or separately for the two psychological well being and family supportive variables. Conclusion: The work life balance felt by working women occurs when working women feel psychological well being and family supportive supervision behaviors in the work and family environment.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Latar Belakang: Perempuan bekerja bukan lagi hal yang langka seiring dengan kemajuan jaman. Bagi seorang perempuan, sangat penting untuk menyeimbangkan kehidupannya di tempat kerja dan di rumah karena kehidupan kerja yang seimbang memungkinkan perempuan bekerja untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya, mengingat pentingnya keseimbangan kehidupan kerja bagi perempuan bekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keseimbangan kehidupan kerja pada wanita bekerja ditinjau dari kesejahteraan psikologis dan perilaku supervisi suportif keluarga. Metode: Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu skala Work life balance, skala Psychological wellbeing, dan skala Family support supervision behaviors. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kesejahteraan psikologis dan pengawasan suportif keluarga berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja pada wanita yang bekerja baik secara bersama-sama maupun terpisah untuk kedua variabel kesejahteraan psikologis dan dukungan keluarga. Academic stress is a subjective response to high academic demands and changes in the school environment. Objectve: These findings highlight the need for educational institutions to consider lesson timing to manage students' academic stress. Method: The research method used is quantitative descriptive. In data analysis, 40 students from one class were taken as samples using purposive sampling technique. The sample determined by the researcher was public and private high school students without gender restrictions. Result: The variable biology lesson hours has a significant correlation with students' academic stress levels, while gender does not have a significant correlation. The Kruskal Wallis test showed little difference in stress levels between biology lessons held in the morning or afternoon. Conclusion: Using the SEL approach can help educational institutions create learning environments that are more adaptive and responsive to students' needs in dealing with academic stress.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Latar Belakang: Stres merupakan fenomena yang sering diabaikan dalam masyarakat karena terkait dengan kesehatan mental. Stres akademik merupakan respons subjektif terhadap tuntutan akademik yang tinggi dan perubahan lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan: Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya institusi pendidikan mempertimbangkan pengaturan waktu pelajaran untuk mengelola stres akademik siswa. Method: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat stres akademik siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas pada pelajaran biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam analisis data, 40 siswa dari satu kelas diambil sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang ditentukan oleh peneliti yaitu siswa SMA negeri dan swasta tanpa batasan jumlah gender. Hasil: Variabel jam pelajaran biologi memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan tingkat stres akademik siswa, sedangkan gender tidak memiliki korelasi signifikan. Uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan sedikit perbedaan dalam tingkat stres antara pelajaran biologi yang diadakan pada jam pagi atau siang. The company has a strategy of creating superior employees. Millennial employees show a desire to be appreciated, maximize work time and prioritize mental health, so that employees can still work in happy conditions and not depressed. Objective: This research shows the importance of happiness and work meaning felt by millennial employees to increase work engagement to the global competition. Method: Systematic literature review by identifying, assessing, and synthesizing literature search results through Google Scholar, Scopus, Research Gate, and Garuda. Results: 12 literature studies show that the work attachment of millennial generation employees is at a moderate level and is still below the work attachment of previous generations. Conclusion: Companies can provide work comfort and opportunities to be actively involved in work so that a sense of meaning arises for the work done to increase employee engagement in the company.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Latar Belakang: Percampuran 3 golongan generasi (x, milenial/y dan z) di dunia kerja menunculkan perbedaan gambaran etos dan keterikatan kerja. Perusahaan memiliki strategi menciptakan karyawan unggul. Karyawan milenial menunjukkan keinginan untuk dihargai, memaksimalkan waktu kerja dan mengutamakan kesehatan mental, sehingga karyawan tetap bisa bekerja dalam kondisi bahagia dan tidak tertekan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengetahui pentingnya kebahagiaan dan kebermaknaan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan milenial terhadap peningkatan keterikatan kerja pada persaingan global. Metode: yang digunakan adalah Systematic literatur review dengan mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menyintesiskan hasil penelusuran kepustakaan melalui google scholar, Scopus, research gate dan garuda. Hasil: 12 studi kepustakaan menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki para karyawan generasi milenial berada di taraf sedang dan masih di bawah keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki para generasi sebelumnya. Objective: To determine the effect of role awareness training on psychological well-being and emotional regulation in student-athletes. Method: Using quantitative experimental methods with a pre-test-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were 24 athletes from the National Young Athlete Training Center UNESA. Sampling is done with a saturated sample, where all members of the population become samples. Data was obtained through pretests and posttests using psychological well-being tools containing 42 items. The data analysis technique used is an independent sample t test. Result: p value for emotional regulation is 0.027 and for psychological well-being is 0.047 (both p values are < 0.05). It shows training awareness of the role capable of guiding student-athletes in improving psychological well-being and emotional regulation. Conclusion: There is an influence of role awareness training on the emotional regulation and psychological well-being of student-athletes.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Latar Belakang: Menanggapi permasalahan atlet pelajar yang berkarir ganda pada masa karantina yang mengakibatkan krisis regulasi emosi dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh awareness training terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dan regulasi emosi pada atlet pelajar. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain pretest dan posttest control group design. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah para atlet Sentra Latihan Olahragawan Muda Potensial Nasional UNESA yang berjumlah 24 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel. Self compassion is a factor affecting psychological well-being. Self compassion offers a way for individuals to be able to have kindness with their self, mindfull into their life and a sense of common to other individuals, and will see an obstacle in life to be their best friend. The researchers’ aim was to examine the effect of self-compassion on the psychological well-being of adolescents. This study used quantitative research design, with 200 youth as subjects living at the Salaf Islamic Boarding School in Singosari. Data collection used random sampling, using the Ryff Psychological Well Being Scale (RPWBS) (α = 0.869), the Self Compassion Scale (SCS) (α = 0.721). The correlation test technique to see the effect of the variables is linear regression test to test the effect of the two variables. The results give show that self-compassion can have a positive effect on psychological wellbeing in adolescents. F count value > F table value (17.104 > 3.942), r value of 0.289 > r table 0.138, the contribution made by Self-compassion to psychological well-being is 8.4%. These results show that both variables are positively and significantly related.The implication given to this research is that with the significant influence of self-compassion on psychological well-being in adolescents, it is important for adolescents to have good and optimal self-compassion so that they love and care for themselves, understand their own needs, have the strength to face all challenge, so that adolescents can have good psychological well-being that is able to grow, develop, achieve and work optimally.\u0000 \u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000Setiap individu selalu mengutamakan pencapaian Kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well-being) dalam dirinya, begitupun remaja yang tinggal di Pondok Pesantren juga memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam pencapaiannya. Self-compassion merupakan salah satu yang mampu mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis. Self- compassion menawarkan cara untuk individu agar mampu melampaui hambatan-hambatan dalam kehidupannya, dengan Self kindness, mindfullness dan a sense of common humanity individu akan memandang sebuah hambatan dalam hidup menjadi kawan terbaik mereka. Tujuan Peneliti ialah untuk menguji pengaruh Self- Compassion terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan design penelitian kuantitatif, dengan subyek sebanyak 200 Remaja yang tinggal di Pondok Pesantren Salaf di Singosari. Various kinds of problems involving youth groups are increasing day by day. Fatherlessness, or the loss of the father's role, is one of the problems. These various problems cause adolescents to tend to have negative self-perceptions. Therefore, positive self-perception among adolescents needs to be improved. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of MBCT to increase positive self-perception in fatherless adolescents. Participants in this study consisted of six adolescents who experienced fatherlessness and would receive the MBCT intervention. The research instrument consisted of the self-perception scale, adapted from Robbins. The data analysis technique in this study used the Mann-Whitney U Test with the help of SPSS. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a score of z = -2.491 with a significance of p = 0.013. This means that there is a significant difference in increasing self-perception among fatherless adolescents. The results of the effect size test are known based on Rank-biserial totaling 0.861. This means that there is a great influence of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy on increasing positive self-perceptions in fatherless adolescents. Then adolescents, so it is concluded that Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy is effective in increasing fatherless adolescents' self-perceptions.\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan motivasi dan juga stres bekerja dengan work engagement secara masing-masing maupun simultan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipakai dalam penelitian. Pengambilan sampel yang dipakai ialah metode sampel jenuh. Sebanyak 270 orang yang mengisi kuesioner dengan tingkat respon 17,21% dari total populasi. Metode analisis data memakai analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, korelasi sederhana dan korelasi berganda. Uji normalitas dan linearitas dipakai sebelum pengujian hipotesis. Temuan dalam penelitian ini ialah motivasi kerja berkorelasi positif dan kuat dengan work engagement. Stres kerja berkorelasi negatif dan lemah dengan work engagement. Motivasi dan stres kerja secara berbarengan berkorelasi positif dengan work engagement. Pihak perusahaan diharapkan memberikan pelatihan motivasi, meningkatkan tunjangan yang diberikan serta memberikan kebebasan dalam mengatur jadwal kerja dan cara bekerja agar karyawan lebih merasa terikat dengan pekerjaannya. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan faktor yang memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dengan work engagement guna menjelaskan lemahnya hubungan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini. However, adolescent athletes are faced with two situations, namely puberty and dual roles that make their responsibilities heavier. This leads to disruption of emotional regulation which is important for adolescent athletes to have. One effort to improve emotional regulation in adolescent athletes is through role awareness training. This study aims to determine the effect of role awareness training on emotional regulation in adolescent athletes. This study uses a quantitative experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design with the research subject, namely adolescent athletes who live in the training center of the National Potential Young Athletes Center (SLOMPN) as many as 24 people with an age range of 13-15 years old. Emotion regulation was measured using the IERQ4S instrument with a reliability value of .824. The results of this study indicate a difference in the significance value in the experimental group which is 0.01 (0.01 <0.05). While in the control group, it is 0.05 (0.85>0.05). Increased emotion regulation through role awareness training is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The results of this study provide advice to future researchers to examine other types of awareness training.\u0000 \u0000Pada proses mencetak atlet yang berprestasi diperlukan persiapan sejak remaja agar mereka dapat mencetak prestasi secara jangka panjang. Namun, atlet remaja dihadapkan pada dua situasi, yaitu pubertas dan peran ganda yang membuat tanggung jawab mereka menjadi lebih berat. Hal ini menimbulkan terganggunya regulasi emosi yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh atlet remaja. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada atlet remaja adalah melalui role awareness training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh role awareness training terhadap regulasi emosi pada atlet remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design dengan subjek penelitian yaitu atlet remaja yang menetap di training center Sentra Olahragawan Muda Potensial Nasional (SLOMPN) sebanyak 24 orang dengan rentang usia 13-15 tahun. Regulasi emosi diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen IERQ4S dengan nilai reliabilitas .824. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nilai signifikansi pada kelompok ekperimen yaitu 0.01 (0.01<0.05). Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol yaitu 0.05 (0.85>0.05). Peningkatan regulasi emosi melalui role awareness training dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. The quantitative approach used in research. The sampling used is the saturated sample method. A total of 270 people filled out the questionnaire with a response rate of 17.21% of the total population. The data analysis method used quantitative descriptive analysis, simple correlation, and multiple correlation. Normality and linearity tests were used before hypothesis testing. The finding in this study is that work motivation is positively and strongly correlated with work engagement. Job stressor has a negative and weak correlation with work engagement. Motivation and work stress are simultaneously positively connected with work engagement. The company is expected to provide motivation, increase the benefits provided and provide freedom in managing work schedules and ways of working so that employees feel more comfortable with their work. Further researchers can use factors that mediate the link between job stress and job engagement to explain the weak relationship found in this study.
