CTG are widely used for diagnosing and evaluates pregnancy and fetus condition until before delivery. The high dimension of CTG data are the problem for classification computation, by extracting feature we can get the useful information from CTG data, and in this research, K-Means Algorithm are used. After extracting useful information, data are trained by using Support Vector Machine (SVM) to obtain classifier for classifying the new incoming CTG data. Based on 10 cross validation, this method have a good accuracy to 90.64% using Cardiotocography Dataset obtained from UCI Machine Learning Repository. Data are classified into fetal state normal, suspicious, or pathologic class based on seven abstract features that extracted from twenty one original features and then trained using hybrid K-SVM Algorithm. This research shows the ability and capability of Hybrid K-SVM for classifying CTG dataset. In general, the experimental result of hybrid K-SVM show the better classification compare to SVM.","PeriodicalId":325539,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132869250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One promising approach is to plan task and motion simultaneously, yielding a sequence of high level actions that is guaranteed to have valid motion plans. In this paper, we present our work on such planning system whose backbone is the ability to estimate the cost of action sequences. This cost essentially encodes information about motion feasibility and optimality criteria. Concretely, the cost prediction serves as the heuristic for search over a task motion multigraph. The experiment results show that the proposed approach makes the planning progressively more efficient as well as ε-optimal. It means that the wasted computations are more and more reduced over planning attempts and that the complete plans found are guaranteed to have costs no more than a factor of (1 +ε) greater than the optimal. This suggests that the heuristic along with its learning formulation are justifiable and that the designed feature vector is sufficient for learning. In addition, we found that online learning during search offers better utility than the offline.","PeriodicalId":325539,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"298 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121369002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides that, sometimes watering was done not compatible with the water necessity of plants. This has an impact on agricultural products which is not maximized. In general, automatic plant watering used only watering timer-based, of course, is not in accordance with the characteristics of the water necessity of each plant. However, the automatic watering plants using soil moisture sensors can overcome problems of farmers. The prototype of automatic watering plant consists of FPGA board, driver relay, water pump, LED, soil moisture sensors, and the ADC module (ADC0820). Soil moisture sensor is a probe made from metal as soil moisture detector. Soil moisture measurement results in the form of voltage fluctuations. Soil moisture sensors generate a voltage that will be converted by the ADC module into 8-bit digital signal. The conversion results carried classification. This classification is based on ideal condition of the plant such as high water necessity, medium water necessity and low water necessity. If the sensor detects the soil in dry condition, the water pump will be activated. If the sensor detects the soil in wet conditions, the water pump will not be activated. Besides more easily, it also adjusts to the natural conditions and the needs of each plant. This research result is a description of component (IP Core) for controlling the watering system automatically.","PeriodicalId":325539,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126921045","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to empirically distinguish the factors leading to an e-audit system acceptance in the public sector. The theoretical framework used in this study was adapted from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), as well as external variables gathered from previous studies. In this exploratory research, a total of 71 valid respondents were gathered and analyzed statistically using PLS-SEM. The results confirmed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly affected system's usage. Furthermore, this research substantiated four external factors that affected systems usage through perceived ease of use, which were, management support, training, support, and computer self efficacy, and one external factor through perceived usefulness, namely, result demonstrability. Whereas user involvement, job relevance, and output quality were deemed to have no effects towards system's usage through perceived usefulness.","PeriodicalId":325539,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129077099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The level of performance of the agricultural sector of a country depends on the quality of education in agriculture. Basically agricultural vocational education in Indonesia was established in each region in order to meet the human resources in accordance with the potential of the area. Therefore, if the agricultural lecturers that have different specialties can share the knowledge among each other it is expected that the that one lecturer can provide knowledge that is appropriate for the processing of agricultural potential in these areas eventhough it is not his speciality. So it is not depending on the specific agricultural science owned by lecturers but it depends on the potential of the area. It can be anticipated by increasing knowledge sharing among educators. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the factors that influence knowledge sharing among educators in vocational higher education of agriculture. In addition, note also whether knowledge sharing affects the performance of educators and affect the performance of the institution. This study was conducted with the literature study, interviews, and surveys. Survey data were analyzed using Partial Least Square method - Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing is one of the factors that can improve the performance of educators and can improve the performance of vocational higher education of agriculture. Knowledge sharing in this domain is strongly influenced by attitudes, personal expectations, tacit knowledge, the IT infrastructure, knowledge of the IT usage, the ability of educators, and organizational culture.","PeriodicalId":325539,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114733099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
