The ability of a company to keep up with the always changing and growing environment, achieve success, and stay competitive is one of the numerous obstacles it faces. The company must meet the demands of its workers by providing comfortable working circumstances if it wants to promote efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and employee loyalty. The goal of this essay is to examine how workplace conditions affect workers' job happiness. A quantitative technique was used in the investigation. A self-administered survey questionnaire was used to gather the data. The questionnaire was taken from an earlier, verified evaluation. Educational institutions, the financial industry, and businesses located in Tamil Nadu make up the target population. 80 workers' data are gathered using simple random sampling. The findings show a link between a healthy workplace culture and job happiness. The report ends with a few quick recommendations for how firms may maximise job happiness by understanding the value of a positive work environment. By motivating individuals to contribute more to their employment and by assisting them in their personal growth, this article may be of social value. Around March 2020, the world's Apex health organization, World Health Organization (WHO), stated that it was a global pandemic. In this review, we attempt to summarize the medical characteristics information regarding the novel virus's prevention, tests, and treatments. The data used for this review were gathered from various academic research reports and publications, WHO publications, etc. However, the readers of this review must be informed that there are continually new reports on this virus as more studies are undertaken by various professional bodies. The impure dyes obtained were recrystalized using ethanol solvent. Attractively, all the dyes synthesized showed moderate to good colouristic characteristics. The purity and structural identities of the dyes were confirmed by melting point, UV and IR spectrometry. The UV spectra of the dyes revealed solvatochromism in solvent of different polarities. Dyeing was carried out on nylon, cotton and polyester fabrics. A total of 24 albino rats were randomly divided into four groups of 6 members each. Group 1 received pellet and was allowed free access to water. This was the control. Groups 2, 3 and 4 received 50, 100 and 200 mg/Kg body weight of tramadol respectively. All the administrations were via oral intubation and were done once daily for 30 days. Neurotransmitters, glutamine dehydrogenase, glutaminase, and oxidative stress markers were determined in the brain homogenate using standard methods. Liver function markers, kidney function parameters and pancreatic markers were equally determined in the serum using standard methods. The results showed that levels of serotonin, dopamine, reduced glutathione, albumin and activities of catalase, super oxide dismutase, glutathione transferase, glutathione peroxidase, glutaminase and lipase were significantly (p<0.05) lowered in rats administered tramadol only in dose dependent manner when compared with the control. The results also revealed that administration of different doses of tramadol caused significant (p<0.05) increase in the activities of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, α-amylase, glutamine dehydrogenase and levels of total bilirubin, uric acid, urea, creatinine and malondialdehyde in dose dependent manner when compared with control.
