A Review of Inventory Management of Small-Scale Enterprise in India

Abstract

Business owners greatly benefit from inventory management since it enables stores to safely preserve sales and purchase information. When inventory is not managed properly, it results in unhappy customers, paperwork, manual delays, slower sales, excess cash on hand, and warehouses, whereas properly managed inventory speeds up sales and available inventory, notifies a business owner when to restock, and how much to buy. By minimising delays, this method avoids the possibility of stock-outs of fast-moving commodities.
