This research is a descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire. The research subjects were determined based on the research objectives, namely the entire academic community and stakeholders in the Unikama environment. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the case method and Team Based Project is one method that is in accordance with the MBKM program and is actually able to provide opportunities to improve student skills, namely Creativity Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Communication Skills, and Collaboration Skills (4C), so that better quality of graduates. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE model. Data analysis used descriptive percentage and N-gain test. The results of the feasibility measurement by material experts reached a percentage of 100% and media experts 88.9%, both of which were stated in the very good category. From students, it was obtained 94.2% for media readability while media attractiveness got 90.7%, each stated in the very good category. Mastery of digital technology is one of strength resource that supports the teacher's pedagogic strategy.This study aims to improve the teachers' professionalism competence of which is focused on technological competence dimensions through a project team. This type of research uses a Classroom Action Research design through four stages of Kemmis-Taggart. The research subjects were 20 teachers of SD Negeri Pandanwangi 1 Malang City. Data collection techniques consisted of observation and questionnaires to determine the implementation of the project team and  teachers professional competence of. The results showed an increase in the two aspects studied, including: 1) project team implementation in cycle 1 was 55% and cycle 2 was 86%. This study aims to determine the difficulties and solutions experienced by PGSD UMS students during online learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were 26 at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This study was explored using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of study, by examining the experiences of 10 elementary school teachers in developing students' social skills. Data collection in this study used semi-structured interview techniques. The teacher's strategy in forming groups based on the distance between students' homes, making it easier for students to work with their teams. The learning method used to develop social skills is discussion and assignment. The teacher gave reinforcement verbally, using words to motivate students. Classroom management to run effectively and efficiently includes making class rules, giving examples and habituation. The research and Development (R&D) research method with development steps according to Sugiyono. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and severap experts in material, media, and language to determine the feasibility and responses of fourth-grade students. The results of the study were based on the average value of the results of the validation test on worksheet in material field 86% ‘very feasible’ criteria, 87,85% ‘very feasible’ criteria in the media field, and language field 79,99% ‘feasible’ criteria and student responses with a result og 96,05% ‘very feasible’. The method used in this study is a 4-D model and modified into 3 stages, namely defining, designing, and developing. The results of the validation test and field test obtained a percentage of 90.6% and it is said to be very valid so that it is suitable for use in learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The survey results show that the average student satisfaction in the Faculty of Education, Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang shows a very good category. Tangibles dimension has an average percentage of 40.33% with a very good category. Responsiveness with an average percentage of 57.72%, Reliability with an average percentage of 50.95%, and Empathy with the highest 75.4%.
