Tangibles dimension has an average percentage of 40.33% with a very good category. Responsiveness with an average percentage of 57.72%, Reliability with an average percentage of 50.95%, and Empathy with the highest 75.4%. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析教育学院内部学生对学习项目的满意度。本研究是一项定量描述性研究,采用问卷调查法作为数据收集工具。调查结果显示,坎朱鲁汉马朗大学教育学院的平均学生满意度属于非常好的类别。有形资产维度的平均百分比为40.33%,属于非常好的类别。响应性平均为57.72%,可靠性平均为50.95%,同理心最高为75.4%。根据数据处理结果,基于MBKM实施过程中服务满意度维度的学生满意度总体水平被归类为非常好
