This study used the qualitative method. Fifty-one members participated. The instruments used were Google forms, observations, and documents. The data were analyzed using adopted six approaches by Cresswell. The results indicated that the participants joined WG-ES based on their desires and awareness. Their motivations for joining WG-ES were divided into English-based and non-English-based motivations. Most participants were motivated to improve their English skills, specifically communication skills. The other motivations were the expectation to expand networking, get experience, and find an opportunity to study abroad. In WG-ES, the learning programs were divided into two main activities, daily chitchat and focused learning. WG-ES had rules, study schedules, and flexible curriculums. Therefore, the participants seemed more comfortable studying English through WG-ES.   \u0000Abstrak: \u0000Penelitian ini menggambarkan motivasi dan proses belajar anggota di Sekolah Bahasa Inggris berbasis Grup WhatsApp sebagai platform yang produktif selama COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Lima puluh satu anggota berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Google-form, observasi, dan dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan enam pendekatan yang diadopsi oleh Cresswell. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengikuti Grup WhatsApp berdasarkan keinginan dan kesadaran mereka. Motivasi untuk bergabung Grup WhatsApp terbagi menjadi motivasi berbasis bahasa Inggris dan non-bahasa Inggris. Sebagian besar peserta termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris, khususnya keterampilan komunikasi. Motivasi lainnya adalah harapan untuk memperluas jaringan, mendapatkan pengalaman, dan menemukan kesempatan untuk belajar di luar negeri. Dalam Grup WhatsApp ini, program pembelajaran dibagi menjadi dua kegiatan utama, yaitu obrolan harian dan pembelajaran terfokus. Sekolah Bahasa Inggris berbasis Grup WhatsApp ini memiliki aturan, jadwal belajar, dan kurikulum yang fleksibel. This research was a case study using qualitative approach. The subjects were two Language Centers located at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. In collecting data, researchers conducted interviews and documentation. The data collected were analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the contribution and role of the Language Centers were very significant in supporting the actualization of World-Class University. Both Language Centers have contributed to a) improve/increase foreign language skills, b) detect language skills, c) archive important translated documents, and d) organizing language-related training or workshops. They had a role in building a global university brand through international cooperation, seminars or conferences, and sending lecturers to Al-Azhar University in Egypt to introduce the Indonesian language and culture. \u0000Abstrak: \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi dan peran Pusat Pengembangan Bahasa dalam mewujudkan World Class University  di lingkungan PTKIN. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Ada dua Pusat Bahasa yang menjadi subjek penelitian yaitu yang berlokasi di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dan Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi dan peran Pusat Pengembangan Bahasa sangat signifikan dalam mendukung terwujudnya WCU. Kedua Pusat Bahasa telah memberikan kontribusi dalam: a) peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa asing, b) mendeteksi kemampuan berbahasa, c) mendokumentasikan dokumen-dokumen terjemahan penting, dan d) menyelenggarakan pelatihan atau workshop terkait bahasa. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documents. The data were analyzed by the stages of data display, data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the impact of implementing LSE curriculum in anticipating adolescent problems in Bone was seen in independence of meeting personal needs in the form of students being able to be independent, gaining life skills, being able to overcome problems of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MKM), and being able to practice a variety of learning methods. Other independence in terms of meeting social needs are students being able to overcome bullying problems, managing environment, and overcoming child marriage. Therefore, it is expected to the government to issue a policy on the implementation of Life Skill Education curriculum to be applied in the educational environment because it has a positive influence on the prevention of child marriage. \u0000Abstrak: \u0000Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi kurikulum Life Skill Education dalam mengantisipasi problematika remaja pada Sekolah Pilot Project Unicef di Kabupaten Bone. Teknik pengumpulan data diperolah meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dukumen. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif lalu diolah dengan tahap display data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak implementasi kurikulum Life Skill Education dalam mengantisipasi problematika remaja di Bone terlihat pada kemandirian pemenuhan kebutuhan personal berupa: peserta didik mampu bersikap mandiri, peserta didik memperoleh keterampilan hidup, peserta didik mampu mengatasi masalah Manajemen Kebersihan Menstruasi (MKM), peserta didik mengetahui dan mampu mempraktikkan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Kemandirian lainnya dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan sosial, berupa: peserta didik mampu mengatasi masalah bullying, mengelola lingkungan, dan mengatasi persoalan perkawinan anak. The method used in this research was evaluation with the Countenance Stake model. The population of this research was natural science students and teachers throughout Indonesia. The sample was the seventh-grade students from Sleman Regency and teachers representing several provinces. Data collection was through document review, observation sheets, and teacher and student questionnaires. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study indicated that the quality of the preparation and implementation process of the discovery learning model was quite good. Student learning outcomes were fairly good but had not applied assessments of critical skill, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation as a requirement of 21st-century learning evaluation. The study results were expected to provide an overview of the quality of teacher preparation, process, and learning outcomes in applying the discovery learning model. \u0000Abstrak: \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas persiapan, proses, dan hasil belajar dalam menerapkan model discovery learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model Countenance Stake. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru IPA se-Indonesia dengan sample siswa berasal dari Kabupaten Sleman serta guru dari perwakilan beberapa provinsi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar telaah dokumen, lembar observasi, angket guru, dan angket siswa. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas persiapan dan proses pelaksanaan model discovery learning sudah cukup baik. Hasil belajar siswa cukup baik, namun belum menerapkan penilaian keterampilan kritis, pemecahan masalah, kreativitas dan inovasi sebagai tuntutan dalam penilaian pembelajaran abad 21. Negara Indonesia tak luput dari penyebarannya yang melumpuhkan kegiatan-kegiatan perekomian bangsa, usaha-usaha industri, pariwisata dan kerohanian. Peningkatannya yang semakin tinggi pada gelombang kedua ini  berpengaruh terhadap ketersedian obat-obatan, oksigen, tenaga medis dan rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan prediksi jumlah orang yang terpapar Covid-19 agar pemerintah dapat melakukan antispasi sebagai tindakan prepentif. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan guna mendapatkan suatu model secara matematis untuk memprediksi jumlah orang yang terpapar Covid-19. Peneliti mencoba melakukan  penelitian guna mendapatkan model prediksi jumlah orang yang terpapar Covid-19. Metode Peramalan yang digunakan dengan interpolasi Lagrange berdasarkan pada data histori jumlah orang yang terpapar virus ini. Metode Interpolasi Lagrange cukup sederhana tanpa harus banyak menggunakan banyak parameter dalam proses perhitungan prediksinya. Data historis orang yang terpapar Covid-19 digunakan sebagai data trainning dan data testing. Pasangan titik-titk   yang diperoleh  akan digunakan dalam menentukan model prediksi dengan metode interpolasi Lagrange dengan derajat Lagrangenya  data Data testing akan digunakan untuk menentukan prediksi jumlah orang yang terpapar Covid-19, selanjutnya akan ditentukan persentase galatnya. Data testing yang digunakan khusus untuk wilayah Daerah Khusus Ibu Kota  (DKI) Jakarta  periode bulan September 2021 berdasarkan data histori periode bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2021. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research location is in Malango' Tagari 1 Christian Elementary School which has implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The research subjects are low grade teachers (class I, II, III) who teach at Malango' Tagari 1 Christian Elementary School. The object of this research is the teacher's activity in implementing thematic learning. The data collected will be analyzed using the flow developed by Mills & Huberman, namely data collection as the first step, then data reduction, data display, and conclusion are drawn. The result showed that the obstacles to the implementation of thematic learning at SD Kristen Malango Tagari 1 were (1) the limited understanding of teachers about the concept of development of elementary school-aged children and their characteristics because they were only obtained during educational lectures and had an impact on teachers being less than optimal in carrying out thematic learning according to children’s development, (2) the limited jnowledge of teachers regarding the implementation of thematic learning, so that it has an impact on the absence of some thematic learning characteristics, (3) the factors that hinder the implementation of thematic learning are. a) undisciplined teachers. Quantitative research was used in this study using expost facto research and the sample consisted of 19 students taken from the whole population.Questionnaire were used in collecting data which became the measuring instrument for each variable. The questionnaire instrument distributed to respondents,  previously tested, including validity and reliability test. Simple linear regression analysis was used in data analysis. From the results of the study, it can be seen that there is an  influence of parental guidance on learning motivation during the online learning process in fifth grade students of SDN 101 Makale 4. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach.This study aims to describe classroom management skills in increasing students' learning motivation. The data sources of this research are teachers and fourth grade students who use the interview instrument with a structured interview list. The results of the study show that parents play an important role in the learning of children with special needs for mental retardation during the covid-19 pandemic. The main subjects in this study were 5 grandmothers and 5 grandchildren in Sapan village.
