One of the diseases that are still widely experienced by the geriatri and still relatively high in Indonesia is gout arthritis or gout. Implementing gout arthritis prevention behavior with encouragement and support from the role of the family, as well as always maintaining the consumption pattern of preventative foods and triggers uric acid can reduce the risk of gout arthritis disease in the geriatri. Aim: To analyze the relationship of family roles and consumption patterns with the prevention behavior of gout arthritis in the geriatri. Method: This research uses quantitative analysis with observational analytical research type and Cross Sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Elderly Police Health Center Manyar Gresik Regency. The population of poly geriatri visitors as many as 88 geriatri. The subjects were taken by 52 seniors using purposive sampling techniques that took into account inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was collected through interviews using family role questionnaires, FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnare) and gout arthritis prevention behavior. Data analysis using Spearman Rank test, Multiple Correlation test and Multiple Linear Regression test. Results: Based on bivariate analysis with spearman rank test shows that there is a meaningful or significant relationship between family role (p= 0.000), consumption pattern (p< 0.05) with gout arthritis prevention behavior and with multiple correlation test shows that there is a meaningful relationship between family role, consumption pattern with gout arthritis prevention behavior (p= 0.001). Analysis of mulitivariate tests with multiple linear regression tests showed the most influential variable was the role of the family (p= 0.000). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of the family and consumption patterns with the prevention behavior of gout arthritis in the geriatri. However, the role of the family is more related to disease prevention behavior in the geriatri. The purpose of this research to analyzed nutrions education of knowledge, dietary habit and nutritional status in diabetes patients at ibnu sina gresik general hospital. The method used was pre-experimental with one-group pretest and posttest with 1 observationed in 5-10 minutes. The data collection technique using a questionnaire and through interviews with subjects and the analyzed using pearson correlation and paired samples test. The subjects using outpatient Diabetes Mellitus patients who were taked by accidental sampling according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, as many as 40 people. The benefits o banana peels as a substitusi for making cookies to increase fiber levels. The research objective was to determine the effect of adding plantain peel flour on nutrients and sensory cookies. The research method used a completely randomized experimental design with 5 formulations with codes F0, F1, F2, F3, and F4. The defference in sensory test is known by the friedman test and the nutrient test is known by the One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test and then the difference test is carried out with the LSD test with a level of 5%. The results of the sensory test analysis showed that there was an effect of substitution of plantain peel flour on the sensory cookies of banana peel flour which included color, aroma, teste and texture, indicating that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which was a significant difference. The best or highest analysis results are at 0% substitution and the lowest is 30%. Malnutrition and more nutritional problems in Indonesia are still common in adolescence, especially in young women. There are several factors that affect nutritional status such as body image, diet, and balanced nutritional knowledge. Tjuan from the study to analyze the relationship of body image, diet, and nutrition balanced with the nutritional status of students in Yasmu Manyar High School, Gresik Regency. This type of quantitative research uses Cross Sectional design. The number of samples as many as 45 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Analyze data using Kendall-Tau. The results showed most respondents had postive body image (100%), less diet (95.5%), good nutritional knowledge (86.6%). Kendall-Tau test results between body image, diet, and nutritional knowledge balanced with nutritional status obtained a p value of 0.415 each; 0,499; 0,910. Concluded that there is no relationship between body image, diet, and nutritional knowledge balanced with the nutritional status of students at Yasmu Manyar High School in Gresik Regency. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The organoleptic assay using panelists of untrained women of childbearing age (WUS). The effectiveness test produces the best treatment on the substitution of 60% of figs with yield value of 0.98. There is a significant difference in the brownies acceptance in the Friedman statistical test (Chi-square count > Chi-Square table). The parameters that analyzed were carbohydrate, protein, fat, water content, ash content, total crude fiber, antioxidant activity (IC50) and calory value. Statistical tests using Anova and Duncan Multiple Comparison showed significant differences in nutrient levels in brownies treatment (significance <0.05). The results showed the highest carbohydrate content in brownies without treatment was 23.16% and the treatment of 20% figs was 21.18%. Protein content without treatment was 7.43% and highest in the treatment of 20% figs was 7.16%. The highest fat content in brownies without treatment was 20.21% and the highest in the treatment of 20% figs was 19.72%. The best water content in brownis without treatment was 26.66% and in the treatment of 20% figs was 35.21%. The best ash content in the 60% brownies treatment was 1.26% and in the 40% treatment was 1.43%. The best crude fiber content is in the formulation treatment of 60% figs by 2.42% and the treatment of figs by 40% with a fiber content of 2.18%. The highest IC50 in the treatment of 60% figs was 117.15 ppm. This research method used quasi-experimental study. The study was conducted in two stages, first stage was the collection of basic data and then interventions according to the causes of the problems found. The subject of this study were 45 toddlers, 11 pregnant women and 15 breastfeeding mothers who had infants less than 6 months. The results showed that after conducting education and counseling for three weeks, there was an increase in the knowledge of pregnant and breastfeeding mothers regarding balanced nutrition for infants / toddlers, increasing from 4% to 24% which was categorized as good and 40% to 16% which was categorized as poor. The knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding increased from 0% which was categorized as good to 72.7%. The results of monitoring body weight, height and intake showed increased but only the total intake of energy and fat showed that increased significantly (energy: p = 0.048 and fat: p = 0.005) so it can be concluded that integrated educational and counseling interventions have the potential to overcome nutritional problems for infants / toddlers malnutrition. \u0000Keywords: education, counselling, exclusive breastfeeding, stunting, undernutrition \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran pemberian ASI eksklusif serta melakukan pendampingan pada balita yang telah mengalami gizi buruk dan stunting dengan metode edukasi dan konseling gizi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimental. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu pengambilan data dasar kemudian intervensi sesuai dengan penyebab masalah yang ditemukan. Sebanyak 45 balita, 11 ibu hamil dan 15 ibu menyusui yang memiliki bayi kurang dari 6 bulan yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah melakukan edukasi dan konseling selama tiga minggu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan bumil dan busui mengenai gizi simbang untu balita mengalami peningkatan dari 4% menjadi 24% yang dikategorikan baik dan 40 % menjadi 16 % yang dikategorikan buruk. Begitu pula dengan pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif meningkat dari 0% yang dikategorikan baik menjadi 72,7%. The research method using the analytical survey with cross sectional design. The number of subjects in the research are 74 persons that can be using cluster technique sampling. The data retrieval that by doing measures of blood pressure, height, weight, and interview the intake of eating using form SQ-FFQ, and biavriate analysis using chi-square test. The result analysis of correlation BMI with the incident of hypertension obtained p-value=0.034 and OR=4.85, correlation analysis between fat intake with the incident of hypertension obtained p-value=0.438, and corretaion analysis sodium intake with the incident of hypertensionobtained p-value=0.000 and OR=115.5. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 74 orang yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Pengambilan data yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah, tinggi badan, berat badan, dan wawancara asupan makan menggunakan form SQ-FFQ, dan analisis bivariat dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis hubungan IMT dengan kejadian hipertensi didapatkan nilai p=0,034 dan OR=4,85, analisis hubungan asupan lemak dengan kejadian hipertensi didapatkan nilai p=0,438, dan analisis hubungan asupan natrium dengan kejadian hipertensi didapatkan nilai nilai p=0,000 dan OR 115,5. This research is an analytic observational research with cross sectional approach. Samples were taken as many toddlers using simple of random sampling. The Data collected using questionnaires knowledge of nutritional, FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire) and nutritional assessments through measurements of body weight and age. Data were analyzed by using Chi Square Test and Linier Regretion Test. The Result showed a significant correlation between knowledge of mother's nutrition (p = 0.008) and consumption patterns of children under five (p = 0.017) to nutritional status. Analysis multivariate test showed the relate variable was the consumption pattern of children under five (p = 0.032). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan gizi, kuesioner FFQ (Food Frequency Quesionare) dan penilaian status gizi melalui pengukuran berat badan dan umur. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan uji Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi ibu (p= 0,008) dan pola konsumsi balita (p= 0,017) dengan status gizi balita. Analisa uji multivariat menunjukkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah pola konsumsi balita (p= 0,032). This research is an analytic observational research with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted pre elderly and elderly at the Posyandu Lansia Kecamatan Bungah was amounting to 100 people. Sampling research using purposive sampling. Data collection was performed using the Food Frequency Questionnaire questionnaire and measurements of height, weight, and blood pressure. Data analysis was performed with the Chi Square test and Linear Regression test. The results of research show there is a relationship between consumption patterns with blood pressure with a value of p <0.05.Furthermore, the results of research showed no relationship between body mass index and blood pressure with a value of p≥0.05. The conclusion of this research is that blood pressure in the elderly and elderly is more related to consumption patterns compared to body mass index. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Body mass index, blood pressure, consumption pattern, elderly \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pola konsumsi dan indeks massa tubuh dengan tekanan darah pada lansia di Kecamatan Bungah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada pra lansia dan lansia di Posyandu Lansia Kecamatan Bungah yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Food Frequency Questionnaire dan pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, serta tekanan darah. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square dan uji Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pola konsumsi dengan tekanan darah dengan nilai p≤0,05. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh dengan tekanan darah dengan nilai p≥0,05. This study uses a cross sectional design. Sampling using simple random sampling. Interviews were on 90 respondents who have children aged 7-24 months. This research was conducted at the Posyandu Puskesmas Cerme, Gresik. Statistical analysis was did bivariately with the chi square test. Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Cerme Health Center in Gresik Regency is 33.3%. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between IMD and exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.347> 0.05), husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.80> 0.05), knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.343> 0.05) and mother's occupation with exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.3528> 0.05). However, mothers who did IMD, received husband support and had good knowledge had a greater proportion of giving exclusive breastfeeding compared to those who did not do IMD, did not get husband support, and who had less and sufficient knowledge. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Exclusive breastfeeding, IMD, husband support, mother’s knowledge and occupation \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis hubungan antara IMD, dukungan suami, pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cerme Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan 90 responden yang memiliki anak usia 7-24 bulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Posyandu Puskesmas Cerme Kabupaten Gresik. Analisis statistik dilakukan secara bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cerme Kabupaten Gresik sebesar 33,3% hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara IMD dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (p= 0,347) dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (p=0,800) pengetahuan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (p=0,343) dan pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (p= 0,3528) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cerme Kabupaten Gresik.
