The system is mainly consisted of signal transformation, single chip microcomputer AT89C51 and step motor's drive electric circuit. It leads that parameters of measurement and control equipment are tested more frequently, their test process is more complicated, and their test time wastes more. At the same time, the demands to improve the dependability of instrument and equipment become urgent. In paper, a typical Ship-borne Microwave Unified Measurement and Control System's dependability will be analyzed and evaluated. However, many common dependability methods can not analyze system's behavior pattern and dynamic change of faults' distribution, which can not meet people's needs. So the Generalized Stochastic Petri Net (GSPN) is applied to build a mathematical model for system. Then the model is isomorphic to markov chain according to stochastic Petri net's properties. The state space model of this multivariable, dynamic, unstable and strongly coupled system developed elsewhere is taken and controller design task using pole placement method is carried out. The designed controller is tested on a real time control system. Secondly, A model of linear synchronous motor whose stator is air-cored coil and mover is Halbach PM array is designed. Then, air-gap magnetic field and force are calculated by both the above formula and commercial electromagnetic simulation software MaxWell. The error between the two methods is less than 2 percent. The basic sensitive principle is analyzed in photonic crystal fiber pressure sensors, and the photonic crystal fiber pressure sensor systems and detection system based on strength decoding are designed, beside considering the sensor output signal current value is small, so the InGaAs / InP-APD photodetectors which is in accordance with the performance parameter of photodetector are chosen as the basic devices in the photoelectric conversion. The output signals are amplified by use of pre-signal amplification circuit and dual op amp differential input amplifier circuit. An information fusion method based on fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is introduced to extract features from voltages of the circuit under test (CUT). Firstly, the voltage signals gathered from test nodes of the CUT are preprocessed by FRFT, the fractional order p of the FRFT changes from 0 to 1 with a given step. Then, we gain the amplitudes of the transformed signals in fractional space and extract the mutual information entropies as features by a defined division scale. After normalization, the extracted features are used to train a neural network to diagnose faulty components in the CUT. The proposed feature preprocessor method is applied to two CUTs and is compared with three ordinary preprocessing methods in analog circuit fault diagnosis. The performances of wideband analog channel are affected by various factors such as features of separation components, distribution parameters and input bandwidth of high-speed ADC, etc. The article analyzes in detail various factors that have influence upon bandwidth in hardware circuit from the perspective of system level, and has put forward related solutions for improvement; In conjunction with frequency domain compensation theory, and by taking reference of Gaussian frequency response curve, and through digital compensation to analog channel by way of algorithm, compensation results are obtained and are presented in the article. Test results demonstrate that −3dB bandwidth of the whole unit is higher than 1GHz. Electrical, mechanical and thermal properties of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs before and after passivation are analyzed. The drain current increases after passivation because surface passivation reduces the surface state density. Also, planar stress and elastic energy were decreased, as compare the devices with passivation and without passivation conditions. Also, the effect of different lattice heating (uniform heating, no lattice heating) has been studied in this experiment. This shows that the elastic energy in device with uniform heating is lower than that without lattice heating.
