The performances of wideband analog channel are affected by various factors such as features of separation components, distribution parameters and input bandwidth of high-speed ADC, etc. The article analyzes in detail various factors that have influence upon bandwidth in hardware circuit from the perspective of system level, and has put forward related solutions for improvement; In conjunction with frequency domain compensation theory, and by taking reference of Gaussian frequency response curve, and through digital compensation to analog channel by way of algorithm, compensation results are obtained and are presented in the article. Test results demonstrate that −3dB bandwidth of the whole unit is higher than 1GHz. 摘要

模拟信道带宽是制约数字存储示波器性能提升的关键因素之一。宽带模拟信道的性能受分离元件特性、分布参数、高速ADC输入带宽等多种因素的影响。文章从系统级的角度详细分析了硬件电路中影响带宽的各种因素,并提出了相应的改进方案;结合频域补偿理论,参考高斯频响曲线,通过算法对模拟信道进行数字补偿,得到了补偿结果,并给出了补偿结果。测试结果表明,整机- 3dB带宽高于1GHz。本文给出的方法也可以推广到各种宽带测试仪器,如信号发生器、频谱分析仪等。
