Unfortunatelly, online learning only focuses on theory and ignores the affective of students. As a consequence, it has an impact on students’ affective in their daily life. One of the solutions to solve that problem is by integrated Islamic value which contained in Al- Qur’an with appropriate approach. Contextual teaching learning plays an important role in improving student’s learning outcomes and it makes the students capable to integrate the motion system material with Islamic values contained in it. The method used was an experimental design with pretest – posttest non equivalent control group. The subjects were 104 students who were divided into two groups; Experimental group 1 consists of 52 students and experimental group 2 as much as 52 students. This research was conducted in the odd semester of 2020/2021 academic year at one of senior high school and Madrasah in Banda Aceh, Aceh, Indonesia. The parameters measured were learning outcomes and the attitude of students’ spiritual integrity. Since HTML5 is the new standard, eLearning professionals must get on board and begin using it to collaborate with other professionals and eLearning content developers. Businesses and educational institutions seeking online training will increasingly choose HTML5 courses over Flash because of the incredible compatibility opportunities and ease of authoring, which means they'll be searching for eLearning practitioners who are familiar with HTML5 resources. Because of its high degree of interactivity, immersive visuals, and engaging animations, Adobe Flash was once one of the most common authoring resources for eLearning courses. HTML5, a mobile-friendly option, is becoming the new choice among eLearning professionals as fewer smartphones and tablets will support Flash. However, the support for the Flash player has been discontinued by Adobe by the end of 2020, for most of the online platforms. And hence it is high time for the eLearning content developers and educators to think about the latest trends in education technology. Interactive Multimedia based authoring for eLearning will be very versatile if done using HTML5. This research paper reviews requirements and implementation of such eLearning tools for Online Teaching and Learning. This is especially needed in situations like the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic when most of the schools and higher education institutions have moved to adapt eLearning and online mode of teaching and learning.","PeriodicalId":321946,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2021- 8th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130627102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, in modern works describing the development and interaction of science, education and innovation, the main model is the triangle model, where they are located at its vertices. According to the authors, for a complete description of real processes in the mentioned area, the model of this triangle is not enough, since it does not take into account the interrelationships of science, education and innovation with production. Therefore, in this work, the authors propose several other models that more fully describe the processes and relationships in this area, and in particular, the problem of combining the educational environment with production is solved. The main triangle model and other models presented by the authors are proposed to be investigated in this paper on the basis of graph theory.","PeriodicalId":321946,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2021- 8th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132849599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The effect of corruption is very severe not only to the involve individual to such crime but also to the entire society and country itself. In late January 2021, Malaysian were sadden with the dropping of the country Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) ranking for the year 2020 released by the Transparency International (TI). Malaysia Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) ranking for the year 2020 has drop to 57 among 180 countries compared to 51 which being achieved in 2019. At the same time, Malaysia scored through such index has also gone down to 51 points out of 100 compared to 53 points which being achieved in 2019. However, the fall of the country ranking and scored through the CPI has already been expected by many due to political instability which engulf the country and due to lack of effective measures taken by the country to deal with the issue of corruption itself. Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) is an index published annually by Berlin-based Transparency International (TI) since 1995 which ranks countries by their perceived levels of public sector corruption, as determined by expert assessments and opinion surveys. If the country don‟t want their CPI ranking and number continue to drop in coming years, drastic measures must be identify and taken in order to make sure corruption will not continue to grow and become out of control problem. Amongst the ideal measures which can be taken to combat corruption is through education and legislation. Education is most important tool in combating corruption. Educational process need to be carry out constantly and effectively so that everybody able to comprehends about corruption and its effects. Beside education, having adequate legislations is also vital to combat corruption. Due to these, it is the objects of the paper to identify and examine further the role of education and legislation in combating corruption in the country. The outcome of this research paper would offer varieties of proposal to the government to give their focus over education and legislation in addressing with the issue of corruption.","PeriodicalId":321946,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2021- 8th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128210670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, an important social and psychological task of the higher law school at the present stage of society development is the formation of a professionallyoriented self-consciousness of future lawyers as a prerequisite for their further successful activity. The problem of creating such conditions that would allow constant improvement of lawyers’ self-consciousness is of great importance. Practice shows that only those specialists who are able to include these changes in the context of the cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of their personality, having meaningfully and instrumentally mastered them at the level of understanding, attitude and activity, can adapt to diverse, cardinal changes in the conditions of professional activity. The efficiency of the professional activity of future lawyers is determined by the peculiarities of their professional self-consciousness, which cannot be developed without purposeful work on the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for young professionals in the conditions of changing reality, on the development of professionally significant qualities that enable young specialists not only to adapt to the conditions of professional activity, but also to engage in it with the greatest benefit for their personal development and professional success. The choice of the topic for this study was based on the need to determine the features of the manifestation of personal self-consciousness in the activity and to develop diagnostic tools for their assessment, search and determination of the conditions and factors for the development of general characteristics of professional self-consciousness of future lawyers that determine the efficiency of their activity.","PeriodicalId":321946,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2021- 8th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128247414","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their focus is on the present and future of educational technology in its historical variation from face-to-face learning, through distance learning (d-learning), e-learning (e-learning), mobile learning (m-learning) and u-learning (u-learning). The full-time form, the part-time form and the distance learning form are imposed as forms of education in the European Higher Education Area. Distance learning is inherently one of the most attractive forms of higher education. Its technological richness and the absence of a direct need to leave the workplace or place of residence provide an increasing opportunity for its use by managers, professionals, and \"lifelong learners\". This calls for a national regulation of distance learning in higher education. The main aim of the paper is to analyse the Bulgarian experience in the national regulation of distance learning in higher education from the first national ordinance enforced in 2004 and the new Cvid-19 in medias ordinance from 2021. In 2004, distance learning was defined as an organization of the learning process in which the student and resources.\" The process approach is integrated in teaching - \"To compensate for the distance, the higher schools model the respective educational and administrative activities as information processes and implement them through information and communication technologies.\" In addition to award higher education degrees, higher education institutions are allowed to organize distance learning and to improve the qualification of specialists with higher education, as well as for continuing and additional professional training. In view of the degree of information and technological provision in the implementation of distance learning, the environment for its implementation is classified into four levels. They are bound by the right to conduct training for the acquisition of the relevant degrees of higher education. The possibility for remote conducting of semester and final state examinations and videoconference defence of diploma theses is regulated. As a result of the new regulation, a triple positive effect was achieved. Students improve their digital skills for working in an electronic environment. It has a positive effect on teachers as qualification and skills for work through the means of e-learning, lecture courses are digitalized. Higher education institutions implement simultaneously the government policy for increasing the quality of education, the efficiency of the organization of the educational process and the administrative procedures. Finally, the national information and educational infrastructure is being improved, which helps to connect them in European and global networks for higher education. The main conclusion of the study is that the Covid-19 and the new regulation of distance learning pushed forward al","PeriodicalId":321946,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2021- 8th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130005550","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cognitive processes are understood here in the sense of the so-called \"fluid intelligence\", which is not tied to school education and which is a fundamental construct of the child's inclusion in the peer group, contributing significantly to the quality of life not only in the school environment. The subject of the research is a description and subsequent analysis of cognitive processes, which are understood by some authors as an important and supporting construct of the so-called executive functions (some authors do not divide these two components and work with them as a whole). Data were collected by standardized Czech version of Cognitive Ability Test (CAT) (Thorndike, Hagen, 1997). The research group consisted of 87 primary school children aged 9.57 ± 0.80 years.
