In the existing analysis and calculation of the characteristics for DC de-icer, the influence of filter reactance is generally neglected to simplify, thus the results are greatly deviated from actual situation. In this paper, the input and output characteristics of DC de-icer are well studied considering the influence of the filter reactance. The equivalent circuit model of DC-side and alternating current (AC) side fundamental frequency equivalent models in DC deicer is established, and the filter reactance size and ice melting device are obtained. To solve the technical problems of the existing testing methods for the key hidden metal components (such as the decompression panel and the water board of turbine runner chamber, the welded structures and foreign matters of header and pipeline) of the enclosed spaces, such as the poor reliability and the larger testing blind spots of the testing device, under the downtime without opening the cover of the enclosed spaces, an testing method for the enclosed space based on image identification and Unity 3-D simulation comparison techniques was proposed. The tracked magnetic creeper car which carries the real-time image collection instrument was used to complete the crawling work on the inner surface of the closed space. After the location is collected by the positioning assistant device, the position of the real-time testing image in the virtual 3D model is calibrated. Comparison between real-time testing image and simulation image, the different regions could be calibrated in the virtual simulation image, and then the defects or foreign bodies fall into could be accurately positioning. The field application test indicated that the field application test shows that the device can be calibrated accurately without opening the cover of the closed space. According to the field size of 126kV GIS and the corresponding voltage level, the corresponding components in GIS are equivalently modeled and analyzed, and the Mayr arc model is also applied. Based on the analog isolating switch, the GIS internal and external transient simulation loop of the ideal transformer with the ratio of 1:1 is used. The electromagnetic transient simulation software Atp-emtp is used to simulate the internal and external transient loops of GIS. On this basis, the online learning ability of Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network is used to adjust the gain of sliding mode variable structure controller in real time so that the sliding mode function tends to the switching surface, and the chattering of sliding mode variable structure controller can be effectively reduced. The RBF-SMC individual blade pitch control method which is more suitable for floating wind turbine is obtained. Based on the simulation model of floating wind turbine composed of NREL-5MW wind turbine and OC3-Hywind foundation, the traditional PI control and the control method proposed in this paper are compared and analyzed. Wind power uncertainties and the load dynamics are considered in this method, which makes the proposed method more practical. Complex load model is also considered in this paper to address the adverse impact of the induction motor loads on the power system. Cases studies are carried out on the New England 39-bus test system. However, the transmission power of VSC-HVDC is limited when connected to a weak power grid. The mechanism and solution of this phenomenon are still the focus of current research. In this paper, the linear mathematical model of outer loop control of VSC including phase-locked loop is firstly established, then instability of VSC-HVDC connection in weak current network is proved by small signal model, and the interaction between active and reactive power rings is analyzed. It is concluded that the increase of the reactive loop response speed is beneficial to improve the stability of the system, and therefore an improved control strategy is proposed in this paper. To cope with this issue, a transient stability assessment method based on Bayesian optimized Light GBM is proposed in this paper. This approach uses gradient-based one side sampling (GOSS), histogram algorithm and leaf-wise with depth restrictions to accelerate the model training process, during that the optimal parameters are quickly determined leveraging the Bayesian optimization. To ease the model complexity, the importance of the input data’s features is explicitly determined during the process of generating the decision tree. Combined with the correlation analysis, the relationship between the input data and the transient stability of considered contingency sets can be excavated more intuitively to select the necessary features. Optical fiber current sensor has a very high level of information technology, so it attracts the attention of scholars. However, the existence of linear birefringence in optical materials and its low sensitivity to current and magnetic fields have always been the main reasons that restrict optical current sensors. The Feldt constant of optical fiber current sensor material characterizes the responsiveness of optical material to Faraday effect, which is closely related to the measurement sensitivity of all-optical fiber current sensor. The traditional method of measuring the Feldt constant is to calculate the Feldt constant by measuring the Faraday magneto-optical deflection angle. This method will be affected by linear birefringence and other factors, so that the measurement results are lower than the actual values. Based on the principle of frequency dispersion in refractive index light, a spectrophotometric method is proposed to measure the Verdet constant of optical materials.
