Wind power uncertainties and the load dynamics are considered in this method, which makes the proposed method more practical. Complex load model is also considered in this paper to address the adverse impact of the induction motor loads on the power system. Cases studies are carried out on the New England 39-bus test system. Abstract
Candidate bus is a critical determinant of an effective and economical VAR planning.
