Many biometric methods like facial expression recognition system and Iris recognition system have been developed. Iris biometry helps in identifying an individual in a more intuitive and natural manner. Iris recognition focuses on recognizing the identity of individuals using the textural based characteristics. But, due to various reasons corruption of texture features of iris often occurs during denoising and deblurring. In this paper we propose maltlab algorithms to overcome these defects as well as extract the features to receive a defect less image. To verify the algorithm white noise is added to the iris dataset and the calculations are done as required. This process shows that denoising and deblurring can improve the quality of the iris image evidently.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134230730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In wireless communication, the signals transmitted through the channel are get effected by the physical characteristic and causes many different paths between the transmitter and the receiver. This always leads to phase shift, attenuation, delays, and distortion of the received signals arriving at the receiver end. In high speed digital data communication systems, equalizers are key components. Demodulating actual data from the noisy transmitted signal corrupted with interference among symbols, equalizers are the filters that can undo the channel noise. Adaptive equalizers utilized in vehicular communication to reduce the interference signal processing. The recent high speed digital communication systems need channel equalizers with a fast converging rate that cannot be met by conventional filters. In this paper we propose a novel linear MMNF equalization techniques using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). The simulation results are obtained using Python. We have conducted an experimental setup with real case measurements using the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ boards. The simulation results show that the equalizer at the receivers is good for noise free channel and is successful in removing ISI when compared to baseline model (standardized one).","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127121236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gas leakage which goes unnoticed is a major reason for domestic and industrial fire accidents. The existing system detects gas leakage and notify the user but it fails to further stop the gas leakage. The proposed system provides a solution by including an automatic locking system. The MQ-5 sensor used in the system detects the concentration of gas in the atmosphere, and when it exceeds the set threshold, it activates the buzzer and sends an SMS to the user via the GSM modem. It also employs an evacuation module which turns on an exhaust fan to clear the atmosphere in the household as well as the solenoid valve attached to the regulator to close the cylinder and stop further flow of gas.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126803271","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Channel allocation depends on the amount of available frequency channel in multiple radios, multiple channel (WMN) may lead to co-channel interference. This also decreases the network performance. This is addressed by interference less transmission between mesh nodes. The goal of this work is to find out non-overlapping channel necessary for interference less channel allocation. In multiple radio multiple channel preset amount of channel allocation might be the reason for interference in the neighboring channel. This may reduce the performance of the network. This can be set back by making interference less communication between the mesh nodes. Mesh nodes must be provided with several radios so that the performance of the network can be increased. In this paper, channel allocation and routing with minimum power and interference algorithm is proposed to attain the utmost throughput performance and fairness between the several network transmissions. To reduce the number of required channels, topology management technique that supports maxi energy (ME) is used. This gives an upper bound on the probability and power consumption and power constraint. The performance parameter like delay, average power consumption and throughput is analyzed for node, interval and speed. The result shows better performance when compared to the previous algorithms.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125257581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Multi- frame Super- Resolution is procedure of developing an image with high resolution by combining a series of poor resolution images of the look-alike scene. Here, an Improved Super- Resolution technique is implemented using interpolation and iterative backward projection (IBP) registration algorithm. Initially, bilinear interpolation is carried out for a sequence of four images with poor resolution. These resultant images are then registered using Iterative Backward Projection algorithm to yield a high-resolution image. This Improved Super- resolution reconstruction algorithm is simulated on MATLAB and compared with Interpolation Reconstruction algorithm. Improved Super Resolution technique proves to be excellent than Interpolation Reconstruction techniques by means of visuality, Mean_square_error (MSE), Peak-Signal to Noise ratio (PSNR).","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133852517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
